Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.

I had a problem with a MXR PRO box TV compared in Geekbuying, after a few days it stopped working. I contacted Geekbuying and they responded very quickly with some suggestions that did not work. Again I contacted them and they offered me a 30% refund or shipping to China for their repair. I am satisfied with your Customer Service as they always provide solutions. I recommend it. Thank you very much

Don't buy from geek buying! Avoid this online shop! My cell phone was broken after 2 months operation. I have sent many emails to after sale department but nobody answered! I don't have cell phone and they don't care about that. They steal my money and they don't care after the purchase. They give one year guarantee but does not exist.

Geekbuying allowed me to cancel an order I made by mistake and allowed me to order another unit that matched my needs.

... Would be my advice. Then read the one star ones. I bought a product on the 1st May. It still hasn't arrived, and I have been fobbed off with demands that I provide proof that it hasn't arrived. (Theologians everywhere enjoy asking people to prove a negative - it's just not possible). Anyway. As of 15th July I am still trying to persuade them to give me a refund, after a lot of tedious emails. Stay away. These people aren't... Nice.

I was unable to track my parcel after the third day of it being shipped. I contacted Geekbuying about the issue, their customer service immediately looked into the issue and was able to provide my with some information. To the point i received my item shortly there after in good condition.

As I say to the title, the most important is that every time I take my product from that store, and if you have problem and when you want something they always help!
Sometimes get more time to have my order but it's ok if you don't hurry! The prices are the best!

I ordered 2 xiaoyi dashcams in mid December, it took over 3 months to arrive. When I opened the package and tried the cameras, they were very out of focus and not usable. After contacting after sales service, they offered to refund me $10, I told them to go f**** themselves. After all this I'm out $175 cdn, paypal was of no help.
Please save yourself the headache of dealing with geekbuying.

The say lies about shipment methods. They charge you for dhl express and they use deutsche post!
The told me that I will have my order in 1 to 5 days and now is 20 days from my order and I have received nothing.

I have purchased many electronic items from China for many years and this is the 1st time I used GeekBuying to purchase a phone. 1st time using GeekBuying and my purchased phone stuck at custom. Requested from GeekBuying what is the return fees and they reply that they don't know until they received the returned item. They can't even estimate the return cost to me. This shows that they are very poor and inexperience in handling delivery.

So, beware that your purchased item(s) might stuck at the custom. Better use other company, eventhought GeekBuying can provide a slightly cheaper price BUT it is not worth the hassle and "extra" $$ paying the custom.

Just my 2 cents...

I have long history with them, since they ware not famous in the Europe and Worldwide, and have more than 50 orders from their website. In the beginning everything was perfect, last two year is every purchase became problematic - either they dont send tracking number 20 days until i get pissed of and write a e-mail, and then the send tracking number that is not working for another 2-3 day - which proofs that they keep selling and ship only after inquiry from the buyer. This all reminds me of similar sellers like "Antelife.com" that just ceased to exist at some point. Now evan the "Europen" warehouse after buying takes 15 days and still nothing. I evan got E-mail appology saying that they dont have item in stock, after which i asked for refund. And fourth day after my request for refund still no further respond from them.
--So take good care and think twice before ordering from them.--

I ordered an android TV box from them that had a decent price. It took one month to get here although I paid with my Paypal account. The device is defective and shuts down after working for 1/2 hr. And after 1st shut down works for 5-7minutes before shutting down again. Horrible. So I contact them and this Jessie guy tried to teach me how to connect the device and all that BS. After the 2nd email he never answered me back. It's been a few days that I have not heard back from them so I contacted Paypal to see if I can get my money back... totally pissed off.

Hi. Last month i bought oneplus 3 from geekbuying. They offer "brand new oneplus 3" but i received refurbished one. They lied every day that this phone should be new and offer 20$ as refund which was like a joke! This oneplus 3 which i received has many faults. First of all, it has unorginall LCD which recognize only 5 points of touch. Second thing was battery which fly inside the phone. Third thing was no working NFC due to use replacement back case without nfc antenna! Phone should be in china version what suggests box but in real after checking it by official oneplus support it is EU version. I could mention a few more flaws but these are the most important ones. This phone is a shred, folding and fake. II do not recommend this store to anyone because they are laying and cheating! If i ask about refund for repair this faulties, they offer return to china and waiting another month to get money! Terrible! This store is dishonest!

I bought a laptop with accessories from them, such as HDMI cable, mouse, wireless keyboard, etc.

There was a problem with the laptop, but they made everything in their power to make sure I was content and we figured it out eventually.

I bought many times from Geekbuying and must say that it has always been a perfect experience. Prices are great, shipping and customer service is very reliable. Had an issue with a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro that i bought few months ago... the customer service helped me ship it back and get the phone repaired under warranty.
I strongly recommend Geekbuying to every tech appassionate that wants the best bang for their buck!

My payment was never confirmed and after 3 days I asked why not, They claimed they had sent an email, which they did not and proceded to ask me to send pictures of my credit card to the support email, no ways does it seem very legit!

3/22/16 Moral of the story is use Paypal. These guys wouldn't respond until I went back to paypal asking for a refund. Bingo. Got their attention. Paypal returned my money.

Its a shame that a company that actually was able to tell me that they had the item I wanted in stock (as apposed to other sites that lied about that) shipped me a great looking, and beautiful new computer only to not follow up with me by email. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company but they have not replied. They did send one reply a week after I sent them a request... but thats it. I dont have time to wait a month or two for them to get their act together. I need that computer now - I am on my way to purchase at Best Buy so i can walk into a store and talk to a human. This buying from China is BS. They just dont get what it means to have a bad reputation by not having good service.

Support was really nice.
When I asked for help from Geekbuying support team, they responded in few hours.

My problem was delivery potion, there were some options, when I order computer delivery option was free, few days after from the order, delivery provider told me that the option was not free for me, because of my residential area.

At that time, I was confused, but Geekbuying support team kindly offered me some options and details for each.

I really feel thank you for support team, and staffs help.

I have ordered a smart watch on Black Friday.
A day later I saw that the price changed and become less that what I was charged.
I wrote to the customer support and I got a quick and kind reply.
They accept my complain and refund me for the difference.
It was a good service, It was my first buying on Geekbuying.

Bought a Jumper EZ Pad 6 Pro in October. It took 2 weeks to arrive. The price was very good. The PC works really well and I knew what to expect after the RedSkull youtube review. So far so good. Windows 10 did not come activated and I notified customer support. Probably a mistake and they replied immediately. It took 10 days before I got a license sent to me. I was able to enable it and I've been really happy with everything since. I'll buy again, no hessitation.

Do not buy from them if something comes in damaged or not working they will screw you. I ordered a laptop from them it came in damaged. I filled out a support ticket the day it came in. They only respond to one email a day and tell me that they will send me a new laptop once they receive the old one. So I say ok where do I need to send it. They always reply please be patient. I just need an address. I have been doing this for a month now.

I purchased a tablet from this company, and it was not working correctly. They kept in touch with me through out the entire process of finding the problem. They gave a a partial refund on the tablet, which i was happy with. I will purchase from them again.

I bought what I thought was a great phone, and was very excited to receive it. I bought a screen protector and a phone case to go along with my new phone. After all that excitement, I ended up finding out belatedly (meaning I had already paid for the phone), that the phone I ordered stopped being produced. It took them a week for them to let me know, and each response from them after that, took about two days long for them to get back to me! They should really keep their website more up-to-date on what is actually available for customers to buy. On the positive side, their ability to get back to me about a refund was done in a timely enough period. That much, I appreciated.
