For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
Worst site bought 118.00$ tickets to concert next day found out they were for Texas I live in fl. Called they said nothing they could do. I will never use them again and will tell all my friends not to. Worst site I've seen...
Don't bother. Their return policy is horrible. They will not refund shipping even if the item is broken and damaged. I have ordered now 3 times and each time something has been wrong with the item! Now I am out $30 in shipping, crazy!
Groupon sold me a city pass twice due to their broken website. They are not refunding saying all sales are final! What a joke of a company and what a joke of support people.
I will not trust my money with these folks again. They are a big company that acts like a bunch of scammers.
We have tried to contact them using their website information. They are quite prepared to take your money but if you want to cancel, they never answer and make it so very difficult to contact them. They have changed their 800 number on their website and say they will provide a new number if you pay them more than $3.00. What a rip-off. If you call *******212 which is a free service to find organizations using an 800 number they say they have no number for "Groupon"
I will BOYCOTT Groupon in the future!
I bought a groupon offer for a specific restaurant and restaurant went out of business.
I have been asking for refund since I didn't get a chance to use the offer(it is still valid) but they keep saying can't refund or give me credit.
Been a member since 2012, but sadly to say I will miss Groupon Thailand. I am one of those members who loves vouchers for different cuisines and some stuffs that I really could not see much around. I hope Groupon Thailand will be back. I miss you!
No discount is worth the embarrassment of having two concert seats purchased the same time obeying all the famous fine print and not seated together. At groupon customer service is an oxymoron. They mess up and have no accountability. We need another player to rise in their market and end the misery.
Dont buy any electronic devices with a dependency on an operating system. I bought an HP elitebook that was sent to me loading with illegal software. Microsoft will not verify it and Groupon customer service blames me for not catching the issue within 2 weeks. No the laptop is completely useless. I know only companies with good reputations associate with groupon so I will be informing HP and Microsoft that their products are being sold illegally.
Only just joined and already brought some jewellery and gone for dinner at Shaka Zula which was excellent.
Next outing is in a few weeks for 5* afternoon tea at Hilton London.
Great way to get out and explore different things.

I have bought several items at groupon in just about every category. From jewelry, to towels, sheets, and pet supplies. I can honestly say that out of everything that I've bought over the years, I have only had to return one thing! I had bought a pack of velvet hangers and the very first one I used broke. I notified them and they sent me a link for a return label and was immediately reimbursed for the full purchase price! It's pretty hard to beat some of these deals and with the no hassle returns, how can you lose? Maybe I've just been lucky, but after all the items I've purchased I tend to think that they sell quality goods at great prices! I've bought many pet supplies at groupon and the quality is awesome and you can't beat their prices. I've seen the same items at pet stores and just have to smile when I see their prices compared to what I bought them for. I know I'll continue to shop Groupon without a doubt!
I haven't been able to see "My Groupons" (what I've purchased & get the voucher codes) since October 2016. They say they are working on it... but the only way I can get the voucher #'s, etc... for each purchase I've made is to contact someone and ask them to send me the information to my email. This is really frustrating and I'm looking more at Living Social than Groupon now!
I have been running a campaign for my business on Groupon. The last three payments have been short by at least half of what they owed. When I call in to try to have someone correct the issue, they make it impossible to get to a manager. I called 13 straight days and was told a manager would get back to me before the end of the day. Each time, I never received any response. Finally, I called in 15 times in one day manager picked up the representatives phone and told me to stop calling and they would call me by the end of the day. I called five minutes before they closed and was told that manager had left for the day. They short paid me three times in a row and are making it impossible to talk to anyone who can correct issue. Do not buy through Groupon. Call the merchant directly and they will usually honor the Groupon price without having to go through that fraudulent company.
Buying Groupon as a gift for your friends and family is pointless. First of all they won't be able to return your gift and you'll end up having useless groupon bucks in your account and your friend who actually received the gift will have nothing.
Per their customer service, this is normal bc that's all they can say and still live in 1980s. If you ask me it's an ancient system that needs to be updated...
I would never use Groupon to book a getaway ever again. Worst experience ever trying to cancel through Groupon no phone number to reach out to only email chat disconnected multiple times from chat don't even think the chat is in the United States overall service sucks.
Really I wish I would have read these reviews prior to shopping ideeli. I have made several purchases but quite honestly I will stick with the other reliable sites I have been using. Frustrating as most on here have said lack of communication items not shipping especially when you pay extra for it to ship faster as well as items being canceled without notice. But it's even more frustrating when you order one item and they ship something completely different. There are many other sites that are much more reliable!

