At first I found unbelievable business class flights but when I tried to pay the price doubled. Found really good premium economy flight at a good price.
Despite saying reservations can be modified on the website, they tried to charge 3x the ticket price for a name mistake even though tickets were purchased less than 24 hours prior. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful due to rigid policies. Will never use them again
The send me the tickets I bought, so it is ok. I had to fight through numerous useless add-on they tried to sell. They mishandled my mobile number when placing the order so I could not log in to airline website to modify my booking. The only way to contact support is via US phone which is ridiculous.

I was excited for my flight. I checked all the airline and found the confirmation numbers. All of a sudden, I got an email that my flight got canceled due to technical difficulties. So disappointed.

If i could give zero stars I would. Beware if you're trip has multiple "legs" as if you make the first flight they say they do not need to buy the tickets for your next flights. They did this and when I complained they said it is the airline policy. I asked to see the policy and was told we can't show you it. Now we're out $1,000.
