PlayStation published a broken, unusable customer service number on their support page, and the bot is designed to mislead customers away from live support. Without GetHuman, I would have had significantly more difficulty correcting a very simple problem.
Recently, I had a security issue with my Chase Banks debit card. I have tried for weeks to get a resolution, but have had no satisfaction either online or by phone (left holding until line disconnects). After several hours of toiling over the matter tonight, I came across the Google hit that highlighted the phone number on my debit card. That is the only reason I called it. After typing sensitive information did I learn that I was not communicating with Chase Bank at all. I was tricked into sharing sensitive banking information, and then asked to pay on top of it. This set up is deceptive and fraudulent, as far as I'm concerned.
My experience with Ed Ronaldson from Gethuman as been wonderful. He is very helpful and informative. Ed has always demonstrated a high level of professionalism and great customer service.
Gave my phone #, never sent me a text. Tried the email option, it claimed to be waiting on hold for me, nothing ever happened and nothing ever updated.
I Just found GetHuman when I had a Pinterest issue. Great service/app/ext whatever it is. Pinterest is a bit difficult to get to after initial set up. I got a business page and actually talked to a human at set up. Now, I spent time in the Piniterest contact loop. I'm launching a business by July 1,2019 and have decided to do all advertising on the social platform, mainly through Pinterest, using other Social apps for notfication. I had a problem with my Garmin GPS devise (Nuvi 255 to be precise). The device could not locate any satellites. I contacted Garmin first but they basically told me "throw your GPS into trash and buy a newrer Garmin GPS"). Reluctant to do that, I searched the internet and came accross Gerhuman. After explaining the problem to them, they send me tons of email with many incredibly sophisticated procedures how to solve the problem. After a few hours of applying their recommendations, my GPS started to work again. GetHuman is an incredibly smart and knowledgeable company. They turned out to be true GPS experts. If there is ever a problem I will always contact them first as they seem to know more about GPS than Garmin itselt. I am deeply impressed.

I hate to give GH a "1," because I've used them with success in the not-so-distant past. However, in the last 2 years or so, I've tried to use their "robot" to get a callback from Florida Power and Light, without success. Today I tried, and GH got stuck, for about 30 minutes, with an estimated answer time of "four minutes."_It may be an intentional problem created by one of the many idiots at FPL_, though, and not an issue with GH.
They resolved a money issue i had in gta5. I never thought it was going to work but it did. If i have any more problems, im coming back here for another go.
Have the wrong number wish I had noticed it was a different web site before I gave them my info seemed to not work properly anyway gave them my damn ss # figures like coronavirus isn't bad enough

Useless. Already mad that I cannot get through to the company I need. You try Get Human, which used to work as described. Now loaded with adds and they never call you back. Eat a $#*!, Get Human :(
Nice. Nice one man. I guess maybe it helped i dunno rly do u? Pretty cool stuff tho. Like it keeps askin me to get all my documents and passwords and be like hey did u resolve the thing? And it says i did but i didnt but then i did and its like ok well i guess u did then u just had to go do it urself

