GetHuman has a rating of 2.8 stars from 295 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. GetHuman ranks 7th among Directories sites.
PlayStation published a broken, unusable customer service number on their support page, and the bot is designed to mislead customers away from live support. Without GetHuman, I would have had significantly more difficulty correcting a very simple problem.
Recently, I had a security issue with my Chase Banks debit card. I have tried for weeks to get a resolution, but have had no satisfaction either online or by phone (left holding until line disconnects). After several hours of toiling over the matter tonight, I came across the Google hit that highlighted the phone number on my debit card. That is the only reason I called it. After typing sensitive information did I learn that I was not communicating with Chase Bank at all. I was tricked into sharing sensitive banking information, and then asked to pay on top of it. This set up is deceptive and fraudulent, as far as I'm concerned.

Tip for consumers:
Beware if you are attempting to reach your bank, well Chase Bank, at least. The facing page is extremely deceptive and displays the number on your Chase Bankcard so you think you are actually speaking with a Chase Bank representative. After you've shared sensitive information, you are asked to pay a fee for the next level of help and find out that you have been duped.

I should have known better. These guys may be able to help you if you are afraid to call your electric company, but Facebook is notorious for being unreachable via phone. GetHuman implies that they can reach them, instead they essentially waited 24 hours and sent me a four word message that I could have read straight from the FB help page. Then... silence. Total Scam. Don't waste your money!

I had tried getting though to Amazon about my Amazon Fire Netflix remote. After talking to those overseas twice taking three hours with no results I looked into the Internet, found Rob's company, GetHuman. Not a problem for him to have a new one sent. So many things to take care of with different sites and methods takes time and can be frustrating. This was a fast and easy way to accomplish the task at hand. C. Ludwig
This service is not only slow, but asks you typical questions every website does that to make you think they are working on your case while they take their sweet time and barely do anything. Im very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone.
Plain and simple, if you want to throw away $25, give it to charity instead of this nonsense site. They had no knowledge of my problem, sometimes we are desperate for help and do stupid things, like think we can trust bottom feeders.
In theory, this is a great service. In reality, there are more problems than assistance. I used GetHuman this morning, and though I did receive a call from them, it didn't work. First, there were two competing recordings at the start of the call, which made it hard to understand. Then, once I tapped into the call, I was sent through the same voice menu that one gets by calling customer service itself. I was on hold for 8 minutes, before being put on hold for another 14 minutes to speak with someone. What gives?!?!
Hi! Just want to thank GetHuman.com for the amazing job they did in helping me with a Blogger.com problem. Outstanding customer service and technical support. They are friendly, super quick to respond and solved it immediately. I know it's so reasonable, you're like too good to be true... but it really is true. It's nice to know there are some businesses who offer amazing value for a truly incredible price point. THANKS!
I have tried for two days to contact Customer Service. I have received no response from anyone and it has been 24 hours since I was told I would hear from someone in 20 minutes. America would be great again if we could actually talk to one another! This is my first encounter with Shutterfly but I went with this company on the advice of a friend who has had excellent service for many years. Why would I come back or recommend this company to anyone when the service is so poor?
Contacted to get help with Experian. Experian customer care is non-existent. GetHuman never returned my request for service but did send constant follow up messages to ask if I was satisfied. So poor customer service and annoying as well.
Where company customer support lets you down, gethuman gives you a lifeline. They tell you what modes of communication work and also help you phrase your question clearly. I just read you can also call through gethuman if you are abroad and need to deal with businesses back home. I am grateful for the team that built and maintains this website. Thank you.
I hired one of their problem solvers to help me get some compensation from American Airlines. Despite booking my trip through Expedia the problem solver was able to get me a full refund even though I had tried for hours to do this before. I'll definitely use this service again!
When they just launched, about 10 years ago maybe/ they offered a good site with phone numbers and the number to press in a raw to bypass automated systems. But now they just offer countless of useless loops that go back to the beginning, without giving you actual phone numbers or links to live chats for the companies (i. E. skype) ever! As i say, just endless loops leading to the beginning of the first page yo get when you writ down the name of the company yo need to contact.
This is a terrible sign and i would no spend a penny on them. It's obviously scam
It usually is! I had them connect to Tracfone CS as it's very difficult to get through & it said wait time was 21 minutes which went to 6 minutes & never moved after an hour. While waiting I decided to look at reviews which brought me here(thank you sitejabber!) & from the few I read, 21 minutes seems to apply to all calls which I'm now sure is to get you to try out that JustAnswer which I almost did, but after reading these reviews knew it was just another scam to take advantage of people that need help.
I was at my wit's end trying to resolve what seemed like a simple action - submitting a document electronically. Then I found GetHuman and have nothing but praise for the courtesy, patience and help from the fellow on the phone. Thank you!
Individual companies should have better ethics and make it easy for customers to get the questions answered, but let's face it, most do not these days. Gethuman knows the secrets to reaching a real person for many, many companies. As an example, cell phone providers.
I hired this company to fix my WeChat wallet. On their website, they said, "You can't get a human at WeChat, but you can hire GetHuman to take care of your problem for you." Their advice to me was on three separate occasions to tell me to delete my app and re-download it. Shockingly, it didn't work. Any of those three times.
When I complained after 12 days had passed and I was nowhere nearer to having my issue fixed, they responded with "WeChat is a terrible company to reach in terms of getting customer service. One of the reasons that we recently launched this help service was to try and help people with WeChat and Facebook issues since the companies are exceptionally hard to contact since they dont have phone numbers to call."
They eventually refunded my money, but considering that the reason the company was founded is to provide a point of contact for WeChat and they've admitted to being unable to do that...
Great customer service. Ed spent literally hours helping me with a web publishing problem. I have a hearing disability and am unable to use a phone so Ed took it upon himself to personally call the web hosting service and be a facilitator. Although he is probably very busy, he persisted in solving my issue. I highly recommend this service.

