They continually get the order wrong.
They also try to substitute items that have no relationship to the item ordered.
Just got delivery... 3 different drop offs. Got items I didn't order. Repeatedly getting items I did not order.
Really, they have no business being in the delivery game. They're hopeless.
They are worse at getting the order right, than McDonald's. That's pretty bad.
The delivery service is highly unreliable. They will give you no updates if an order is delayed—then when and if they do, it's likely for a time that might not work for you or is a hassle. They have cancelled orders on me without telling me, their phone customer service is laughable and they can do "nothing" for you as a customer to offer to keep you as a customer—even just "I'm genuinely sorry…we are going to address this and let you know the result"…. Nothing. I'm likely going to cancel at this point and demand a refund or contest on my credit card the $100 I paid for the year of this lousy service. I don't drive and this makes my life utterly more difficult: I've waited a long time to write this review but after the latest issue, I'm done.
The whole point of ordering was that I'm really sick and don't want to leave the house. Whoever packed my order left out ALL sanitary products and tampons. No excuse for this. How could they forget to pack ALL of them? No way to get a hold of driver (I tried.) What good is a fu-king refund when now I have to go to the store in the middle of the pandemic when I'm really sick.
Save your money and avoid the Walmart+ membership! The food doesn't arrive or is delivered hours late. Many times you're charged for items that are missing or spoiled. Refrigerated items arrive warm and packed with paper products that ruin them. The pack canned items on top of bread and eggs to break and squash them! I could go on but you get the message... save your money or sign up with Publix for delivery.
I ordered 66.00 worth of delivery. They put a temporary hold of 94.00 which says the rest of the amount will be given back in 7 business days.
Not only that they charged the amount of $94.00 in increments so 5 different charges show up on my account!
Not only that but I have a Walmart delivery subscription!
So $30 extra dollars are with held on my account for a week.
I was not made aware of this prior to placing the order and will not do this again
I'm done. Initially, for 6 months, service was good. Last 2 months a struggle, late delivery times, poor substitutions. Could not even reach the store to complain. Have unsubscribed to Walmart services…. Very unfortunate.
They constant late if they come at all. When you call the customer service number they just give you the run around and a couple of times they've even lied.I've had order that came more than 48 hours late. If the order doesn't come at all they do nothing to correct the problem. When you have the I'll sign for it, they still don't knock. I'll never use the service again. I will cancel my premium account. I won't shop there anymore as well. If I didn't have to I won't give them a one.
Stay away from this app. I placed a $178 dollar order and after paying I got an email telling me that half my order was canceled by the fraud department because of suspicious activity. Now they have all of my grocery money tied up for 7 to 10 business days. Will just have to wait and see if Walmart returns it. What a joke. Not laughing. You have been warned.

I had this week 3 orders that i only revied partial order, especially when I'm making a store delivery, i keep on calling and chatting they always saying it wont again... its very frustrating... :(( (
I used walmart pickup delivery service last week and there were a few issues with the order. Which fine, mistakes happen, but the worst part is there no way to get this resolved via their website either via email / live chat / or just their software to report the problem. They make you call them in to an obviously backlogged calling system (wait time over an hour). I'm guessing this is part of their scheme so people just give up about getting their money back.
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
