PlayStation published a broken, unusable customer service number on their support page, and the bot is designed to mislead customers away from live support. Without GetHuman, I would have had significantly more difficulty correcting a very simple problem.
Recently, I had a security issue with my Chase Banks debit card. I have tried for weeks to get a resolution, but have had no satisfaction either online or by phone (left holding until line disconnects). After several hours of toiling over the matter tonight, I came across the Google hit that highlighted the phone number on my debit card. That is the only reason I called it. After typing sensitive information did I learn that I was not communicating with Chase Bank at all. I was tricked into sharing sensitive banking information, and then asked to pay on top of it. This set up is deceptive and fraudulent, as far as I'm concerned.
This is borderline illegal. There's NO way to log in to their website. You can't cancel. They billed my card until I tracked down an actual phone number. FInally got refunded. A complete joke.
Cloud chat, not helpful, redirected to JustAnswer for $1, Don't do it. It is a trap. I have experience with Just Answer $600 later—and without being serviced. Find another way,

It's very telling to me when businesses continue to ignore complaints around this country. What it tells me is that they could care less, and that seems to be a theme with many, many, many businesses in the U.S. It's also a pattern and theme, set up by 45's administration where consumer protections were all but destroyed. Nobody wants to be accountable, responsible, or take ownership of issues that affect us every day.
Again, without answering any of my questions, I'm not comfortable paying for help. I may have to chase them around and wind up frustrated over the original issue, then this company. If they wanted our business, they would respond. Good-to-excellent customer service is very rare these days.
As an update to Facebook, they're created some kind of algorithm to block me from creating an account using part of my real name. Perhaps in combination with my birthday & IP address (hidden, but they may have software that can see its origin) as well. It's the only information I give them. What they did crippled my business and severely limited me from interacting with my family & friends. GetHuman can't commit to helping me with these sparse details?
Tip for consumers:
With thousands of entries, it doesn't track these companies very well, but I suppose it's worth the visibility. You are notified when someone appreciates your complaint/kudos.

I see on this website that every single Facebook issue has not been addressed. Why is that? Because it's the largest social media empire in the world and nobody has the guts to challenge them? That's why I wouldn't recommend this website. And do people get their money back if they pay for help and don't get it? I smell something fishy when websites do that, but don't guarantee they'll help. What would I be paying for then? To have my time and theirs wasted? No, theirs would get paid for, and I'd still have a disabled Facebook account.
Exploiting the sad fact that talking to humans on the phone is getting harder all the time, this brilliant idea not only provides you with user-tested ways to cut through all the options on telephone menu trees but even provides reviews of the services you're likely to get when you finally arrive at your destination.
Definitely worth bumping up to the SJ front page again, this is a really handy resource that you should bookmark now. You'll almost certainly need it before very long if you have any telephone dealings at all with companies that provide you with services, and it could save you a great deal of time.
The only concern I have for the data here is that companies continually mess around with their telephone menu trees. Who hasn't heard "Please listen carefully, as our options have recently changed"? Doesn't it drive you mad? It will also make this project harder to maintain, so I hope that when people do encounter these sudden pointless changes, they'll come back to the site and update the information there. Other than that, it's an outstanding idea and I hope some of the reviews will give these companies an incentive to make much better efforts to please in the future.
Props to Ron K. For a great find.
Yes, my issue has been resolved with a credit for 4.99 and another 5.oo credit that can be used against Amazon ebooks. More than happy with this resolution. THANK YOU
Does not try to fix any problem and shows up fixed without asking first and even if you say it's not they do absolutely nothing, stay away at all costs
Help when I needed yoUr turned out automated call was a scam, but to actually get through to Amazon was very difficult. Phone number given is no longer in use.
Never had an issue with pch, just a simple email question. Their team was very caring in helping me. 1 -5 stars pch gets 100!
Quick response, thanks pch!
I have used Get Human for many years. Even after they changed the format and tried to charge it was helpful. Now it is totally useless. Don't even bother!
I'm trying to *urgently* get A human at GetHuman with no response. It's the reason they're in business to contact companies but you can't reach them at all. Business model huge FAIL! Do not use!
GetHuman gave me the information needed to formally complain to Amazon. I did so and am now waiting for a formal email from Amazon about my complaint/s
Spotify issue was resolved in less than two days, thanks to you guys.

