I noticed a repeated charge (3 times on the same day) to some Co. Named "Safe Cart". But it was going through my Pay Pal account without my authorization. I called Pay Pal. The female answering the phone told me "oh you know how sometimes you hit a little button at the bottom of the page by accident, that's probably what happened"! NO MAMMMN... THAT'S WHY I USE PAY PAL, TO PREVENT THESE VERY THINGS. BUT NOW THEY ARE THE ONES STEALING FROM US. LOOKING BACK THEY'VE WITH DREW SEVERAL MONTHS AT $9.97, AND WE JUST DIDN'T CATCH IT. AWAY WITH PAY PAL NOW! THEY ASSURED ME THEY HAD CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP... membership in WHAT? I received NOTHING in exchange for my $9.97 each month, nor was I sent any information on how to use anything they wold as "SAFE CART"! HIGHLY ILLEGAL... SHAMEFUL THIEVES!

My bank does not show a payment to Safecart. Could they possibly be using a shell game to hide things from the IRS and other clients that utilize unsavory websites? Sitejabber?

Over the years, I've seen Google censor/remove many blogs, groups, and videos, and even delist websites for no good reason besides imposing their views on others. I can find no real way to contact Google, while every reputable business provides ways to be reached in case of problems. I don't agree with Google's spying on people all over the web, even those who choose not to use Google's websites. The only way that I know of to stop the spying is to block Google's servers. Google lies about supporting diversity and opposing discrimination when they are censoring people who have different views. Google's flagship is their search engine, and most of its search results are not as good as they should be for a business that claims to be a leader in artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Maybe if they spent more time working on improving search results instead of censoring everything and spying on everyone, they would have better search results. Google would not index my website, saying there was an error, but they provided no error message to indicate what the problem was, making it impossible to solve the problem - if there even really was one. Other search engines had no such problem. I feel there will be no freedom on the web until something is done about Google, and people who actually give Google their money or click on Google's ads are only feeding a monster.

Google is one of the best SE where any can search and find everything he/she wants. To use Google services, just open the google.com on your browser and search that you want to find from internet.

Everybody who have been scammed by these people please read the following.
REF, WARNING, there is a company out there in cyberspace called Safe cart, it has some how or other taken £ 29.95 unauthorised payment from my PayPal account, I have tried contacting Safe cart but not getting any reply from them so beware and check you account for this payment, I have made a complaint to Pay Pal and they are checking this out.so beware.
After Paypal dismissed my claim I once again contacted Paypal and copied and pasted the many complaints on this website about what Paypal were doing to other paypal accounts I found about this matter guess what I received an refund, what does that say about paypal, I also told Paypal that they should be ashamed of them self's dealing with safe cart & making millionaires of obvious scammers and that I believe is why I got refund.

I had to get rid of google because of the security issues caused with my security programs from Bing. Way I figure it, why not just use what came with Windows. So I do.
So when I browse I use their, ( Bing's) product, because of the too many ads and videos loading on ( Google's) browser constantly. That is the background.
I looked at your (Sitejabber), browser extension. I did not have to go far. Actually the landing page for your browser extension, shows clearly that this extension is a google product run by google. So this is not a go at any time on my computer.
It's funny really. Ever since I got rid of all the extra browsers and their security programs I have had smooth sailing. I was informed that 2 security programs will fight each other for computer resources, causing lockups and such. So I went with what the computer came with and have no problems now.
True I lose you tube, but that's a whole other story. I sure do wish there were browsers and face book like places that actually believed in American ideals like free speech and privacy. Google is not one of them.
I do not work for, nor have ever worked for Windows or any of their companies.

It is a great site, its simplicity and spot on results sometimes feel like magic. Only kind of downside is all the farming of information they do, but aside from that it is my #1 visited site

USE BING FOR SEARCHES. Google policies are made by biggots. Google will not allow gun stores to advertise or use adwords? I am trying to advertise my mattresses and appliances (my main business) on google which said it violates there policy. I was told no guns, gun parts, or anything that shoots out a projectile at high velocity, which includes bb guns. GO $#*! YOURSELF GOOGLE

Safecart apparently engages in nefarious - if not outright fraudulent - billing practices. I discovered today that I, too, have been misled (scammed, really) by Safecart as a result of registering a Wordpress plugin - free version - for which the invoice showed Total USD: $0.00 but my Paypal account was charged $97.00. Upon examination of the emailed receipt, the total still showed $0.00, but there was a reference to a "subscription" for $97.00 at the bottom.
Outcome of a refund request is pending, but in the meantime, I reported the transaction to the FCC and encourage those of you who've also been scammed to also report the company to the FCC so that (hopefully) something will be done about Safecart and its nefarious practices. The FCC form is at: https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx?#.
With just a quick Google search regarding Safecart, I found the following links to forums, threads, reviewing sites, etc. relevant to Safecart and its practices:

Why hasn't Paypal blocked Safecart?
Tip for consumers:
If you've provided any Paypal information to Safecart, act immediately with Paypal and your bank (if applicable). To ensure Safecart is not silently charging you for a "subscription" that you didn't authorize, log into Paypal, go to Profile-Profile and Settings-My Money. Look for My Preapproved Payments, and click on Update. Click Safecart and choose Cancel. Ensure its status changes from Active to Inactive.
