It seems like for the last few years, google absolutely refuses to search what i type in the bar. Ill look up "apples" and it stubbornly gives me results for oranges no matter how i type it in. The new commonly asked questions feature is so busted too. It will often have the question i asked but when i click it, i get an answer that's not in any way relevant to the question. Google is literally giving me suggested questions that they supposedly will be more likely to answer, and the answer is still unrelated garbage or the same link to some misinformed spam site for every suggested question on the topic. The other day i was searching (in google video search) for documentaries or short videos about space travel and the ENTIRE first page was filled with links to the same site with no videos whatsoever, yet every link had a box with the play button on it. It feels like they dont even care about good service anymore because people arent aware of reliable alternatives.

Web service was terrible. Never ordering again from this company as well as I am not going to refer them to anyone else. I ordered SpeedyPC and I was double billed, in addition, it didn't function at all. It kept "encountering errors" and it would crash on my computer. Tried it with Windows XP and Windows 7. I also had problems with them accessing my paypal account with charges for products I have never heard of, or bought nor did I want them. Thankfully Paypal was able to reverse the charges, preventing this from going through.

I tried a service for $2.95, and then realized I'd just signed up for a monthly service I do NOT need or want. Tried to cancel three times within four days of signing up, and the company has not even responded to my emails. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Ridiculous. Scam.

I have met Ms. Symantha 2 times, each time, she was very nice, friendly and extremely helpful. I went to this ******* Property number. While other locations had signs on the Window, "Manager on Property...," Ms. Symantha was always there and available. It looks like she is an HONEST person.

Thank you, PS and Symantha..

Safecart advertises a shockwave flash fix. Don't do it! It's a Fraud! $39.95 they say, But to actually fix registry the problems they say that are causing the shockwave flash problems, they need you to sign up for an additional $200 service. These people are cheap Cons that are ripping off folks by the scores. You can't get a refund. Another sleazy internet business that needs to be sued out of existence. Some one help!

Absolutely horrible and atrocious behemoth that has its cancerous metastases invading all of our pc usage and phone usage.
It is an utterly invasive piece of sh*t that will not allow you to go about your life happily as it was before it took over things like youtube and other personal usage of the web.
It is a freaking mafia syndicate monopoly and will no doubt, one day be prosecuted to the hilt.
It is a privacy destroyer that makes yo feel like just using the web or your favorite sites is akin to getting the mark of the beast, practically.
They used to say, Don't be Evil. But they stopped saying it, because
NOW THEY ARE EVIL. They not only sold out their own soul, but they are trying to steal and sell out ours.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T. just sacrifice your use of the sites they have attacked and now occupy as a hostile invading force, your use of them will be crippled, by not having a google plus account connected, but at least you won't be compromising your security and privacy.

I used it for everything for years, but now it just leads to fraud. Scam artists have found ways to manipulate google, and ensnare you and steal your money. I do not know if google is directly involved, but it is past time for them to step up, and exclude fraudulent websites. www.my-postal-address-change.com/USPS is a good example. Google guided me to this fraudulent USPS address change page, and it cost me 40 bucks and a long long hassle instead of one dollar, and a properly updated address. I am through with google. I may even delete my gmail account over this. I am tired of them gathering my info, and targeting me as income. Take a toss google! You can't be number one forever, and you WILL fall!

Search results are biased and lacking in honesty or truth, detouring the public from awakening to the toxicity that operates behind google, youtube, yahoo and everything else for that matter. Look out for a closedown of this old worn-out unconsciousness that reads behind society and all of its operations. It's time to get real. Understand?

They billed me over $300 in 2 days. I check my bank account everyday or so. Called PayPal then my bank. Even after talking to PayPal they still charged an extra $50. Canceled that card immediately, and went back and forth with PayPal. These people need to get thrown in prison.

Google's algorithms suppress certain outlets/websites. They are known to favor large businesses and suppress small businesses. The Wall Street Journal investigated this and has an article about it here: https://on.wsj.com/3wXGxDM.

Bussiness Insider also has an article on Google manipulating search results. You can read it here: https://www.businessinsider.com/google-manipulates-search-results-report-2019-11.

This type of behavior should worry everyone..

