I am displeased with the rate hike that occurred at the very moment I was paying for my reservation. It was a $75 increase because supposedly other people were also looking at the same flight. I will not be ordering from this sie again.

Your flight selection process is extremely difficult and frustrating. I would strongly prefer to select my outgoing flight and then my return flight, rather than having to look at a list of 20 flights with the same outgoing flight just to try and find the one with a different incoming flight. Some of the flights appear to be identical in every way - same incoming and outgoing flight, listed 2 or 3 times. It is an extremely frustrating process to use your website!

As a dad traveling with 3 young kids, it is not a good experience figuring out the seating for overnight flight.
I had a lot of trouble booking the flights, first try it kept saying there was an erroer. After rentering all the ino 4 or 5 time nthen it went to payment, put that info then it pushed mento my credit card and verified, then said it was processing, and it was successful but never gave me a confirmation/ order number. Next day the credid card company said there was no pending chargeand advised me to rebook. I could not get airline with out a confirmation # I called GOTOGATE. SHE TOLD ME THEY COULDD NOT HELP ME THEY COYLD NOT CONFIRM IF i had a reservation or not. Customer servicenis useless
Rude customer service during booking unclear information privided in regards to the luggages after booking they provide the information about the luggage so I called the customer service to add the luggage or cancel the trip and they was very rude and shut the phone in my face
