For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
I recently purchased tickets to Bush Gardens for me and my two kids and wife via Groupon. I used Groupon app on my iphone. When I arrived at the gate and as I tried to pull the tickets so they can be scanned I was in no luck. All Groupon instructions say is: login to your account, click on mystuff and the click voucher— and this is not even on the app itself, rather it's online. Well there was nowhere this voucher can be seeing. It turned out after I spent an hour + in frustration, this instructions is not supported by Safari, the iphone browser. As soon as I switched to Chrome and used Groupon website instead, problem was solved. It's so shame that we are in 2022 and Groupon is not aware of this issue. I attended college in 1998 and back then in my computer science programming class, I remember learning about how to handle different internet browsers when designing websites. And now 24 years later one of the largest internet company in the world is still missing this capability? It's shame Groupon!
I had wrote the wrong address when purchasing 3 products from groupon instead of 585 I wrote 586. So i thought i would contact them, I fist contacted them through e-mail then It told me it will take at least 1-2 days for a response so i contacted them via phone. The woman i spoke to (Kim) was a very depressed person. You could hear it in her voice she wanted to be home in her bed or something much lazier voice than Morgan Freeman. She had told me she changed the delivery address on two parcels but not on the most expensive one because that had already left the warehouse. She offered me no support after this. I asked for a tracking number, I received no response she carried on to another subject, I then asked if she can contact Royal Mail and have them amend this. She replied with "Data Protection Act". So i left it at that. I then receive a response via e-mail from Groupon Malaysia when i had contacted the UK side. I have again e-mailed and i have received no response. I recommend everyone who does use groupon to double check your address.
I have been ordering from ideeli for over 3 years and just over a year ago my orders have started to get mixed up or items missing from the order. I placed two different orders within the last month and both have been really messed up. The first order was missing a dress and the second order for two pair of shoes came with one pair and a purse in a shoe box.
Each time that I contact their customer service I receive the same response. The item is no longer available and we will give you a store credit of $25. When I shop, I shop for items that will compliment other items I already own. It really angers me when I'm expecting an item and I don't get it. I did my part, but ideeli has issues with providing follow through.
Unfortunately, I have referred friends and coworkers to this site. I can view those invitations and warn others of how careless this company is with providing correct orders to customers but they always get their money and offer store credit.
Be warned! Any company that does NOT provide a phone number for customer service or calls you from a blocked number is definitely trying to hide something!
I had a horrible experience, I bought a horrible groupon deal that SUCKED. I have friends who have used Groupon and I plan to post a status update about this because they said they would take care of me, but when I contacted customer service this is what they said.
Once the deal is closed, we only issue refunds if there is a problem with the service or some other extenuating circumstance. You can still give this away as a gift if you decide it is something that you no longer would like to use.

