Hi, it was easy and quick to book our tickets very straight forward. Prices are a bit high, however everything overall was good.

Plenty of options to choose from and the price is very reasonable. No hidden fees as well as the website is easy to navigate.

I was excited for my flight. I checked all the airline and found the confirmation numbers. All of a sudden, I got an email that my flight got canceled due to technical difficulties. So disappointed.

The confirmation period was bit long and frustrating. Normally it's instant with other airlines I don't understand why it took more than 15 minutes.
