I have been using this service for a while now, and am ready to quit! I thought it was okay at first, but it progressively got worse. Orders are delayed, items end up missing and other people's stuff ends up mixed in with my order. Lately, I have had a lot of items missing from my orders. In my most recent order, half my stuff was missing! No more for me! I've had it with this nonsense!
I guess walmart cut corners to save a buck... So our groceries are now lowered to a plastic bag left on the porch like trash... good thing it wasn't food and cloths in the bag with the nail polish remover... Leaked all over the bag. Not to mention how flammable it is
Many times on online orders, Walmart will run out of an item ordered and will substitute it with a totally different product and this is not call substitution, its called wastage of my hard earned money because I don't need that product.
The original product ordered and the substitute are totally different products. That's why I said garbage for brains
Walmart Delivery is simply the worst customer experience ever. I know most people have challenges with the drivers, but even the shopping of items is just not helpful. They simply just ignore orders and I don't use the Walmart+ for gas so this subscription absolutely will not be renewed.
Do not do this! Every time I have ordered its been wrong or delivered to a different address in the area. I live in a rv park and have to go around looking where they left it. So far never taken! 200$ worth of food! They have even reordered and charged me again! Don't do this. Call a friend! Lol!
I know this delivery/ order on-line works for most but I have had nothing but headaches. I think it's crap that some people get free delivery while others DO NOT! Free delivery? When? This app is a waste of time seriously. I will take my shopping elsewhere thank you
I have ordered several times from Walmart, 2 out of 8 times my order has actually arrived. The other times I have to call, chat etc and usually end up cancelling order because they say they have no one to deliver it. Unfortunately I paid for the full year. This is really terrible service and completely unreliable.
Order was due for delivery yesterday between 5 and 6 pm. Called the store at 8 and no one answered. Went online to chat, and the person said they would escalate the issue. Nothing. Called at 8 am today and was told someone would call me back. Waited until 3:30 (order is now 21.5 hours late) and had to repeat the order number 4 times as it sounded like the employees were having a party. Was told the manager would call me back. Meanwhile, I went online to the chat and was GUARANTEED my order would be delivered this afternoon by the chat rep. 8 pm tonight (order is now 26 hours overdue) I canceled the order online. This is the fourth time this has happened to me. I'm pretty sure it's the store I use but come on, Walmart, this isn't a new program!
My driver Raymond gave away my entire order to tenants September 10,2023 at 5:15 pm after putting my groceries in a filthy shopping cart he found outside. I live in a secure building and the only way in is to call me. He didn't bother to read the driver notes telling him where to meet me and didn't even call me even though he had my number. Over $160 and he just leaves when I specifically marked that I needed to sign for my order. No picture of my order was sent to me nothing because he just gave it away to strangers! Thanks Walmart!
Thought I would give it the 30 day free trial, realizing it's still expensive bc of having to tip driver. Placed my order and instantly the computer split half of it up for delivery that night and half of it up for "shipping" the next day, even though I had made sure all was in stock and I had selected delivery. Since I had selected 10% tip, the driver got that for the whole delivery also. Got a text saying my order was delivered and it was not. Tried to call WM and recording tells me they have high call volume... 20 minutes later driver shows up. Next day while I am not home, groceries are left on my front door with the "shipping" order. That night, after I had just fallen asleep, my phone goes off with a text from WM thanking me for tipping my driver. WTH? I cancelled this worthless "service".
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
