For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
Ideel was really something special and I was a frequent shopper. The brands were gorgeous and the customer service was excellent as well. I also have credit left on the site that I have no idea how I will be able to use unless I wind up with a head injury. But if that day comes, I'll take the Suzanne Somers 3- Way Poncho in hunter green. And one of those bracelets that says, "sisters are angels whose wings turned into chocolate because they flew too close to the ground or some crap."
There's definitely value by going with groupon, but there's also a downside. For services, a lot of times the provider straight up doesn't give a f since it's already paid for. I've bought some items via them, not bad but nothing to write home about either. Most things seem cheaply made and have a knock off feel.
Hey, i've been a groupon fan for a long time but not any more. Purchased a vacation getaway voucher and then tried to contact the travel agent. Good luck trying, as the agents phone number (travel by jen) is out of service. Groupon is making a big mistake when they don't do adequate research before selling these expensive offers.
I purchased a refurbished LC 65" TV with a 90 day warranty and upon arrival it was dead. Groupon refused to take it back however their ad stated free returns. When the "refurbished" tv arrived it was dead. I have spent days going around in circles to no avail. I finally got the CEO's name and personnel address and may visit him and his family while watching tv soon. What they are doing is illegal and MUST be stopped by any means possible. I'm a wounded vet and getting madder each and every day. I have the CEO's home address so perhaps he will see what it's like to $#*! somebody. A couple of more days and I have no idea what will happen. I know one thing: Take care of your customer in honest faith or PAY the consequences.

Paid for car valet. Buyer has to phone to make an appointment. Phoned three times over a week. Answerphone every time, left messages and nobody returned the calls. Fortunately I had paid through Paypal and they organised the return of my money. Needless to say, no apology or contact from Groupon.
I should have done more research on this site before signing up, let alone buying anything. They have cute clothes at a reasonable discount, but their shipping is absolute $#*!. I ordered a single dress... a month ago. I just got an email that my billing information has been received but nothing has been sent. Absolutely frustrating. I'm going to assume I won't get this dress for another 2 weeks (minimum) and hopefully I will be surprised. Doubt it.
I've never dealt with Ideeli's customer service department so I cannot confirm or deny the issues raised by other reviewers. However, my friend used Ideeli to book for me an amazingly discounted hotel room in Las Vegas for a weekend. Ideeli's discount personally saved me a few hundred dollars, which in my book is pretty good. And this didn't factor into my review, but almost all my female friends are big Ideeli fans.

Paid £450 on July 14 for 2 memory foam mattresses which I still haven't received [now October 23]. Contacted Clouds who eventually emailed me back to say my order had been lost in transit and promised to despatch my order and reimburse delivery [£50] - I have received neither!
Contacted Groupon who said they would issue a credit note valid for 6 months - Don't think I could spend £450 in 6 months - don't want to buy things for the sake of it but can't afford to lose it either
Over 45 days so paypal not interested - not sure where to go next!

I have purchased many "local deals" which turned out okay. However, I have purchased 2 groupon "goods" with less than satisfactory results. The first, never came (they told me the only option i had was groupon bucks for a refund)... The second... Well it's 3 weeks later and nothing. I can't even track where it is! Terrible customer service, I will no longer be using them. Amazon local is MUCH more reliable. Do NOT use groupon!

I bought a Valentine gift for my wife and specifically called them to deliver it on time. I never received the gift... as it had fake DHL tracking no. And when I enquired, the answer was we are very sorry... there should be some legal action taken against this company...
I shopped there for a year, with pleasant experiences--I was a big fan. But clearly something has changed about the way they run their business as of lately. My last three orders have included:
1. Missing item
2. Item "labeled" right but not as pictured
3. Completely wrong item
They keep getting slower in their customer service request responses. The "will resolve in 3-5 days" is untrue. It has been almost two weeks and they haven't resolved my most recent "wrong item" issue. They have lost my business for good, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I will ensure every friend that I have recommended them too in the past knows that they are no longer reliable.

Just got my first order in the mail. Everything was there and it came right on time, as they said. Plus I had been tracking the packages constantly due to the poor reviews. It took a month to get here, which I knew would happen at the time of purchase, but that's still a while for a bowl and some utensils. And $9.95 for shipping each time definitely keeps me from buying more.
However, I absolutely love my items! They're exactly as the website described, and very unique.
I just ordered a pair of shoes as well, which were wonderfully discounted. It's already being shipped, according to the website, but this tracking number cannot be found. I'll wait a couple days and see if the item ends up at my door. Hopefully.

It`s a scam!
I was hunting down a handbag I wanted, but it was always sold out.
I bought 1st row membership.
Page says:"sale starts in 4 minutes"
If you push on " add to bag" button
It says:" we just ran out of this item"
But sale did not even start yet
BEWARE! Some of the items on those sales are don`t exist. I guess they are trying to attract more customers this way.
I`ve joined the wait list on some of the items. Since my membership fee is non-refundable, I`ll try to buy them anyway next time. Will be back with update.

