2 of the same items ordered but separate postage charges. Both items damaged. Photos and videos provided but they said tried to suggest it was an optical illusion. I have to pay postage to send the items back for item refund but they refuse to refund postage. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even though I brought this to their attention, they wouldn't budge. Never again.

I ordered a £20 mystery box from this company and it turns out the only mystery is, how they have the audacity to charge for a box full of cheap plastic rubbish ( 3 small coat hangers, a small cleaning brush, 3 x scourers, a plastic watch, a handful of car chargers) so on receiving this crap I was told to send pictures of the box it came in, the packaging and all items. I duly sent this rubbish back 1st class. They are now stating it should have been tracked and are denying receiving the package and now not answering emails. I know you take a chance on ' mystery' items but this is just a scam BEWARE

Got my daughter a smartwatch with free earbuds for xmas by Gomoro through this website. Cannot charge it. Cannot connect earbuds to phone. Went to customer service at gogroupie in the end who said it's by usb but how? Wasnt listed like that on website. Even more useless reply. Completely going around in circles and feel like I am repeating myself and getting nowhere. Changing info all the time. Now they say I cant return cos its over the time limit! Its an xmas present! Came in crumpled boxes. Looks like it just got chucked in a bag. And to send back to China? Cost more than item itself anyway! Absolute joke. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The order that I put in, I wanted to complain about, the complaint went to the unreputable company, who has said its within the 14 day delivery, so I suggested it was within the 14day cancellation period. They say that no, once sent, is not able to be cancelled.
The product was for my fathers birthday, did not arrive in time, I had to purchase a second present.
Can't cancel, can't get refund, can't get product within 14 days, GoGroopie should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising companies from China and not stating so.
Then to trust the british public to a company (oberoriz) who is known to scam hundreds, how could they?

I ordered e rings ages ago no delivery no information at all don't trust this company don't buy anything from them

Rude and poor customer service. I was replied to at 2am with one sentence replies. No order confirmation was received and they wouldn't exchange an order saying it was my fault as I ordered the wrong colour. Took me nearly 2 weeks before they would agree to the statutory refund IF I returned it at my own cost and they received it within 14 days of delivery which wasn't possible after they had spent 2 weeks not providing customer service or an address to return it to! So I have dontated the unwanted item to a children's charity! Avoid ordering from them!

I purchased a voucher for a men's size XL jacket. The jacket which arrived was marked 3XL but would only fit me who is a female size 10/22. Totally useless. Merchant claimed that it was the 'Chinese equivalent!' No customer support Their merchant refused to offer return or refund. Gogroopie have offered no support despite selling me the voucher and charging postage. This iitem is still advertised on their site despite being alerted to the problems. Stay clear if this site. No Customer Service and shark merchants!

Ordered a dog harness for my two year old cockarpoo I ordered a Medium I received x/s so small it would,t fit her when she was a puppy, I also ordered a Mistery Mega Box £12.99 and shipping £4.99 I received it 11 days later 10 plastic toys like the ones you have in Xmas crackers, I am waiting for another Mistery Mega Box I sent for before the first one arrived. I wish I had read the Reviews before I ordered these Mega Boxs.

I signed up and received regular emails with offers. Went for a Mystery box box for 12.99. The image portrayed a number of gadgets, I wasn't expecting top grade goods, but I was expecting to get value for money
I paid £12.99 plus £4.99 postage. I haves added an image of goods received. Two of the items were doubled up. Total value probably under a fiver. Only one useful item in the box and all poor quality.
I can't say that all products offered are going to be of low quality, but when you look at the sale price against the alleged recommended retail price, the discounts are so big you have to wonder if they are genuine price drops and not just cheap items with fake discounts.
I know it's called a mystery box, so there is some luck involved with what you receive but ensure they don't contravene advertising standards they should change the name from Mystery Box to Disappointment Box.

Beware of this company- they are cheats. I bought an expandable 'Magic Hose' advertised for £7.99 & was surprised when all I got in the post was A Hose holder. I complained to the company who ignored all means of communication. I WILL NEVER EVER buy from them AGAIN!

Horrible company to deal with. Untrue advertising of product. Attempts to side step its legal obligations and force you to deal with merchant. Worms and squirms out of its responsibility to refund following legitimate complaint. Finally when you don't go away they ignore you. I have reported them to consumer protection authorities and am about to take them to court. Stay miles away from these scammers. Also avoid Supertrendinuk the merchant who supplied the rotten item. They are past master scammers who illegally insist you pay shipping costs to return their rubbish with no guarantee they will refund your costs. To do this almost doubles the amount I paid for the garbage and is designed to put you off seeking refunds. Irish and EU authorities have been advised of there scam. With any luck Irish Customs will seize all their goods coming in with no EU Certification.

Please don't buy from this company, my item was broken and faulty, tryed to get a full refund which they said they would give, but never did after keeping on to them, their disgusting not to give refunds for broken, faulty goods. You never hear from them, they take your money quick enough, plus the item I got was not worth the money even if it was OK. Its all crap they sell, save your hard earn money, don't give to these people. Your regret it. I had to give a star hell, I would give ******* rating.

Still waiting for my order to arrive from June sent loads of messages as no contact number to ring to find out were my shoes are or why no refund as been given never use this company have to give 1 star as can't give a 0

I have ordered somr Jumbo bathsheets in June, and they have still not arrived, I have sent several emails without any response. I asked for a refund, no response £24.99 is a lot for a pensioner to loose.

Not sure why there are so many awful reviews here but my experience was excellent. Bought an iPad and leather case which came within 4 days of ordering. The product is great and the service was exceptional. Thank you GoGroopie.

Can not be trusted, similar experience to many reviews here. Misleading item decriptions, items delivered were different from the pictures. The vendor agreed the return and the refund of 4 identical items. GoGroopie customer service promised the full refund after long delays. But only refunded for 3 orders out of 4 returned orders. When chased they went round and round the circles and still not resolved. They pretend not knowing my request after numerous email exchanges (see picture). I am now asking PayPal to dispute. Don't let them get away as they would keep cheating the consumers.

Items never arrived.
They wont reply to my emails, plus i had to pay postage at extortionate prices.
This company is run by thies.
Check out the many negative comments by others conned out of hard earned cash.
They write their own reviews apologising for previous comments acting like real customers.
