I tried to book the same flights with Booking.com, with them I am at Level2 Genius, but their website couldn't handle my credit card payment and I couldn't get anybody to talk to in order to the problem resolved. Now with your website I was an easy one. Thank you.
As my flight hours changed I contacted Gotogate if it was possible to get a refund and a different flight (i found better flight hours on gotogate). Instead they cancelled my flight without my permission and never refunded. So i lost my flight and 650€

The flight was cheaper than on the other web so we book through Gotogate. They charged us $29 seat selection fee each seat we picked and it ended up the same price as other web. Anyways I went on the airline's actual web sight and realized I could select seats FREE there!
I called them and said you should have put some sign like "you can reserve your seats free form the airline web later" but he said the airline make us pay it so we can't help it. To me it's just a cash grab and I think I do NOT use this company NEVER!