Buyer beware! My daughter-in-law purchased 2 $25 gift cards as Christmas gifts. When we went to use one of them, the card had a remaining balance on it of only $5.32. Evidently it had already been used by someone.
I think they offer some pretty good deals. I've only purchased items from the "Goods" section, and no complaints except for a cracked iPhone "tempered glass" screen protector, which was refunded the next day without a problem. The shipping is also just really, really slow. Other than that, no terrible issues... yet!
This site provides me with indulgences in my life I could never afford without their discounts. Also it gives me a chance to find and discover new things. And their customer service is excellent... they are amazing. Use them!
Stay away. I seriously hope they go out of business. I wonder how they can even survive in this competitive market. It usually takes about 3 weeks to receive items.
My previous order, which was missing for some reason, arrived at my place after two months. And this last order, which was ordered for my mom, was supposed to be shipped on 10/29 or 10/30, and all of a sudden, the shipment is pending. The customer service representative responded as if it's not their problem, it's more like the manufacturer's problem. And that's the reason why ideeli is able to offer products at such a low price. F--- you. Never going to come back this website ever again in my life.

There may have been a delay with the USPS or UPS when the delivery was being made if the package had been shipped by us for two months. When an order shows as "shipment pending" it means that the order information has been sent to our fulfillment center and they are working to pack it up and check the order before shipping. Sometimes it can show as shipment pending for a few days if there are any issues found while they are packing up the shipment. I'm very sorry that your experience with our customer service wasn't as pleasant as it should have been. I hope that this package has been shipped out or that you've been notified of the status.

I have bought a few things off groupon and it was such an amazing deal each time, IO have never had a problem using them! I would recommend this site for whatever your needs massage, vacation, restaurants or anything!
I get email with promo codes, but when u try to use them they don't work. My question is why do you advertise promo code with items which are not eligible... This is all fake and just trying to bring people shop thru their websites...
Yes, the luster has worn off this "gem". Interesting concept and the deals were good... in the beginning. Now, well, my advice is to move on. Sure, sign up, give 'em your email and get flooded with more useless junk mail and then try to "opt out". Psst... they don't understand "opt out". Nonetheless, this should be a "pass" for you! There, you've been warned.
GroupOn says 3 days refund, but you can't reach them in three days, be aware buyers. You call their telephone number *******858 and I was put on an hour wait, I really mean it... Automated machine stated "wait time is one hour", so, poor customer service, poor web site, you can never edit/cancel a purchased item the next day.
This is sad, the last time I use GroupOn, big mistake.
I have shopped on Ideel for years. Suddenly, you can't return items, there is no response to requests (except an email saying they pride themselves on responding in 4-24 hours. It has been over a week and still no response.) I can only conclude that they are in such bad shape that they won't be around much longer. Although I used to place at least a couple of orders a month with them, I am no longer ordering anything because it appears I won't be able to return items.
UPDATE: I complained (rather emphatically) through their customer service email and was finally issued a full refund on my credit card. Sad to see that Ideel is apparently never going to be the site it was now that Groupon purchased it, but at least they resolved my issue.
Tip for consumers:
So, after many emails and a complaint tot he Better Business Bureau, Ideel finally allowed my returns BUT they issued me a store credit instead of a refund. Problem is, the site NO LONGER ALLOWS ANY RETURNS AT ALL. So, I end up with a $213 store credit that is fairly worthless since their I can't return anything that is damaged, the wrong size,poorly made, etc. I will not do business with this site again (just as I won't do business with Groupon, which now owns Ideel).
Yes the items hip a little slow, and no they don't stock anything themselves, based on your order they have it shipped form the actual manufacturer / designer. For that reason I can understand that every once in awhile an item I purchased might actually have run out and they need to cancel it ( they should send you a notice though when that happens its ridiculous not to)... in regards to customer service they answered my request to return an item within a few hours and even made an exception to take back something which was non-returnable due to the fact it was defective... I got my prepaid UPS return sticker by email the same day
So far the items i ordered were all exactly as pictured / advertised and I don't think they are dishonest at all... you just need to have proper expectations. This is like a clearance our outlet site. Not an actual store at the mall

Have been a loyal customer for years, but clearly something has changed with this company, I will not buy anything from them going forward. Purchased a groupon for a gift for my daughter for Xmas, she did not want it, so I attempted to process a credit or refund. Did 3 online customer service chats and also called. Was told that they will only refund after 3 days of purchase. Really? At Christmas? Most people purchase at least a couple of weeks in advance. This place has gone to the place where companies go who do not care when you tell them you are cancelling your account, horrible customer service, just like robots...
