The flight was cheaper than on the other web so we book through Gotogate. They charged us $29 seat selection fee each seat we picked and it ended up the same price as other web. Anyways I went on the airline's actual web sight and realized I could select seats FREE there!
I called them and said you should have put some sign like "you can reserve your seats free form the airline web later" but he said the airline make us pay it so we can't help it. To me it's just a cash grab and I think I do NOT use this company NEVER!

I noticed the mistake within 15 minutes and I was forced to pay a fee of $88 for cancellation within 24 hours. I have never been charged a processing fee before. I will probably skip this website in the future
