For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
I wish I could do a 0 cause this transaction isn't even worth a 1...I purchased Mcafee as I have so many times before with no problems as well as other items but for some reason it gives me a redemption code that can only be used in the UK and Ireland, yet I live in USA. I purchased on the 11/12/2024 and I have tried since November 13th, 2024, to get help but nothing. Use caution if ordering anything from them I guess customers aren't important once they get your money. I will no longer order $#*! from them!
I purchases an UP 24 fitness band for nearly $80. Lasted four months and two weeks and fell apart. The Jawbone company said it was not their fault and Groupon said after 14 day they took no responsibility. I could have paid $30 more and had a warranty. Do not buy items such as this on GROUPON!

Made a purchase thru Groupon. I attempted to cancel it the following day. They advised me it had shipped. Now 11 days later. Item NOT shipped. They cancelled order due to being out of stock. They also advise my refund will be within a few days. Total Bad experience.

I no longer trust Groupon. While I have never had a problem with their service per se, I have become increasingly concerned about the authenticity of products they are offering and the legitimacy of the sellers they work with. I have posted, several times, inquiries regarding their policy for determining these points before advertising deals but have never received a response. Some of these product deals truly fall in the "too good to be true" and with counterfeiting rampant, I am no longer going to put my health and safety at risk if they can't be bothered to even acknowledge the potential and address concerns.

Trust me I love a good bargain especially on dining out but if your going to use a groupon, please be advised of few things 1. JUst because you have a groupon you are not God. Servers like myself are here to accommodate you best we can but becAuse you have a groupon you need to chill. 2. Stop being cheap you payed $25 for your groupon you doubled the value, it won't kill you to order another drink. 3. Please don't tip us on the $3 tax you us, tips for what your meal would have been priced. That being said have a nice day and happy dining :)

We are a new business and set up a groupon account to help with advertising and bring in traffic to our family owned and operated tire and wheel shop! After 3 months of our Groupon being active we had only one customer purchase... once we redeemed the groupon it was brought to our attention that we, as the merchant would only receive 50% or the money paid for our product. That would require us to have a 100% mark up. This was not information given to us upon set up. We will never use Groupon again.

Buyers beware! Ordered a pearl bracelet with silver monogram the first of December as a gift. Didn't arrive until the third week of January. Received a bracelet with no monogram. Now being told by Groupon that there Is nothing they can do but refund money. DO NOT buy from Groupon unless you can print out the coupon and go pick up the item yourself!

You can get some decent deals if you are careful. But watch out when you buy their goods. It took me 3 weeks to get some refurbished phone and the way they packed this delicate item was horrible. They are still selling it but I can't post anything on their site because I guess they are also afraid of so many negative feed backs.

Groupon professes that the value of your voucher never expires, though I have two vouchers that have since expired both $12 each now Groupon will only credit me $6 for each voucher in Groupon bucks. I refuse to sit by and accept that and am working on escalating this issue. I trust after I'm done they'll change their verbiage from Never to "will" expire.

I had bought a deal that would let me get a custom Xbox controller for $30, a $100 value. Well when I went to redeem it and make my controller, the total came to over $200! The bare minimum you could buy (certain parts ARE needed after all) was $170. I'm not sure where this 'deal' came from, but I was not happy.
Luckily Josh was able to help me and give me a full refund.

Ordered an item on 11/23 for my daughters birthday on 12/16. Was told it would ship 12/5. On 12/10 I went online to find out. They claimed they shipped and it was delivered on 12/5 which it was not. They never sent a shipping notice so I had no idea!. Cant get through on the phone and "live chat" tells me we will get back to you. They did not. Live chat again tells me they are 'investigating" and I have to wait 8 days for an answer! What bull$#*!! Never order from there again!

There were several instances that I received trash from this site and was left to jump through hoops for a refund, which 90 percent of the time I never got. They have no customer support even though they keep 50 percent of the asking price. Some one who provided services to me through Groupon said they only receive 50 percent of the asking price and because of this businesses will not treat you equally as other customers. Groupon if for business who are struggling because of bad customer service, or because they want to sell you the trash that no one wanted because of defects or lack in quality. This site is a money pit. Do not take your chances on spending 1 cent on this garbage site. I read the reviews and I ignored them, do not make the same mistake as I did.

