Worst service, testing team didnt find issue. Even after 2 times pickup no issue resolved. Having recording of mic issue then to no action nothing. Never recommend noise. Worst product worst company. No after sale service. Even after defective product no service provided only pickup then again deliver. According to them trouble shoot is the solution and return. Customer is getting trouble but they only have one way pickup then trouble shoot and delivery its the third time and again pick up will be done. No senior to connect and even they are talking rudly as if its favour on us. Never go for noise. Go for BoAT its really a good product
I just wanted to tell you never buy the product from direct noice website ever they are failed to give you delivery. And they sent you used items and after that they don't have any of the return policy. If you complaint about the product you will get the call from Noise customer support but they never responded and cut the call in between.

I had bought noise fit voyage watch and as they advertise it has 4g connection smart sim but neither connections are getting made and inspite of so many requests for help neither they call normal they troubleshoot my problem and written that your query has been resolved. Never go for any of this brand product. Pathetic product and more pathetic after sales.
[17/10,8:53 pm] Indian: I have register the complain on 7-10-24. Noise customer care can't repair my watch and your customer care don't have the spare part of the watch. I am troubled about 1month but your customer care has no response, SUMIT talk 10-08 am on date 17-10-24 not response, Mr. NANSI talk 10-11 am, and my watch has gone 2 time to gurugram service center but they have send me the defective piece and when I say to customer care to please talk me to the head and I have called 20 to 30 times they can't tell me about the when I will get the return.
[23/10,10:08 pm] Indian: I have 2 complaints to customer care. When the watch has gone for the service center when it was in repairing the watch warranty get expired. Customer care is saying after delivery you will get 24 hour to check my watch. My watch has gone for the battery back up for service center but company has said that watch backup is 7 days but I can't check the watch in 24 hour. I have many time called to customer care and I have told to them please give the call to your head and I have told to them before delivering the watch you will call to your head but they don't called to the head. I have said to them to give me the 1 week warranty but they are not giving if they will not give me the watch for the 1 week I will not take delivery of the watch. I have not recived ( 23-10-24) yet
We had purchased the Halo series and when the defect arise in this, in exchange they provide the endeavor product which are not saleable and lots of battery problem already shown in social media( they take the money for new product and in exchange they clear their dump product) within a six month period I raise 4-5 times complaint for battery issue and every time they return to the endeavor series.
I ask to everyone when you pay the amount for particular series they why you get the dump item..
I had bought this product through Noise website. They sent me the product which was partially working. Right ear bud with working and left ear bud was not working. When i contacted them they said, i will have to return the item and they will fix the same device in 20 days and send it back. Also, they say they cant send mail that they will resend the product in 20 days post fixing it. This is a shabby product and service. Dont buy Noise product
Absolutely disappointed with noise service, these people are fraud and most of all their return policy, absolute frauds they just give you an option to exchange or repair the product even if you are disappointed with the product quality.
After sale service is really very bad. Once you buy after that no one is respond starting day product are starting problem then is there team come and said we will give you new product but after 15 days same give you return problem is still same no one care is 2300 rs is just waste for money. Pls don't buy this type of product.if right one is connected then left one is not working. This product is buy Lotus showroom lotus service is very bad pls don't product at Lotus showroom.

It's way better than OnePlus; I had OnePlus buds, but the product quality was cheap. Noise gives the best for their dedicated price. This is their premium product, and it's definitely a flagship game-changer.
