You should always check to see what the real price of the items are before buying a Groupon. Lot of their stuff is just regular price but with some gimmick added on. Other than that, usually they have good deals. I still buy from them often.
I wish I could do a 0 cause this transaction isn't even worth a 1...I purchased Mcafee as I have so many times before with no problems as well as other items but for some reason it gives me a redemption code that can only be used in the UK and Ireland, yet I live in USA. I purchased on the 11/12/2024 and I have tried since November 13th, 2024, to get help but nothing. Use caution if ordering anything from them I guess customers aren't important once they get your money. I will no longer order $#*! from them!
Hi Everyone. After initially being upset about my missing Ideeli credit after being acquired by Groupon, I have to say they have taken care of it for me. I don't know how to PM you from here, but I shipped the bag back today. When you receive it, please look at the back of the main zipper pull, to see the defect (word is ill-formed), as well as the lining, where there are multiple defects (should read Coach, but is illegible). My guess is that your supplier sent you a good bag as a sample, and then sent you a bunch of fakes after your buyer approved it. It's a real shame because my daughter would have loved this.

Recently I came up with an idea to have some cosmetic procedures which is not that cheap. Thanks to the certificate I found at groupon i managed to save 50% of the total price. Very cool thing! I'm so much satisfied!

AMC advertised $7.99 per ticket for movie showing, that was not what I was charged. I bought 4 tickets for $11.15 each ticket with a $6.00 fee No deal here I read all fine print I submitted a complaint to Groupon and am still waiting for a response 3 days later. Poor business here AMC and Groupon will th ik nk twice about using them again!

Made a purchase and returned it within the week, took 2 months to get only a partial refund. The only customer service is online and that is like beating your head against a wall. No phone number for Groupon aside from one that tells you to communicate online. So now im out $100.00. The products i returned were the worst quality ever, Made in China. Run!

Groupon provides poor services especially when it comes to giving refunds. I purchased a groupon worth $180 and was unable to print the voucher or contact the business owner. Groupon takes no responsibility on what they post on their website and end up eating up our money. This is the second time I have had issues with groupon. I will not be using their services again!

I've used Groupon dozens of times and some of the deals are fantastic, HOWEVER, if there's a problem (and there often is) they are nowhere to be found. The site is intentionally designed to have you go in circles and offers no assistance. There's no customer service at all. No number, no chat. If you look long enough you'll find the email, but they make you wait for days for an answer and 9 times out of 10 they just tell you to go back to the beginning. I wish there were another site that offered a similar service, but with people who are professional. DO not use them unless you want to chase them for days and weeks getting reimbursed for the money they took from you.

My wife and I used to use check Groupon every day, it was great, the customer service was excellent and the deals were amazing. We even went on our honeymoon in Antigua using a Groupon and it was amazing. In the last few years they have done a complete 180. They advertise prices that are appealing and then you get destroyed by hidden "shipping fees" and the like in the fine print. I recently bought a $5 photo print to be separately charged $10 by the company for "shipping"... Groupon would have never done this in the past, they have decided to go the route of deception over honesty... I will never shop through Groupon again and will advise everyone that I know to avoid them at all costs.

Groupon will not allow you to talk with anyone and when you do try they will simply say we steal your money and give nothing in return, tough luck, read our terms and conditions.
I do not suggest using this company in any way shape or form. I know I have been ripped off enough.

I had been a Groupon member since Jan 2010 and had two separate accounts with them. On May of 2013 I decided to buy a Groupon Goods offer and I received an error that my order could not go through even though I tried ordering the item twice. I then called their customer support (I also emailed them) and was told that my physical home address could not be verified. I tried explaining that I had bought Groupon Goods before and this had never happened. I even asked to talk to a supervisor or manager. I was basically told the same thing from the supervisor/manager and also from a reply to the email I sent them. Not sure what kind of software they are using to verify an address but it does not work as it should. I finally just asked them to remove both of my accounts and they gladly did that without even trying to fix the problem. No more Groupon for me - thank you!

I ordered 3 shirts a pair of jeans and my wedding gown big mistake of my life. The quality of all the items was so poor that I could have gone to Walmart and found better. The shirts were paper thin and wedding gown was the same and it was supposed to be a 300 dollars gown. Should have known better when cost of gown was only $79 dollars. Jeans were wrong size. This company is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They won't refund my money. They want to give me store credit now why would I want store credit when their clothes are such poor quality and I will NEVER shop with them again. Their shipping is a scam they charge you UPS rates but it gets delivered by USPS on top of that it takes them months to get your order. Stay away from this company very far away!