Seems like every time I try to order something on Groupon. It is nothing but a headache. I think the people that place I had some there or a hoax. I recently thought I was ordering a Brazilian blowout hair kit, come to find out, they never sent me a confirmation with a tracking number but yet they wanted me to go ahead and Use the voucher so they could collect the money on it. This is nothing but a hoax and Groupon knows it and they backed these people for this reason I am out. If you want to keep your money and do good, stay away from Groupon and the other thing that product was supposed to have been $35 and they're charged me $49. I had five dollars in Groupon bucks left and now it has disappeared. This company is a fraud I think the Better Business Bureau needs to know about this fraudulent company.

Mobile app and website cannot process any of my orders when trying to use Groupon Bucks. When trying to contact customer service, no response for days and no one available on live chat. Groupon gives out customer a redeemed/expired code. Don't ever buy their coupon. They would not refund your money if your coupon doesn''t work. I purchase Groupon-The body shop $10 for $20 on 10/25/2012. When i go to the store on 12/15/2012, the body shop manager said my groupon has been used on 10/19/2012. How could that happened? It's obviously Groupon has the fraud which they need to fix it. I called Groupon and let them know my situation. Their response is that this code has been used on 11/17. Where do they come out the date i don't even make a purchase? This is such a excuse. Groupon refuses to refund my money, but will give you a compensation, $5, Groupon bucks instead.

I love how groupon helps you save some dollars for a lot of things. I usually get tickets here if I'm planning to visit a museum or parks with my friends. The bigger the group, usually, they have better offers. You just need to make sure that you read the fine print before purchasing or checking it first with the establishment.

Groupon seems to attract a lot of terrible companies peddling junk. There may be occasional good merchant/product but more than big majority of the stuff is just junk.
And, when they give refunds, they never return money back - they give some stupid credit that can be used for other Groupon junk. Basically, this company is a scam, IMO

Bought a manicure for my wife, was easy enough. However, the salon sold so many that they were booked a month out, which was a bit annoying. The deals on groupon are usually worthwhile though, so I will continue to use it, and recommend it.

Good deals on many items, places, trips, etc... I went to Vegas & stayed in a 4 star hotel/casino with pool, restaurants, etc. for 5 nights at a cost of $128.79 in full total with a Groupon deal. :) It was the best & much needed.

Sick of Groupon selling out to the damned porn industry. "Adult toys"?... seriously? How family friendly is that? No more looking at "Groupon" for family activities or products. Be careful if you contact Groupon customer service and someone called "Danilo A" takes your case. He's extremely rude and even threatened me over the chat. If someone calls a customer service is because there is an issue that needs to be resolved but he seems not willing to help us as customer. The place I had purchased a deal refused the service and Groupon doesn't want to give me the money back. And, when I try to contact Groupon today, I get that jerk $#*! who's useless and made me even more frustrated with the whole deal. Groupon, not worth it!

I tried to use Groupon for a lot of the things I needed or wanted for my wedding. Upon ordering, half of what I purchased was either out of stock, or unavailable. I ordered something for my fiance and was told the company that I bought it from doesn't even offer the service and they have no idea how the Groupon was on there. If they got their act together, I would continue to be a patron, but at this point it's not worth the trouble.

I love their stuff and am generally very satisfied. My only complaint is that they inflate the original retail prices. I can often find the item directly on the designer site listed at 25% less full retail. It is still much cheaper on ideeli, but they lose some credibility by inflating (or allowing designers to inflate) prices on their own site for the inaccurate comparison value.

I usually buy only restaurant deals, and I am often happy with my experience. After taxes and generous tips, I don't feel that I save 50%, but I still appreciate a good discount. It's nice to try local eateries that I would otherwise never go to. Sometimes, they offer discounts to very nice places.
I would not buy their products, however. I know Teambuy is selling junk products and I have no intention of finding how good Groupon's products are.

Your package may have shipped early due to to the fact that the items were available in stock earlier than the manufacturer had given so the package shipped before the expected shipping window. When a package is marked by the shipping company as "delivered," we have to contact them to start an investigation to try and locate the package since we don't have any further information regarding shipments from USP and USPS until an investigation is completed.
