I've raised a complain through service center, it was registered successfully and I did receive complain number. I got reply on the status that it is under process. When I checked today it is showing no complaint found. I called their call centre number and even IVR was not able to recognise my complain number. I think it is a good way of day light robery, taking money of the product, when customer complaints you take the product back to show how good company you are and then stop tracking of the complaint.
I have been trying for my reverse pickup since 2 weeks. The product has been returned to me from the delivery center as the noise team is not responding. I have contacted noise service center but they are also helpless. And they didn't even confirmed if my complaint has been rectified. For this attitude I shldn't even give a single star.

Noise's service was a real lifesaver! Had a problem with my Buds VS 104Max, and their support team, even on social media, sorted it out real quick and was genuinely helpful. Asked something on social media, and they got back to me fast with a solid answer. Their stuff is good, and the team seems on point!

They came up with India's first OWS. I liked it very much because it comes with a detachable neckband. The product is very durable using it since 15 days. The sound output is also nice.
I ordered one smartwatch from their official noise website. The product name was noise smartwatch ultra 2. Due to some reasons I refused to accept the order at the time of delivery. I don't even know that the package was carrying the same product or not. I have already paid the amount as it was a prepaid order. Since I have refused the delivery they haven't provided me any information or update regarding my refund. I have sent them so many email but I got no response from them they also have a customer service support number but its of no use trust me. Its been one month now and I still have no idea that will I going to get back my 5k from them or not. In simple words what all I can say is just don't ever make a mistake to purchase any of their products from their official website as they don't know the meaning of professionalism or how to serve a customer. I had such a pathetic experience from them that I can't even make another mistake to recommend their products.
I ordered Noise air 102 neo ear bud.
I recived the damaged piece so I placed complaint against the product. Team not took any action against the compaint and directly closed the complaint.
I am not satisfied with the customer care response towards my product.
I will never order any product of Noise brand.
I Buy New Watch On 25 December and I Have submitted a complaint on 15 January Related To Sound Issue. Then I Have Received My Watch On 31st January and when I Open I Parcel and I See The Watch. Scratches On Watch And It's Used. From The Box Any one can judge it's very old and Used Or Repaired Watch. My Watch Was Only 20days Old And Which Watch he sends to me that's Very Old, Used or Scratched.
So Please Don't Buy Any Product From Noise.
It's Happened With Me Second Time
Very cheap quality products. Not happy with the quality of the products at all. Bought the impulse smartwatch, voice was not at all audible. Got it replaced with GT08, the product finish was pathetic. Watches available with road side vendors are much better in quality. Sent it back for replacement or refund but they sent me a gift voucher which is of no use to me as I don't intent to buy any of the cheap quality products anymore.
Answer: Yes almost everyone. I was send wrong product every time. I'm still waiting for the right product. And I have already paid for it.

Answer: I regret that I purchase a product from Go noise. Its customer services are worst and I will never buy any another product from them and will create awareness among people about such a fraud company.
