I had no problems ordering online and the product was delivered on time. It was for a birthday. I ordered the "All The Best Gourmet Tower." It contained 5 boxes of goodies. I was a little disappointed with the amount of goodies in the boxes. One box had only 2 cookies in it and another had a few candies. Other than that, the presentation and the boxes themselves were very pretty.
The convenience and same-day delivery option was great. However, my recipient received a completely different arrangement than I ordered. The flowers she received were beautiful and she loved them, but it was totally not what I ordered.
I'm very happy with the entire experience. The ordering process was very straight forward. There was a breakdown of any extra cost before purchasing which I appreciated. Once ordered, the delivery was very fast. Most importantly the recipients were very happy with the quality of the produ cts. I would highly recommend GiftTree. The coding on this site seems be broken. It only allow 3 stars to be checked however this was a 10/10 for me.
I was very happy with the online selections of gifts, the website was very user friendly, excited that I could us the coupon code on my first order and the quick ship and reasonable shipping fee is was the icing on the cake, or should I say cookies :) Thank you for a great shopping experience! Then it all went down hill. They notified me by email to advise my order shipped, however, it never arrived, the customer service isn't open on week end so I could follow up but found out through Fed Ex that they never contacted Fed Ex to pick up, so my Mother's day gift was never received. When I finally got a hold of customer service the following Monday (after Mother's Day) they said it was lost in shipping, which was false since they never sent it out to begin with. P. I paid a bit more for shipping to be delivered on Sat but the package did not arrive until Monday. The company should have reimbursed me for the shipping or provide some coupon for next order. Got nothing!

A college fraternity brother hospitalized with covid wound up with pneumonia and sepsis! After surviving and discharge to home care I sent the fruit and cheese trio to him. He was very appreciative as we are not close, 50 plus years after graduation. The recent death of another frat brother has made us all feel closer after all these year via email. We are planning a reunion soon!

I understand the weather delays,... to an extent. The original delivery date was days AFTER the ice event in the area. Then the delivery date was pushed out, out, and out. We had several days of temps in the seventies and eighties before my order arrived. I don't know that I would place another order based on this experience.
I ordered fruit for my friend who just had an operation to cheer her up, ups said it was delivered it was not if I had not called her I would have been lead to believe she got it, then they rescheduled the delivery and she was not called again it was left in the lobby of course the fruit was rotten
Ordering from Gift Tree and then the delivery of the item, as always, is so easy and very professional. I will say that for this particular item, I was disappointed in the quantity of the contents. The basket was beautiful which is what drew me to the item.
Never heard from the recipient during the week the gift basket was delivered. Then I received an email from him saying he received a gift basket without a card and did it happen to be from me. Very disappointing and probably uncomfortable for him to send that email.
We received a fruit and cookie gift from Gift tree as a bereavement gift. We had a problem with one of the apples so i contacted customer service. They responded very quickly and replaced the whole box within just a few days. I would definitely recommend this company based on their customer service and The quality of the fruit and cookies, other than the one apple, being very good.
The recipient did get a smile on her face when she received this basket. This is exactly what I was trying to achieve, as she was heartbroken from the loss of her mother. She was very impressed she said with the presentation and was looking forward to eating the fruit and the chocolates. So I am very satisfied!
I have used Gift Tree for several years to sent client baskets during the holidays. They are always beautifully prepared and have arrived on the date I specified with the order. I will definitely continue to use Gift Tree.
I ordered a fruit gift basket on a Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. I paid $10.95 for overnight delivery. It was not delivered on Friday or Saturday. It was delivered on Monday. 3 days late. I complained but they would not refund my money. They said "No refunds". The service is terrible.
I am terribly sorry your gift arrived late. Delays are never anything we would want to encounter and it pains me to know we let you down. Unfortunately, this was related to a severe winter storm across the country and directly in the area this was being delivered to and we are not able to reimburse delays related to weather. We do hope the gift was able to bring a smile still once it was received!
He order was a last minute request for me but so happy that i was able to get quality baskets in 2 days!
The baskets arrived a day early! They are baskets I have ordered in the past that i get the most complements from, I was delighted to see them for myself!
Easy to order, photos of baskets look lovely. However, I am extremely disappointed with this order. I read what the contents of the basket were supposed to be and based my choice on that. The recipient sent me a photo of what was received and it is nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I paid over $90 Canadian for a basket with 6 small items of popcorn and a few nuts and chocolates, value at best $20.This was my first order from your company and it will certainly be my last. I feel completely "ripped off" and embarassed at the paucity of what was supposed to be a meaningful gift. Buyers beware!
Given the choice of when we wanted our gifts to be delivered we chose the week of Christmas so our recipients could use the gifts while entertaining during Christmas. Our gifts were delivered a full week before the scheduled date and did not look like what was shown in the photo. It was disappointing given we were able to select when we wanted it delivered.
I ordered a gift basket for a customer which was delivered promptly. I had just ordered another gift basket when I received a call from GiftTree asking to review their service for the first order. I mentioned to the woman that the service was great and I'd already ordered another basket. She then proceeded to log in to my account for me and add a discount of 25% on the new order, saving my $30+ and free shipping. The whole process took under 5 mins and I've already been reimbursed for the discount.
Wish I had read the reviews before using this company! I paid extra to have a flower arrangement delivered to an office building by 2pm on a Thursday and it arrived on the following Monday. Not only was it DAYS late, it looked nothing like the picture (what I ordered is the photo on the left, what was delivered is on the right). I was completely embarrassed by what was sent. I would have preferred to not have anything arrive at all!