It pretends to help but looks more like a clickbait site. No results have so far been obtained on this somewhat busy and confusing. Lots of ads slightly disguised so that u might click on them and waste more time than u already are wandering back and forth with no results to show for your time.
Spoke to Wayfair and the associate was polite and resolved the issued within 5 minutes. Way to go Wayfair. Excellent service. Highly recommend Wayfair. Their products, prices are exception. Very happy with my purchases. They have a customer for life. Very well done.
I have used GetHuman since it came out. It's simply a cheat code to get to a person and avoid all the automated uselessness. For example I was sitting with a social worker. We were reviewing paperwork and needed to talk to the I.R.S. She said it could take awhile to get through and was a major pain. (Nothing against the I.R.S. They do have a country of customers after all.) We ended up getting lost in the automated questions. I said lets try a site I know. Told her about GetHuman. Within 15 minutes following the instructions got ahold a agent and were DONE. She was Flabbergasted. Now she and her coworkers use it regularly. So I suggest you go GetHuman.
Tip for consumers:
The only annoyance are all the Ads. Between every bit of useful information. There are a bunch of Ads and it's annoying if you accidentally click on them. But it is a free service but something has to pay the bills I guess. Still a 5 star site and resource.

It's a website that tells you how to get a real human being and skip through automated questions and answers. Pretty much a cheat code for getting a real representative.
I went to GetHuman.com looking for a phone number for HP, because the scanner part of my HP 7612 wide-format multifunction printer was not working, strangely. They offered me help in dealing with HP, for only $9.00. Their person, whose name was Rob, managed to get HP to contact me and offer to send me a whole new printer, which they did. The whole experience was effortless for me, and on this evidence I would say that this company, GetHuman.com, is well managed and has developed a great product. (By which I mean their efficient way of interacting with suppliers.)
(I should say that HP also came out of it smelling like roses.)
Ed got money back from Freelancer who illegally withdrew $167 from my account and when I called told me that it would take weeks to return it. Ed kept on the problem and got the money returned - He did an excellent job and was very nice and helpful.
I highly recommend GetHuman to help solve problems.
The quality of service was good and the wait time was long. I had a worry with my billing and I called and they were capable to aid me out! I really appreciated how they took the time to listen to me and get to the bottom of the difficulty and not rush me off the phone.