Tip for consumers:
If you are worried about your search results being hidden, look for an alternative search engine.

Google News is my go-to source for all current events. I like the format choices, and have some of my own news categories. Sure, I also separately bookmark some sites of special interest, but with Google News, who needs a printed newspaper?

I was surprised to open my browser to my home page, which is Google to see Elmo.
I have seen Sesame Street characters all week long to celebrate their 40th anniversary.
But nothing for our veterans!
This is making me angry.
I think I may have to remind Google about our Vets!
They can remember the slinky and stupid $#*!, like Elmo.
I think our Vets should be up there today.
Wake up Google!

I purchased a 29.95 clean up for my laptop. I couldn't get it to work. I asked for a refund through PayPal and they're just ignoring me. Never ever purchase anything from this absolutely horrible company. I really should have looked at the reviews before ordering, that's on me. Do yourselves a favor and purchase from any other company but this one

They advertise that it's a FREE service then asked for $29.95 so, I paid with my PayPal and then proceeded to install it. It said that it could speed up my computer but the service tech told me that my 6 month old computer needed more than this program could do. He said my computer was out of warranty and that I could buy a warranty through them for $199.99 before they could do anything for me. I got upset and then they said that they could do a one time fix for $79.95 instead. I requested a refund and told them where they could put their program then, I contacted PayPal and disputed the charge so that I made sure it was not going any further! This company is a 100% scam and you need to steer way clear of it! You have been warned! Eliot A.

Verified purchase

Been on the phone since 3 o'clock. It's now 9. The Google phone doesn't work and the Google charger doesn't work. It's all crap. But when you talk to them, you go here. You go there. Call Verizon for receipts they they got. Not good enough. They need every single number on every device that is broken. I've sent Google 6 hrs worth of numbers. Still not enough. What is the problem. They do this so you give up & go buy new stuff. Scammers. BS. It's all shady. I showed proof of 2 purchases. Not enough still. Wtf else do you clowns need. Never buy google anything. Nothing. Trash

I used Safecart to pay for Lavasoft's software support. Lavasoft failed miserably to help me repair my computer, and when I tried to contact them they just tried to sell me more software! I contacted Safecart, and got a refund of my initial fee with absolutely no hassle AT ALL. Very happy. Lavasoft may have failed, but safecart came through for me with flying colors!

One star is the only option or the review is not published. There is no minus 5 star option.

I found today that Safecart had automatically taken my 6 month's subscription from my account, and a previous one 6 months earlier.
I cannot even remember installing Safecart so am paying the price for being dozy.
But no more, I have cancelled my subscription

Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs

By far the best search engine.

The algorithm used for the searches are more complex and definitely more secret then their competitors, but the results are far more accurate and relevant. In addition, Google can be used in a much deeper way then by using simple search terms. However, most average computer users don't need them.

I tried to get Safe Cart to remove a program and in seconds I had $79.98 charged to my Visa. I did not authorize the $49.99. Tried to get it cancelled and discovered their computer system is unresponsive as well as their phone number *******727. I then checked the Internet and discovered numerous entries describing Safe Cart as a scam. I then called my credit card company and lodged a dispute of the charges.

I've shopped at Moonpig.com for a few years now, ever since I became housebound which meant I couldn't get out to the shops. The choice of cards is outstanding and also a good choice of flowers and gifts. What I like as well is when it come's to Christmas cards they have all your previous addresses listed which saves you having to find your address book and of course you don't have to write all the addresses on the envelopes.

I SENT THIS TO THE FBI!

"I just received my June credit card statement. It shows that on May 11,2013 www.safecart.com charged $19.99 for SpeedyPC. I never heard of safecart.com and I did not purchase any such product. I'm reporting this fraudulent charge to my credit card company because I'm not paying it. I'm also reporting this company to Lifelock and the Federal Trade Commission and/or the FBI. When I searched safecart.com on the Internet, I was shocked at the number of similar reports by others. Many of them occurred over the past month, but they go back years."

Is SafeCart really safe? There are so many people with so many negative stories about the site. Surely they cannot be all making up those stories? If the SafeCart were a genuine set up someone representing them should respond to the contributor of those with various complaints of fraud.