AWFUL! Out of 5 things I have ordered off the groupon goods site I only received 1! That took over 2 months to receive. I still haven't received full refunds for products I have purchased over 3 months ago. It is ridiculous. I do not recommend this to anyone who plans on receiving anything in a timely matter or at all! I will never have anything to do with this $#*! site again.

They used to be great. Really, they were. But, as they started to offer free shipping and got too big for their britches, the prices went up right in front of my face. I even have snapshots. Additionally, return policies changed from returnable prior to placing item in your cart to non-returnable at check-out. I called them out on it and they have ignored me. I have the snapshots to prove it and sent them to customer service. Really watch what you are doing if you plan on buying from there. I don't recommend. I was a loyal customer for a long time. Their loss. And the one star is for what they used to be like. They don't even deserve that anymore.

I bought form a restaurant more than one groupon and the restaurant redeemed the later day instead of the early one. I called and spoke to Roxanne C and she kept telling me that I can exchange for something else which was not my interests. She would not refund the money or help me to use it in more than 3 days which was the expiration date. The other annoying thing, she kept repeating the same sentence while chatting as if she do cut and paste. So sad that managers can't do anything more than what customer rep can do. The best description to the management at groupon is Robot managers.

I've ordered a present for my husband which never ever arrived, but they took the money for it of course. I was trying to contact them several times, they were pass me from one department to another and then nobody helped me at the end. I'm so upset and I will never ever use this site again. Disappointing and the customer service is the worst ever. Do not use, I don't recommend it.

I ordered Latisse and the code from Groupon was fake! I literally had to order the product from Skinsolutions MD, and it took a while to get my refund from Groupon! The customer service is so poor, game playing and have such disgusting language comprehension issues! My best advice is to go to the companies directly or Amazon! As for getting a refund, just stay on them strong and get the better business bureau or just go on social media and expose their horrendous business practices! Good luck!

In my opinion Groupon is a terrible scam. Please do not ever order anything from them if you expect to receive it. I ordered a string of lights and although they were paid for I never received them. I ordered a pair of blue queen size sheets and received a pair of yellow king sized sheets which were dirty, stuffed back into the plastic bag, and seem to have been well used. I also ordered two children Toys which were paid for and never received. You cannot talk to a person at the company, all you get is a cookie-cutter reply by email which was never satisfactory. The problem was never resolved as a result I am suggesting to other people that they never order anything from Groupon again

Groupon was bought by a new company & they are shady. They already have a class action suit against them & sold me a Groupon for an out of business company & would only issue Groupon bucks - even though the offer was fraudulent. Never buy anything under this new ownership!

Ideel was the one website I could find business dresses, cocktail dresses, and ball gowns from. As a tall woman they carried my styles and sizes. They also had some of the best accessories. Now I have no where to go to buy these things. Bring Ideel back! I liked it the way it was. Shame on you Groupon for taking it away!

The worst customer service experience ever. I ordered a pair of sandals weeks ago, 16 days to be exact and still have not received them, When I chatted live with an agent who has no customer service skills said she has to do an investigation and it will take another 8 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and my request was avoided. They will not cancel my order or issue a refund. Frustrating.

I purchased two get away vouchers, confirmed with Air Bridge Travel, but when it was time to fly they failed to present me a confirmation number for air tickets. Called to the hotel - reservation has never been made. Worst service ever. They might refund me the money, they have not done it yet, but that's not the case: they hold this amount for half a year doing nothing. It's a smack! Never deal with them!

I bought a deal from groupon for the Jennifer Bradley Class for a 1 hour make-up. I tried calling the lady at the center to book an appointment several times for weeks but she never answered the call or would tell me to call back at another time.One day she told me she will call back in two days. Never did.and guess what? The promotional value has now expired.

I have been increasing disappointed in Groupon. I made a purchase, they didn't address the package correctly, so it got shipped back to the seller. I have been waiting for this package for two weeks, and now all they said they could do is refund my money. I am not satisfied with that outcome. I wanted what I ordered. It was their error, they should have rushed me out the item, after making the mistake.
