I chose 9 hours non stop flight, 1. There was last minute price raise (figure)and I accepted it as I just didn't want to waste time; 2. But after I finish paying, the itenary I received shows 33 hours with stop, why would anybody choose 33 hours flight over 9 hours when the price is the same? Now of course I am waiting online forever for them to find out how much it will cost me for the 9 hours one! Stop playing with people so much!

This is a fraud company, total scam! Don't ever book your air travel or any travel with them. They scam you out of your money. They cancelled my ticket on their own without asking me and no refund was provided, when I just asked them if a travel on different date was possible due to family emergency. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BOOK ANYTHING!

I purchased 2 tickets to Europe scheduled for August 2024. The day of our departure my husband and I were denied to board the plane because of an error name generate by one of the gotogate agentes.
Since we missed our first conexión the airline decided to cancel our entire reservation. We couldn't use a single portion of our paid tickets. Later, they told us we couldn't be reimbursed because our tickets were nonrefundable? How is that relevant? The mistake was made on their end. They stole our money. $3,550.18 to be exact. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN IT COMES TO REFOUND. THEY WILL TELL YOU WHATEVER BS TO NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT.

You emailed me but you will soon see that the service you provided will not be paid because it was with a stolen credit card number. Nelson is not my name and they are criminals that have stolen my credit card.