I used GH service where they would hold and call me when a rep was on the line, purportedly saving me "25%" of hold time. The company I was trying to call had a hold time of two hours. GetHuman never called me. They did send me a text FOUR HOURS LATER asking if I'd already resolved it.
HULU shows popping back to the home page(Netflix, Disney, Philo, etc.) and we would to reselect HULU and go to the show we were watching, My wife called GetHuman, and told them about the problem. We did nothing else to solve the the problem here at home. The next day, HULU worked fine.
Be patient, don't give up and follow the instructions and you too will GET a HUMAN on the line and will get your business taken care of. I needed to call the IRS and today is the 15th of April so imagine how many people were trying to get through to speak with a representative. It sure felt good, when I was told that my holding time was only going to be 7 to 10 minutes! I know I was smiling throughout the call and I even caught myself humming to some of the music that was being played (and it was the kind of music that they play in elevators or when you're sitting in the chair at the dentist's office, that instrumental kind of music, lol)! When the representative got on the phone and told me their name and their ID #, I couldn't help myself by saying, "This really is the IRS!" Before I knew it, I was thanking the representative for their assistance and I was done! And I have GetHuman to thank! Thanks so much GetHuman, you saved me hours and maybe even days of holding time!
Issue
When placing a Barnes & Noble (B&N) book order online, the link to my membership was unsuccessful. When I tried to link my B&N membership to the order form I got this message: "We are unable to match your Member profile with your account." Without this link, I was not eligible for free shipping.
Resolution
I called the support number *******323 and explained the problem to the support representative. When checking my account and membership, the rep noticed that the name on my account was my wife's, but the membership was under my name instead of hers. The rep explained that the two names must match which the rep quickly fixed for me.
When I viewed my order afterwards, the shipping charge was changed from $8.00 to "none".
Why this happened
In the many years we had B&N memberships, we never did "online" purchases we only used the membership at the store. The membership in my name was not an issue at the store even when my wife shopped there; but it makes a difference when shopping online. Lesson learned!

Trying to get a human at USPS. Original wait time was 21 minutes. Then timer ran down to6 minutes, and had not changed for 30 minutes. The site DID NOT work for me
I WAS FRANTIC TRYING TO GET A HUMAN SINCE THE AUTOMATED ANSWERS WERE NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS WITH MY KOHLS ORDER. GETHUMAN GIVES ADVICE ON "HOW TO AND THE BEST TIME TO DO IT". THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH ME THE NEXT DAY TO SEE HOW I MADE OUT. THEY ARE AWESOME AND HELPFUL.

I spent hours trying to get thru to Frontier Airlines customer service to deal with a canceled flight. GetHuman got me right thru to them and the problem is now solved! So grateful!
Tried it to contact BA. Site said someone will call me in 11mins... waited for 15mins. No once called. Neither the time in the queue refreshed. Ridiculous..
Get human did help me by getting all the facts and to the route of the issue which was resolved, people got their money back from the school, and I got my hardware for the swing. Win win!
Don't waste your time all they do is take your money & send you an email. Breathe & think the situation through & you will find a way to resolve the issue.
Yes-man TOTALLY FAKE- HUUUUGE SCAM!
Steer clear of this site-down they ask you personal questions, offer help after a wait... For a low price of $5.00 then while you are waiting, they offer you faster service for $25.00... HOWEVER, I never got to chat with a consultant for the $5.00, instead they charged me $25.00 and the page Completely Reset! I CALL TOTAL FRAUDULENT SERVICE AND MAJOR SCAM! REPORT AND STEER CLEAR OF GET HUMAN... And after the page reset I filled out the information again to see if maybe I accidentally hit the back button or had a phone glitch... So I refilled out the form and waited for the service again, SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED AND I WAS CHARGED $25.00 A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES.
% SCAM
I received 4 chairs from Wayfair and 3 were broken. Once I sent photos of the chairs, Wayfair refunded me in full without further discussion. As the chairs were not safe to use, I discarded them.
I've tried to use them twice. They promise to connect you faster by having their system call the company and then connect you. This last time they say the wait time is 7 minutes. After a half hour nothing. So I click on the "get help now" button... someone says she is going to connect me to a service where I can pay for technical support. I need to speak with Verizon... not to someone who as no access to my account. Twice I explained that as she either ignored me or was a bot. The next thing I know is I'm on another "secure" website, but my computer is frozen.
Tjhe last time, I just gave up. I then received multiple emails a day asking me to come back for free assistance and if they solved teh problem and what the answer was.
I want the two hours of my life back. It's a scam to get you to pay for service.
There are no links or faqs or anything other than the for where you provide phone, It doesn; t provide any information about the company or any option to do anything but pay for technical service. I have a problem with service.