1, They do not do price match!
2, Their system is so so slow and always goes out with error! The worst thing is that their system could automatically check out items in your cart without your authorization! Pay attention to this!
I experienced this error last month in March, 2016. It checked out 40 items in my cart including 6 TV wall mount kits and 5 comforter sets. That was crazy! After their system fault, I chatted or called their customer service, but they could do nothing, just told me to return all of the items. It took me almost a month to deal with their fault: called for return labels, gathered the 40 items, checked every item to match the label, brought them to post office! Totally waste of my time and made me depressed by Groupon's fault!
3, Do you know what is the worst thing when you want to return their goods? Their return center does not work! Everytime you click return package icon, their system keeps come out with a message:
Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again in a few minutes. For more information, please visit the FAQ.
That is totally fraud! It will make you crazy and depressed!
4, They only provide live chat on the last page of your check out. This means if you have problem and want to chat with their staff, you have to choose one item into you cart and then go to proceed to check out. This procedure makes you very close to final complete your order! If you do not pay attention to this, you may order some useless things by your fingers shake!
Wow... I just bought a Groupon for 2 massages for the same business, redeemed one and hated it... and Groupon won't do a damn thing for the second one. ALL PHONE NUMBERS... NOT IN SERVICE! They completely cut out all and any phone numbers to contact a live person. EVEN CORPORATE... has NO PHONE NUMBER. So no refund according to Diana on live chat... she wouldn't provide me no number to contact anyone. She said she wouldn't provide her supervisors name... I'm so done. They lost me as a customer. Awful Just Awful If I could give less stars I would. Unreliable shipping times, mixed with bad information provided when you call customer service makes this not worth the hassle. Prices draw you in but they can not guarantee your order will arrive in the specified time frame. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!
The credit card got charged smooth as silk - it was when I tried to redeem deals that I had problems. Had the following conversation with customer service MAM MAM MAM UNFORTUNATE NOTHING WE CAN DO MAM MAM MAM NOT OUR FAULT THE COMPANY DIDN'T SHOW UP MAM MAM MAM. My dad purchased a rusty wallace racing experience for my 50th b day. He sence came down with leukema and is in the hosp on chemo and has struggled for a month to get this groupon he paid for. He got one email thanks for your purchase with no info. They then could not get any info except they took 198.00 at this point he doesn't care about the 198 and tired of fighting groupon because he is fighting cancer. I told the groupon customer service rep this and they need him to jump through their hoops. He cannot, so enjoy your 198 GROUPON
I forget to check this as often as I should, but it is INCREDIBLE how many deals you can find for something you planned on doing anyway.
Tip: opt in for the reminders. You can delete the text message easily enough, but I have scored some incredible deals as a result of a notification!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I placed an order on this scam website and it never arrived but they still charged my credit card! When I tried to contact them I realized there was not a phone number where you can reach them, only an email. When I submitted my complain, I got an email back from them saying they were going to reply within 24 hours, but they "take pride in replying within 4 hours to all emails" Bulls%&t! I got a reply 3 days after and with no help at all... the worst service out there! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I purchased some lotion that I have used for a couple of years as Christmas presents. They arrived today. Nothing close to authentic. Smelled like rotting strawberries and completely different texture. Went to order page to request refund and link to print label. No problem, wrong. The info said I would be given site credit, as if, and that the cost of return shipping would be deducted from the site credit. I want and deserve a refund for the product and shipping if I'm sent something that is not authentic. They do not have a phone number or email. You have to answer questions on there site and wait for someone to respond to you. I had the page up waiting with a message saying "we are to busy to call you right now". What? The two bottles of lotion are heavy and expensive, so I'm just taking them to goodwill, lesson learned. They also have a different business model then when they started, when merchants would offer discounts, etc... exclusive to Groupon. That ended up being a hot mess. They still offer " bargains", like this one, but most of what they do is have a list of sales and coupon codes for other companies that are no different from what the company is offering on their own. They are circling the drain. I for one will not shed a tear when they finally bite the dust.

This statement is false, Groupon won't return your purchase if it goes wrong, as they claim. Instead they make excuses as to how this particular offer isn't covered for whatever reason.
Groupon won't stand behind it's promise with my purchase of a tiny, mis-represented, ManGrate Cast Iron Grill Grate. The picture showed a full size large grill, with a grate covering that grill - what I received is a tiny grate that you couldn't even cook a single burger on.
Shame on you Groupon with your meaningless, broken promises!
Hey guys. So I ordered a coat on this website for the first time about two days ago. I read someone else having this problem, but I'm still a little bit confused about it. Apparently there is an authorization hold on your card? So they first charged my card once for $96.01, and then again for $96.46 (which is the actual price of the coat). So I was confused looking at my bank account. I only ordered one thing, so what is this charge of $96.01? I called customer service, left a message, and a nice lady called back a couple hours later and told me that it's some authorization hold, similar to what hotels do. But I have no idea why a clothing store would do this? Apparently the charge should be dropped and returned to my account after it is shipped, but why the heck do they do this in the first place? Does anyone know why they do this? I'm keeping my eye out on my account to make sure the money returns to my account after it's shipped, but I still think it's really weird. Why not just take the regular amount right when you order it instead of pretty much charging you twice, then returning half of it back to you after it's shipped? I've never heard of a clothing store doing this, it doesn't make any sense. Anyone know the reasoning behind this? Seems really sketchy to me.
But my mom and sister order from this website all the time and usually never have problems. Maybe they just never noticed the authorization hold before? They say the products are usually really good.

Just watch out for the authorization charge. It's really weird and doesn't make any sense. But apparently they drop it as soon as it's shipped.
I love ordering through internet since i don't like the inconvenience of going to the store and trying to find a parking not to mention the cost of the gas. So far so good until i have encountered this site. My order took forever to come for onething. If you like to spend so much time trying to figure out on how to return item, this is a perfect site. They don't make it easy at all. And do keep in mind your credit card will not be credited for your return item, you will have credit with their store. Unbelievable. Now i am stuck and had to buy something from aideel. I had to read other people's comment trying to find the phone number where i can talk to someone because i needed help. No phone no. On the packing slip whatsoever... i was ready to call bbb for this. Terrible experience. I will just try to use my credit from my return since it 's their policy to keep peolple's money for return and not ever ever will use this site ever again...