Your customer service is beyond inept. Why accept forms of payment like PayPal if you can't refund on it? Groupon bucks is a scam. I used to be a big groupon fan but not anymore. I have lost too much money in Groupon bucks. Shame on you

I purchased a groupon for six flags great escape in the amount of $493. It was cancelled by groupon, and instead of them returning my money they converted it to groupon bucks with no warning or permission. Which is of zero use to me. They say it cannot be refunded to cash. How is that when i paid money it should be returned the same way. I should've at least been given the choice. BEWARE!. Do not spend your hard earned money with groupon. Any company that would do this to people in a time like this deserves to be shut dowm. Its criminal.
Okay here is my deal on this site. It is not a scam. They indeed do try to hook you up with deals of the day in various cities. They have a great relationship with businesses and they do offer killer deals. The downside is that they have grown so fast that they apparently are having a hard time keeping up with all of the coupons and deals the businesses are offering. They also take money upfront and then share with the business, so this also presents a problem when the business does not honor the coupon or states the customer didn't read the fine print. The customer already purchased the coupon and as such it is too late for a refund. They may catch on but they really need to start executing better or people will get pissed off and no longer use their service. I would give it a try, but make sure you read the fine print on the coupon.
I will admit they have great products however if you don't keep tract of your orders you'll never get them. Several times I've had to ask about my orders because they are just hanging out there waiting for someone to ship my items. Waiting 3 weeks for my orders us ridicules. But of course when they just sit in limbo awaiting shipment it's very possible
I recently purchased the 3 tickets for £12 at any Vue cinema outside London. When I went through all the choices and put the code in, it took me to a page where you had to choose a seat for a further £4.99 per ticket! No where on the original advertisement was this mentioned - Complained to Groupon Customer services and got a load of bu. Sh. As all answers had nothing to do with the complaint. I gave up in the end and got them to refund my money. Rubish service and false selling!
Tip for consumers:
If you want to pay more than double the advertised offer for cinema tickets - go ahead and book with Groupon!
Groupon was once reputable with good deals and no bad surprises. They have evolved into a nightmare. I bought Sharis Berries and flowers. The orders cannot be changed once you have plugged in the code. They do not allow you to shop from the sites but flag you for a few very overpriced items that make sure you are going to spend over the Groupon amount. Over100$ for six strawberries and some daisies and carnations. Zero stars. What lousy way to do business
I've generally had good experiences with Ideeli. They are sometimes slow to ship something but they at least warn you at the time or purchase how long it will take to ship. What I *HATE* about Ideeli is the shipping charge. $10 shipping on a $40 shirt? Sorry, no sale. Even worse, $10 shipping on a $500 suit?!? I'm sorry folks but when you spend $500 you should get FREE SHIPPING. In case Ideeli missed it, new deal-a-day shopping sites like MyHabit are sprouting like weeds and they generally have either free or cheaper shipping than Ideeli. Get with the program, Ideeli!

Ordered an item November 7,2019, today is 12/20/19... never received item. Tracking shows item shipped, pending acceptance at shipping center. Tried all methods to contact customer support and nothing works! Cannot cancel order or get refund! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! No phone number to contact; cannot find a way to get customer service. NEVER ordering again... pathetic...
I bought a Prada bag from ideel.com. The item was exactly pictured on the Prada.com website for hundreds more. I was excited to get this great deal. Unfortunately I received the wrong item (something that looked as though it cost a few dollars). Customer service was actually pretty good, and they shipped me my item 2 day shipping without any further expense to me. They responded back timely when I had questions or concerns. When my Prada bag arrived, it was exactly as pictured, in excellent condition. Although I was very worried, everything turned out ok.
