This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
Great experience. Sent to some friends and my parents. Both arrived on time. For my parents, it was the Friday before Christmas and the weather was terrible. They delivered to the door to make sure the fruit was not sitting out in the freezing cold. Friends and parents shared that the fruit was beautiful and the assortment of fruit and cheeses was great.
It was accidental…thought I was ordering from another company. Will definitely order from Gift Tree again.
The fruit could have been a little better. I mean, at least remove the stickersm some of the apples didnt even have stems - everyone who knows anything about fruit know that the stem kees it fresh. Probably not worth what I paid.
The recipients who recently lost both spouses (my aunt and her daughter) seemed to really appreciate the quality and detail of the basket...and the wine and chocolates!

I live out of the country and wanted to order a gift for my niece's birthday to arrive a certain time. When I booked it online, the system would not allow me to select the date, still within posting date. When it was delivered my niece tells me there was no name on the message. There was a to and from section so I beleived that would be printed however was told, I needed to include my name in the body of the message. This should be made clearer on the ordering form.

The cost of shipping anything from this place is crazy. The standard shipping cost to send a small box should never be $16.95 (USA). Especially, when the boxed item costs only $29.95 and doesn't weight alot. Makes a relatively cheap item cost almost double after the shipping costs.
I ordered "the good" version of a birthday bouquet instead of "the better" version for a coworkers bday. I understand getting what I pay for, but I was not expecting the wilted flowers. It's possible that could have happened during transit. I've been using GiftTree for a couple of years or so. Going forward I won't ever order "the good" version of any bouquet again.
The basket is beautiful, but it arrived 3 days early... which in most cases is great but in this case it was a surprise to arrive ON the recipient's birthday, and included a URL to watch a special video... that wasn't live yet. Overall LOVE what you offer, and will be back, but I'll be sure to reach out in the future if I have a specific delivery date needed.

My father lived his gift. My mom said he was so excited going through all the snacks and stuff. He couldn't be more pleased!
I purchased a gift for my wife's birthday; three bottles of wine and a tote. When she opened box the tote was clearly damaged and the shipping box had no damage. This item was clearly packaged for shipment with the knowledge it was damaged. So, my wife calls for a replacement, customer service says item is no longer available, but you can have a 20% refund. Wait, I can have a 20% refund when I was shipped a damaged item. Finally, they offered a 50% gift card, which means I paid $96 for $50 of wine a retail price. Now they refuse to respond. Awful company I am reporting to the attorney general in my state. If you get a good item, I think you will be a good position, if you have any customer service issues, just forget getting a resolution and accept overpaying for a damaged item.

My sister received the basket and all the chocolates were completely melted. She said there were ice packs in it but they weren't cold. I'm very disappointed with that, but the basket did look beautiful and was very nicely assembled.
My sister moved into a new home and she loves champagne, but there was also something in the basket for her kids to enjoy as well!
Company charges extra to select a specific date for gift to be delivered and then doesn't get the gift to the destination on time. They also don't refund the extra money you pay for that service. Gifts are meant to be given before or on the day being celebrated, fyi.

This is my first time ordering from this site; I ordered 2 baskets, one to be delivered to San Antonio and one to be delivered to Houston on 12/23. I placed order for San Antonio on 12/16, got notification it shipped 12/19 however in checking tracking UPS reported label made but they never received package from shipper. The Houston basket arrived as promised. The San Antonio basket did not make it by Christmas and, in fact, on 12/25 UPS still reported no package received. I did contact customer service and only after that contact was the basket delivered. I expected more.
I did not receive a response to my email for several days and not until the basket had been delivered late.

I am orderding from Australia to be delivered to the US for Easter. Obviously my family don't have the product yet, but so far I have been more than happy with the range availability and ordering service.
I was looking for a way to get a Easter Hamper to our Family who are now living and working in the US and I realised that there was nothing in Australia. I then started looking from a USA point of view and your siter came up. It had good reviews so here I am a first time customer hoping for that fantastic experience so that I can keep using your service for every holiday that comes along.
I tried to use a $20 credit towards my purchase which was sent to me multiple times. When I tried to add it on my purchase it looked like it was accepted but the price did not reflect the change. I called and spoke to someone in customer service that told me to go ahead and place the order and he would manually make the adjustment. I did and then he proceeded to tell me the code wasn't valid for what I was purchasing (over $150 purchase). I then wrote to customer service, as well, and never received a response. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and just hope that the gift I sent was acceptable! I can't imagine someone telling the giver that it was not but not very pleased with this company. Would not do business with them again.

This gift was ordered in plenty of time for a proper delivery however for whatever reason it's origin was from South Carolina to be delivered to Florida.
I understand some issues due to COVID-19 but this I feel at this point is not acceptable. Amazon has no problem getting their deliveries at the time promised
I ordered a wine basket on Sunday, with a delivery date of Monday. I didn't receive an email until Tuesday evening that they couldn't deliver the basket because there were no local florists who could deliver wine. Not reliable. I went ahead and ordered a wine basket from... a local florist.
I paid extra for the basket to be delivered to my mother the day before Mother's Day. It got there the following Saturday.
The reason I ordered from this particular site was because your advertisement promised if I ordered that day then it would arrive before Mother's Day.

Everything arrived on time. The Rosé was delicious. Only negative was the decorative tin everything came in was dented assuming during the shipping. And most of the chocolates were melted some of which leaked onto the wine bottles. So a bit of cleanup required.

The company offered "Godiva and Champagne" and provided a choice of champagne.
My order was Godiva plus Perrier Jouet, but they shipped a cheap local Sparkling wine, the cost of which from their website is $ 24.00 per bottle.
Besides, the gift was ordered for December 28th, but was delivered on the 24th. When complaining about it after the delivery, they just did not offer restitution
This order was scheduled to be delivered today July 22, instead is was left on my front porch on July 21. This package contained chocolate and although it had 3 small ice packs it was left on a porch and the temperature outside was well in the 80s. I was not notified that the package was delivered. This was purchased for a gift to be given to a family member tomorrow night. With that being said, I have not unwrapped the package. I am hoping that the chocolate did not melt and then "reform" after I placed it in my refrigerator.
