In March, I contacted their customer service to change the travel dates, paid over $300 in change fees, and received a confirmation that the modification was successful. Based on that confirmation, I purchased a third ticket on the same new dates, spending an additional $$$. Then, almost a month later, Gotogate informed me that they couldn't process the changes after all. No explanation. No refund. No real apology. Just cold, generic emails and useless alternatives. I booked a flight from Istanbul to Tivat through GoToGate (Order: 1062-XXX-XXX). Air Montenegro randomly changed my flight time to something ridiculous, so I asked for a refund. That was 3 weeks ago.
Here's what's been happening for THREE WEEKS: I call GoToGate: "We'll contact Air Montenegro and call you back" (Never happened)
