For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
I wish I could do a 0 cause this transaction isn't even worth a 1...I purchased Mcafee as I have so many times before with no problems as well as other items but for some reason it gives me a redemption code that can only be used in the UK and Ireland, yet I live in USA. I purchased on the 11/12/2024 and I have tried since November 13th, 2024, to get help but nothing. Use caution if ordering anything from them I guess customers aren't important once they get your money. I will no longer order $#*! from them!
I have to wonder if these folks want my money. My first experience happened a few weeks ago. I ordered and paid for a multiple piece order. Two items were missing and I contacted CS. They said they would credit my account but I told them the same items I ordered at the same price were on their site and why couldn't they just send them to me. Nope... they had to credit my account and then I had to place another order and pay the additional shipping. I tried to reason with the CS rep but she was having none of it. She told me "That is the way it is done." Amazon.com came through for me and I got what I needed in couple of days.
Today I tried to purchase 15 items for a closet I am redoing. I could only get 12 to go in my basket. I paid and then tried to create another order for the remaining three I needed. Nope... the web site said I was at my limit though I see nowhere that a limit is placed. I again contacted CS and was told I had hit my limit. I explained the issue and asked if she could help me as I needed these last three items. Nope... she is going to escalate it to someone else and I will hear in 24 hours. Seriously?
I shop with Gilt, Haute, One Kings Lane, Ruelala, and Joss and Main. I have had more troubles with simple issues with Ideeli than I have with all these other ecommerce sites combined.
I really needed these last three totes. They are still available hours later and I am willing to pay for them. Why isn't Ideeli willing to sell them to me? Why isn't anyone in CS willing to think outside the box? Why isn't Ideeli management empowering their front line staff to fulfill simple requests? Why are these people still in business?
Update on 9/4/14... Jason is correct. Ideeli did all that he said in his email. Once I know the transaction has been completed successfully then my confidence will be partially restored and I will amend my review to reflect that. Until the products are in my hand I can't assume anything given the first issue I ran into with items. And, Jessica is the best. She was the first person I spoke to that genuinely wanted to help me. Jason, you are lucky yo have her.
Ideeli, I am pulling for you. Please don't let me down.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waited 2 hours on hold to talk to customer service representative. After two hours my call just dropped and I never got the chance to talk to live person.

Early this morning I received an email with some products on sale from Groupon. I saw something I liked so I purchased it and went about my morning. I looked at it again about 2 hrs 30-45 min later, and decided another color was better.
When I tried to contact customer service via live chat, I had to wait about 5 min to get a representative. I told her my situation and she said that she couldnt edit or cancel the order because it had been longer than 2 hrs since I placed it, and so it was already processed and being shipped. We got disconnected and I thought that was oddly quick, so I went to check on the status of the order. Not only was my order neither processed or shipped, it wouldnt be shipped for 2 days!
I immediately got another representative on live chat and explained to him the situation and informed him that I have a screenshot of the tracking details. He told me the same thing the former representative did, so I asked to speak with a manager. He replied by ending the chat. I have screenshots of that too.
When I was treated so rudely and lied to by their customer service already, I had them call me. Maybe speaking in person would be better. Nope, I got the same run around as before, even after speaking with a supervisor!
All I wanted to do was swap the product for one in a different color. Well, apparently thats not possible after 2 hours of your order being placed. Now I have to go through the hassle of sending it back. I wont be swapping my product out, just returning it to get a refund, and Im canceling my Groupon account that Ive had for years.
Their customer service is rude and unhelpful, and with such a ridiculous policy in place its just not worth it.

I purchase a couple of canisters of protein Nov 2nd. Nov 19th i was curious of why i havnt received any of my canisters. I checked MyGroupon to track shipment and it read Opps wasn't able to track. On the 20th the products disappeared off my Groupons like i never purchased them. I checked my credit card and i was never credited back for the products, so i sent an email to groupon service center. In return they replied back that they were not able to obtain inventory and i should be getting a refund in 10days. 10days went by, i sent another email. They replied that they sent me an email on the 15th and i must not of received it and to check my spam. I check my emails daily and never received anything. I sent another email. Long story short, i received an email on the 27th saying that i was refunded successfully on the 15th an if not i should contact my bank. My bank was contacted and will fight for my money that they took and never refunded.