I called the support group to upgrade my service to include the hotspot. The tech named Nina told me they didn't have that service but I knew they did and advised her I had hotspot the whole time other than this billing period. I had used some of the reward points that didn't include it. I asked her to put me on that plan and was met with more resistance. After several minutes, she finally agreed to look at that particular plan and changed it. During the payment process, she asked if I had other properties. I felt that information is personal and it seemed very suspicious but she kept insisting that it's required. I told her no and advised she's asking personal information I didn't feel comfortable about. I'm ******** to start with and it was extremely difficult to cooperate with her. She seemed to retaliate by asking me to repeat information multiple times on multiple occasions. She even asked me to speak very slowly and spell each word. NO customer deserves that kind of treatment.
If you are like me and hate what seems like endless loop tape recordings, filled with endless options, and long wait times only to get someone who tells you they need to transfer your call to the right department, THIS SERVICE CAN HELP.
It has helped me many times and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to cut through the chase. Great concept (people helping people) and sometimes it really works.
Not sure if it was my constant e-mails and messages to UPS or when I got in touch with GetHuman. Whoever finally got UPS to do their job - thank you. This was the first time I have used GetHuman and will do so again if I have a problem with these huge companies.
NJ EZPASS is the worst agency to try to contact (NY, PA & DE are excellent in comparison). My daughter and I were trying to get through to simply make one request…I tried mailing a letter and that did t work so we tried calling….has anyone ever tried calling Ezpass NJ? I called every single day for a week for over an hour and then decided to research and discovered a service you MUST try…it's called "GETHUMAN". It's a free website that basically waits on hold for you and calls you the second someone answers — So after three days of having this service be "on hold" for me and 7 1/2 hour wait — you read that correctly — 7 1/2 hours…I finally got someone on the line and resolved the issue! #gethuman rocks!
I called with a problem and they helped right away. This level of service was worth the time to leave a review. I would highly recommend Get human to anyone!
It is the best website, I've ever seen or experienced... i filled my issue and they took action pretty fast and solved my problem, I really appreciate them, great work!
Not recommended at all. I have paid for the trial luckily and i had the worst experience ever.
They answered only for once saying " We are checking your Issue"
Ty But I do have another issue we probably will take care of it but my friend got me a roblox gift card and I accidentally scratched off the code so I can't see it so we're going to give it to my friend so she can buy another one but I just wanna see if we can fix it without her having to do that?
Though GH did not actually give me the answer to my problem, I found them reassuring that was some sort of help out there, on the "outside" wall of FB structure. Thanks.
The help line was very pleasant and efficient in getting me reconnected to both my Canada Post account and my e-Post account after I had received messages saying that both my e-mail address and password were invalid even though I have been using the same accounts for years.
Crappy service. Useless waste of money. Ask you a few simple questions about Facebook issue after taking you $ and then you never hear back from them. Scam Frauders. Stay clear.
Claire. Ollie sucks!
Package very heavy but arrived safely, seemed a long time in delivery as it was only coming from Northern France and tracking after it left Mondials service station was not possible. For some reason.
I have been rescued by humans at gethuman.com at a moment of an absolute panic when my WordPress-based website broke down in the middle of my marketing campaign. A friend who used to support my website happened to be unavailable and I didnt know where to turn for help. There are WordPress self-help forums, but they are very technical for somebody like myself who knows nothing about programming. So Ive been frantically searching the web for somebody I could talk to in person (and who wont charge me a fortune for that!) and this is how I came across gethuman.com.
A few seconds after my payment had been processed I was connected through a chat messaging system with Rob. He was very patient with me as I tried to explain the nature of the problem and assured me that it could be resolved easily. The task, however, proved to be more complex than it seemed and I must admit that I was worried that Rob may give up on me. My anxiety, as it turned out, was totally unjustified. Even though it took him hours to get my website fixed Rob never wavered and I wasnt charged a penny extra on top of the $20 that Ive paid.
When I thanked Rob for all the dedicated work he had done I said that I felt very grateful to have met a person who was ready to go an extra mile with me. To which he replied: This is why we called our company Gethuman. This is our ethos.
So if you are feeling fed up or disheartened by all kinds of impersonal automated and disinterested services go to Gethuman.com!
Phone numbers for companies and tools for avoiding waiting on hold, other contact information like live chat, tips, secrets, and ways to solve customer service problems faster and easier than ever.
