2 times Complaint regarding low noise and quality issue(Case has some scratches and dark patches and which is looks old) has been raised on buds play. No proper response from team.
When ever we ask for exchange this defect product. Noise team sending again same old defect product. We are following up with noise team since 1 and half month. Still no resolution.
Bought Noise explorer wonder pink watch... Feels like cheated... Far different from what Noise claims for it...no location tracking...no video call function...battery discharged within 4 hrs of complete charging even when watch is not being used... problem in pairing with admins mobile phone...remote voise monitoring function not functioning...totally defunct...more disheartening is irresponsible attitude of Noise ppl to resolve it...was sent to ware house for repairing but returned as it is without an inch of the watch after almost 1 month of submitting it for repair... Request you all to never fall prey to false claims of Noise team
I ordered watch from gonoise.com, I din't received any product. Message showed me delivered. I emailed so many times and they are saying'Company checked with it's delivery boy and everything allright'. No body came to my door. Simply stole my money. I can't believe this is the company doing to the customers.

Bought noise tws and in a month left ear bud stopped working. Requested for reverse pickup for repair and after 2 whole weeks received with broken right ear bud. Customer care won't respond and also, when complaint was logged for physical damage, the customer care itself closed the complaint at their own will. Such a pathetic customer care and service team.
Don't ever buy anything from gonoise.com. They have zero transparency with the ordered items. You can't monitor them, can't cancel, you can do nothing. To summarize you have no access to your ordered items. It's such a manual backdated system even in 2023.
I had purchased Noise smart watch which has an problem with the control button(details given in email). It has been 10 days since I logged the complaint/Ticket No: ******* but still there is no resolution. I am now frustrated with just following up with you for my smartwatch rectification. I do not have any other option and I am now so upset that i have taken this issue to online mode. I am very disappointed the service which has not even happene. If this is how you treat your valuable customers I will never recommend Noise brand. I hope you take this seriously as I am very disappointed with all that has happened till now.

I got a defect product Noise Colorfit Pro 3 smart watch. But they are not ready to refund the money, they only repair the product and return. And not to send a new product as the issue noticed and reported on the same day it received. Bad customer care support. Please don't go for Noise product. Better you buy from Amazon or Flipkart for replacement and return. Don't buy from Noise website.
It's been 5 days... Requested return for the smartwatch through emails, called customer care and raised issue on social media but they don't respond or resolve the issue. They have even created fake accounts on insta to respond and deleting my compliants! REGRET BUYING...Low standard brand!

Using evolve 3 since past six months and I am satisfied with my purchase and decided to order another watch l. I checked evolve 3s upgrade was launched recently so I ordered that watch today. Hope it'll be more advanced and have more features.
