Help when needed

I had a problem with a U. K. hotel booking charge, which to my surprise turned out to be from an American company. They wouldn't answer my emails without a booking reference which I didn't have. GetHuman got involved, advised me and informed them of the problem. Finally thanks to the help, I got an explaining email and all is solved.

Well Evernote didn't help me to solve any problem I had to email a random person to ask for help in their forum. Evernote doesn't give any kind of Tech Support or Customer Service to "Non Paying Customers" or as most call it in their form "Free Riders". Well i LOVE Evernote, I use it on a daily basis but I feel its wrong just because their app is offered free and is doable for non paying customers like myself who use it for my personal life and not business. This is the first time I ever run into a problem in over my five years of using the app but just because I don't pay for premium which I have no use for but, it doesn't mean if I run into a problem like I did where the app was having issues and all my notes in the app was no longer there doesn't mean I don't deserve to get qualified help from their professional team. This app isn't a game you can say who cares and delete it, this is an app I use for EVERYTHING on a daily basis and I feel we should get tech support rather you pay or not. The forum for Evernote is a joke. There's no place to leave a post as they said and questions are not answered and if they do it people making smart remarks and not giving accurate help. But everyone knows its hard to fix a problem threw a back n forth conversation in a forum. But I resolved my own issues by clearing the cache on google play and deleted the app and reinstalled it and all my notes returned. Needless to say the person I emailed out of random Pink Elephant did respond back to me by email and tried to help but the help offered wasn't exactly my solution but emailing a random person in the forum offered a better solution than waiting to find your answer in over 100,000 issue searches in a forum. So in closing, I appreciate GetHuman trying to make sure I got help by checking in on me daily to see if my issue was resolved... Evernote Needs Tech Support For All Users Of The App Paying Customers or Not Everyone Needs Help and Quickly... Thanks... Flo

I got my account back in a few minutes was not long at all all I had to do was tell them my email my username and the first payment I ever had on my account and no it's not a scam if u wanna see if it's not a scam go to my account sparrowwaterdragon btw my photo at the bottom was what they did to my account

My Pizza Hut experience

I found out the hard way that if you do know use your Pizza Hut reward points in six months, you loose the points without a warning, Pizza Huts customer service was helpful, however the reward people were not. Their solution to the issue was to drop out of the program and stop receiving offers from Pizza Hut... ken...

They have scammers working for them. A thorough investigation into their workers is needed. They scammed me into sending them 500.00 through Apple Pay. The representative said we were disconnected and called me back from another number. Walked me through a process of installing an app to get into my phone, installed Apple Pay, and proceeded to scam me into a bitcoin transaction in which I lost 500.00. It would have been more than 500.00 if I continued to believe the representative was working on my behalf from Gethuman.com

I hate to give GH a "1," because I've used them with success in the not-so-distant past. However, in the last 2 years or so, I've tried to use their "robot" to get a callback from Florida Power and Light, without success. Today I tried, and GH got stuck, for about 30 minutes, with an estimated answer time of "four minutes."_It may be an intentional problem created by one of the many idiots at FPL_, though, and not an issue with GH.

I have been asking Get Human to contact the USPS for me 4 times a day for three weeks. I've had no contact, just incessant emails asking me if I've resolved my issue. It's also impossible to get in contact with Get Human.

I got hacked long story short and I couldn't log into psn so I immediately look up how to fix it and as I called psn I had a 3 minute wait time and they called me back and instantly got into the deep end about my account and asked me a few questions then everything was going good, I changed my password and also have 2sv 2 step verification and also and that put on my gmail and as soon as I changed my password I was instantly able to log into my account and it took almost no effort at all to change the password if any. The dude that was talking to me was very nice and understanding and i recommend GetHuman 5/5 it's a really easy way to get your account back. <3 stay happy as always never give up

Tried it to contact BA. Site said someone will call me in 11mins... waited for 15mins. No once called. Neither the time in the queue refreshed. Ridiculous..
