I ordered from this company in October for a Christmas delivery on 12/22. Today 12/23, not delivered, and will not be delivered for Christmas. Terrible customer service by 2 out of three customer service agents, I corresponded with, James was the only one that even seemed like he even cared. I spent over 6 hrs on the computer trying to get shop, order, and have things delivered. Costing me a lot of money and they sent the other basket I ordered early, which had fruit in it, hopefully it is not bad by the time my family in Louisianna get to open it. I see on facebook they still are saying they can do delivery before Christmas, while they tell me that the power is out in the warehouse. 3 different excuses given. This company takes orders that they cannot guarantee delivery, yet tell you to pick delivery date.

Good, except I got a discount but it chg'd on final page from $57.57 to $70.62
I am in Australia. I sent the gift to my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. It has arrived in good time Thank you
But I do not know what they think of the gift! They will not open until Christmas Day
Having paid EXTRA for a pre-Christmas delivery, now it is scheduled to be delivered 27 Dec. Not acceptable

I thought of this present at the last minute.
Didn't really think it would get there in time after I ordered it so late.
But GiftTree got it there by today, the 23rd and Christmas was saved!
The person I sent it to loved it, and enjoys the variety that came in the box.

I ordered the beautiful "Champagne Wishes Gift Basket-Veuve Clicqot" to be sent to my son and his wife in Massachusetts, for Christmas. I placed the order from Canada and was hoping it would arrive on time. Seven days later, I can now say, that the online service at Gift Tree was Exceptional and the prompt delivery by UPS was Commendable! A great shopping experience... I will be a returning customer. Thank You Gift Tree and UPS and Merry Christmas to one and all.

Ordered a gift basket and received a confirmation email and then 3 days later received an email that the basket I order was sold out and they were shipping another choice without any input from me.(the replacement basket had half the item my original basket contained) I also schedule a specific delivery date and the subpar replacement basket was delivered 6 days earlier than scheduled, resulting in no one being home to receive. Called Gift Tree and was told I should be happy with the replacement as it is one of their best selling items. Would not recommend this company to anyone. VERY poor service all the way around

We did not want to delay the delivery of your gift, and this is why we took the initiative to swap the gift and get it shipped. I can appreciate the inconvenience this may have caused, and that was not our intention. It does appear that we did issue you a refund for the difference in price of the replacement in addition to a $20 in-store card for you to use on future purchases. Very streamlined ordering process and nice options and price points.
This is my first time using Gift Tree. I received an email message denoting that my orders were shipped. I have received only 1 email alerting me that the 3 other order had been received. The time is past for receipt of my gifts. I am greatly concerned.

I have reviewed you order and do see that all 4 orders were delivered successfully, it does appear that 3 of your gifts were impacted by severe weather conditions in the recipients area. These conditions did cause a delay in the delivery and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Please be assured that our team and carriers did everything in their power to have these delivered on time, and sadly despite our best efforts the conditions prevented us from doing so. We are truly sorry for this weather delay. This is not the level of customer service we're used to here and it pains us to see we've let you down.

The Website is lovely and nice vari6of gifts. I have used GiftTree in the past and never encountered any problems however this time was different.
The gift was never received on the due date. On the tracking it says 'Delivered' but GiftTree have yet to inform me as to where and to whom the gift was delivered. In the meantime I have sent several emails and am still waiting for a response as to where 'The Gift' is? My son has tried to call several times but cannot get through.
It would seem that when something goes wrong the aftersales service is very poor and unacceptable.

I cancelled my order because l selected December 22 and I subsequently found that order could not be delivered until after Christmas.
Ordered this for my brother and his family last Christmas together. He has cancer and dr says he has weeks left, so ordered his favorites. Order with 6 day later delivery and they accepted. Well, gift tree decided to change the order without letting me know. Decided they ran out of the ordered champagne- Veuve Clicot and sent rot gut instead. No sure what else they changed. Even shipment and delivery emails said they sent what I ordered. Found out from my brother. No notification or offer to discuss from gift tree. Finally confirmed from ups notification by clicking on picture of what was delivered and that took me to a page that said that changed order. I can't begin to say how disappointed, embarrassed and mad I am.
Not sure where this goes, but this will live in infamy for me

It is part of UPS policy to have their drivers use their own discretion when leaving orders in a safe place if no one is available to receive the gift, this order did not contain alcohol so it did not require a signature to be delivered. I would advise to contact the recipient to verify that they have received the gift, and if they did not receive it please by all means please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
