PlayStation published a broken, unusable customer service number on their support page, and the bot is designed to mislead customers away from live support. Without GetHuman, I would have had significantly more difficulty correcting a very simple problem.
Recently, I had a security issue with my Chase Banks debit card. I have tried for weeks to get a resolution, but have had no satisfaction either online or by phone (left holding until line disconnects). After several hours of toiling over the matter tonight, I came across the Google hit that highlighted the phone number on my debit card. That is the only reason I called it. After typing sensitive information did I learn that I was not communicating with Chase Bank at all. I was tricked into sharing sensitive banking information, and then asked to pay on top of it. This set up is deceptive and fraudulent, as far as I'm concerned.
Walmart was trying to keep the sales tax on an item I purchased online. I couldn't find a phone number on their site and found gethuman.com when I googled it. The phone number worked perfectly - and I talked to a person. Problem solved with one phone call. Worked great for me!
I received the help that I needed quickly and properly. At first I thought that I was not receiving assistance because it was an automated process with no involvement with another person. As a result of my concern with receiving assistance I wrote a formal letter to the IRS. In fact the IRS review of my return determined that I was entitled to additional funds in my return. I treat my tax payments during the year as a savings account and I pay more that the needed amount.
Was very wary of how it would work, but I got quick and efficient information from them! Asked for GetHuman help because I didn't want to call Delta and GetHuman called Delta for me, score. Would use them again!
FYI. I recently went to your website looking for an email address for Barnes and Noble. The site indicated that there is no email address for them. However, I found the following email address which worked for me, *******@bn.com. Just so you know!
Would not recommend. I was looking for a phone number for United and did a Google search. What I thought was a United number was actually GetHuman. First call ended up hanging up on me but the second went through. The guy trying to help was trying to book my flight and had the right days but then never asked me for departure times, which seemed really odd. Then he tells me the price and it's $200 more than what I was looking at online. He asked if I wanted to book the flight and I told him no because I can buy it cheaper. Then he tells me that the flight I was looking at is sold out. It wasn't. There were 59 open seats on the flight. Then he wanted me to provide my phone number and email to verify my account. I gave him that info but then he wanted my password. I said you have enough info to verify my account and told him I would not provide my password. He hung up on me. This service is a scam.
Not bad. I've got a callback that I was waiting for a long time. When I say "for a long time" I mean it. I was trying to call one company for two weeks and I had no luck. It took GetHuman a day to get a person for me. Thanks for the service, it was useful.
This company was very helpful once i lied a little. I needed a new controller for older Comet II with hard wired motor. They wanted to sell new motor as well which is unnecessary for some people... like me. I was a Industrial Electrician for General Motors for 30 years. Rewiring this little simple motor was well within my expertise. I didn't want to argue with Nova about my ability to rewire motor, so I lied a little. But having saiying that I understand they did not want to send controller to someone who could not make it work. I would definitely reccomend this company and would do business with tham again..
Getting the direct technical support phone number from gethuman saved me a lot of phone directory number punching, I suspect. That was a big help. The number I called was valid and I got through to an actual human being who was extremely personable AND helpful. He talked me through what I needed to do to resolve the issue I was having, and... problem solved! Thank you to iFit and gethuman for following up to see that my issue was resolved.
I haven't tried Get Human for several years now, they used to be great, then I retired.
I go the website and now it wants an email or phone number. OK but then it says it sent (or texted) me a code. It didn't. Maybe the websites down? ANYWAYZ. Three different browsers, a PC, a teb. Let and twenty min. I'm crying to y'all 'nouf said.
I was looking for a number for American Airlines at 7:30 CST, The website said use get human, they said 21 minutes someone will call you back! Four and a half hours later they call back AT MIDNIGHT! I am in the bed asleep at Midnight! What was the point of saying 21 minutes? I will never use this service again!
After pulling my hair out for a couple of days because of a catastrophic problem with my hosting company, I stumbled across this site, and decided to take the plunge and let GetHuman take care of phoning, and waiting, and chatting, and sorting out my problems on my behalf.
Wow! So glad I did. These guys saved my bacon and all I had to do was sit back and relax
I cannot praise them enough. Soooooooooooo easy to deal with. I mean really, really great experience. With the internet being what it is nowdays, I thought it couldn't really be that easy could it? I will DEFINITELY be using them again!
Friendly wonderful people that really do what they say on the tin! They sorted out my problem when nobody else could, and I sat back and did absolutely nothing!
Worth every single penny of the minuscule amount I paid.
Well done guys. Your company ROCKS!
GetHuman has been helpful in their follow-up to my problem with poor communication regarding my TILE PRO. Happy to have their help and hope I don't have more problems with my TILE because their response is very slow and there is no phone number for technical difficulties or any problems for that matter. Thanks GetHuman, but please post a phone number so you will have a human response... seems to make sense right?
