I booked a Belavia flight through Gotogate. Belavia cancelled my flight. Gotogate informed me that if I wanted to get reimbursement, I should pay them a 30 € service fee, or get a voucher. But that's not what's written in their regulations, which say I can ask the airline directly. So, I wrote to Belavia, who said they cannot accept direct reimbursement from me, as I paid Gotogate. Gotogate provided no option to getting reimbursement without paying fees. Phoning customer service is a joke: I was placed in a waiting list as no. 1043. After 45 min I was no. 1039.
We had to change a flight and despite having 7 days to do, Gotogate staff have been totally incapable of doing the change due to a rate not 'showing'. We ended up doing it directly with Philippines airlines who in return have extremely professional and efficient. Avoid gotogate if you think you might change plans, they are absolutely useless, I complained to Gotogate and never got any response whatsoever. They should not be allowed to operate at all.

I have booked flight for my in laws from booking.com and I think booking.com is internally working with gotogate for any customer service. I wanted to reschedule my flight and everytime they keep me on hold for almost 30 mins and come up saying there is any issue. Called them for more than 15 times and either they say there is an issue, or the calls gets dropped for which they never call back, they won't make the changes even after the amount is deducted and they will say call but they never do. After lot of attempts finally when the flights are rescheduled they didn't make an effort to let me know that the baggage is shortened for this flight and simply throw it in airline that it's au Booking.com should remove their collaboration to maintain their brand in the market. I had to rate this 1 only because i didn't get an option to select 0 which they deserve.
Got covid was told to send my medical form in to prove I was sick. Ran around in circles by 6 of their employees. Each of whom told lies and different stories. Did not honour the airlines covid rules. Would not give a voucher and refused the refund blaming the airline. I rang the airline who told me straight up Go to Gate are "stealing your money". Do no book ticket with Go To Gate! If anything goes wrong and your flight is cancelled, they will not help you. We tried calling them a dozen times, just to be on the phone for hours. They will play this game saying its the airline who needs to give you the refund but this is not true. We lost 1700 euros for a flight that was cancelled and we never got our money and were not given the option to reschedule flight. From now on I am booking directly with the airline even if it's more expensive because it will save you all the hours on the phone and a lot of hassle.

GOTOGATE booked ticket via a route which was not allowed destination country and airport authority declined me to board.
Return flight was also not showing in the airline itinerary but gotogate provided a confirmed ticket.
They never returned ticket cost and never cancelled all they said that it is mistake of Airline, airline people are not aware of rules.
Furthermore you need to wait minimum 30-40 minutes for single call or 1-2 days for email reply so no urgent help available.

They felt it was okay to advertise and sell me a flight that didn't exist and stick me on a flight on Monday instead.