I have gotten a couple of useful phone #'s for Customer Service for companies on this site in the past. However, tonight when I couldn't figure out how to get to Amazon Customer Service, I accepted the offer to have their "robot" wait on hold for me & connect me. The site said the wait was 20 minutes. However, the "time remaining" showed as 3 minutes upon refreshing for over an hour & never connected; when I canceled the call it showed I had done so after 1 minute. When I finally found the real Amazon # (*******331) from a google search, it took me an amazing SIX minutes from the time the call connected till I hung up, having had my problem solved. I wonder if the people who got scammed actually clicked on ads by mistake (I started to do it myself) & were hacked by them rather than this company. But in any case, the service they showcase obviously is not functional.

In short, GetHuman.com is a web site compiling phone numbers (so that you can actually Speak to a PERSON regarding your concern) that are typically hard to find.
It does become an extremely handy repository of numbers you might need to use or might want to at some point (eBay, AT&T, Verizon, Facebook, Apple, Ticketmaster, etc.).
If YOU have a "hard-to-find" phone contact, submit it to the data base so someone else can benefit from your nightmarish search.
UPDATE: Sorry I left a period out of URL in Title. SHOULD BE:
www.gethuman.com.
My steam account was hacked around 9:30pm and I received an email in regards to the situation being resolved around 1 am. I was expecting a follow-up email a day later at the minimum but sending a report via GetHuman clearly got to them quickly which was wonderful. Also just a reminder to everyone who's account may have been hacked, don't forget to scan your computer for malware. I recommend using Rkill (be careful as some sites with malware scanning software are fake and have viruses themselves.) for Rkill, just simply search in google, use bleepingcomputers as it is a mostly safe site, and click download on the button with a. Exe name. Then run it and you'll find out if there is anything bad on your computer. Thanks again to Valve and Steam Support for this service, it was surprisingly fast and of great quality.
I have been asking Get Human to contact the USPS for me 4 times a day for three weeks. I've had no contact, just incessant emails asking me if I've resolved my issue. It's also impossible to get in contact with Get Human.
I got hacked long story short and I couldn't log into psn so I immediately look up how to fix it and as I called psn I had a 3 minute wait time and they called me back and instantly got into the deep end about my account and asked me a few questions then everything was going good, I changed my password and also have 2sv 2 step verification and also and that put on my gmail and as soon as I changed my password I was instantly able to log into my account and it took almost no effort at all to change the password if any. The dude that was talking to me was very nice and understanding and i recommend GetHuman 5/5 it's a really easy way to get your account back. <3 stay happy as always never give up
I wanted a phone number to a company for a return/refund. After I gave gethuman.com info on the company, what I wantedm to for AND MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD, a pop up said they would handle the return/refund for me for $9.00. Nowhere when I was giving all this info did they say there would be a charge. All I wanted was a telephone number. Watch out for these people! They are real shady and unscrupulous. I think they are really out to collect personal and private info on people for who knows what... identity theft maybe. BEWARE!
I was trying to reserve a flight with them, You have to share all your security information before they give you an answer.
Yeah don't even bother with this your better off struggling with the machine shouting human at it over and over until you get a living breathing person and not a terminator. I tried this not once but twice and both times when I picked up thinking it was the call back they promised it turned out to be a MACHINE telling me thanks for calling and call again. WTF is that $#*!! I waited 10 mins both times when I could have saved 20 mins and struggled on the phone instead which I ended up doing anyways.
A new customer to verizon, i was not able to speak to a Rep after chatting wtih multiple online reps, who did not have correct information or were not empowered to do the job they claimed to help me with.
GetHuman, gave me the numbers for correct HUMANS :) who were able to listen and fix my issues.
Thanks Gethuman
I submitted a problem to Gethuman about my skyrocketting Comcast bill. I don't how Comcast can just change the price of my bill but they did, I enlisted these guys to get my bill back down to what it was. Not only was this about 100x easier than arguing with a rep and having to hear all their upsell pitches, they actually got me $30 per month of my bill for the next 12months... now lets see if they can help me with my AT&T bills!
I have major complaints (billing) with a rural electric company as well as Time Warner. BOTH have over billed me hugely! Fortunately I had an alternative to Time Warner, but the Electric Company is the ONLY one available (again over billing ans refuse explanation.) Even though I got ride of Time-Warner, I do NOT have complete or accurate billing statements. I went to the office of the Vice-President and still could not get the problem solved. Any assistnce would be great!
Literally useless. Just call yourself and be less annoyed. Two hours after my problem was solved by myself I got a text from gethuman that the IRS closed. Wish I did not send my info to them.
Phone numbers for companies and tools for avoiding waiting on hold, other contact information like live chat, tips, secrets, and ways to solve customer service problems faster and easier than ever.