I read peoples reviews nd i must say i was scared to purchase an item from this please cause the comments were so bad. But after recieving my items, i was very pleased with the results. Great quality for the price i paid, imean i normally buy my stuff from from big companys like Debenhams or house of fraser or Victorias secrets nd pay a fortune nd most of them aren't even as good quality material as the things i paid for on ivrose. Girls... try not to listen to all the bad comments nd just try it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed. Trust me. Some people are just haters. Yes i wasted longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. First item came very quick. Second took abit longer but i was told it was being shipped from another country. Worth it trust me.
While they may have tempting deals, it is definitively not worth the hassle! I ordered a product on June 1st. My debit card was charged at the time of service, and it said it would be delivered in 7-10 days. After about 15 days, I emailed the customer support. They fed me a line about the tracking information not being available and that my product should arrive soon. They also issued me a $5 credit and said that if I didn't receive my product within five business days to contact them again. Five business days later, I contacted them again. They responded: "I'm sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience. Because this product is distributed by a third party company, it can take a few days for all of the orders to be placed and fulfilled in their system. Also, due to the large number of customers that these offers attract, it can often take the business a bit longer to ship due to physical processing limitations." They were still unable to provide me with a tracking number for my product. By this time, it had been nearly a month ago that my card was charged, and my product was still not here. I emailed back and told them to cancel my order because their service was ridiculous. I immediately received an email with the tracking number and was told my product would arrive within a couple days, but no reply to the email I had sent. This company is extremely unorganized and worthless. Don't waste your time.
I purchased Little People Disney Klip Klop Royal Stable Playset it was listed to come with 5 princesses and horses. The total was 3 dollars more than on amazon, but that one only came with 2 so I bought it on groupon. Big mistake! 11 days later I received an email stating that they made a mistake (falsely advertised) it, it only came with 2. I tried to cancel it and was unable to, I was told I'd have to wait and return it once it arrives, though there is no tracking info currently. So I get to pay to print the label, drive somewhere and return it, then wait for a refund. I have used groupon more than once, but after this issue and their horrible customer service NEVER AGAIN
Reflections Massage. SHE IS A THIEF. I purchased a Groupon and set appointment for May 5,11:30am. I arrived knocked on door and no answer. I contacted Groupon for refund. They denied me because merchant said I was a no show. I provided proof that she lied I was there and took a picture. They refunded me. Shame on her is she that desperate for money or just lazy. I have used Groupon on several occasions for low value items and everything has arrived on time and in perfect condition. I then ordered a very expensive watch which was to be shipped from Germany but only read the reviews on this site once the order was confirmed. I must admit I was very concerned. The tracking no they gave me was invalid so I contacted customer services via email expecting a long delay before they replied if at all, however I was wrong and they got back to me within a view hours. They provided me with a new tracking no and then I confirmed that the watch would be with me the following day. It arrived from Germany very well packaged and the product itself is quite outstanding. It is obviously the genuine article, the manufacturer's box is stunning on its own and the watch is way beyond my expectations. I cannot wait for my husband to open it on Christmas Day. There are so many negative views on this company I felt it only fair to write about my very good experiences with Groupon.
Do NOT buy from Groupon. There is no way to contact except by email. After several emails they might respond. The person who responded to mine was an idiot! She did not even read the entire email. I purchased a bike for my son for his birthday and first they sent the bike to NY instead of CA, even though their shipping order showed CA. When the bike finally got to CA, the seat was broken off! After several more emails dealing with this the email I received stated I would receive a full refund once the bike was returned to their warehouse. It was returned and signed by Groupon on 9/29 - I just received my refund on 11/1! After several emails inquiring about my refund they just kept lying to me about the refund needing to be processed. Finally, the last (not so nice) email I sent on 10/27 was answered on 10/29 and I was told they would go ahead and process my refund. WTF... they told me several times it had already been processed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

Ordered a Vigilant Rainbow "Smart" toothbrush that was supposed to communicate with my android phone and help teach my daughter to brush her teeth well. My Vigilant Rainbow, did not work with either of my phones. Groupon fine print says it is returnable if defective but system does not let you print a label for return. Customer service not responsive for at least a week. I was sure that I had just wasted $30 on a cheap quality brush toothbrush that did nothing. They finally did respond to me and let me return it. But it was an extremely frustrating experience and not worth the drama and hassle.

If you ever receive a wrong item that was picked incorrectly at our new fulfillment center or that was mislabeled, the customer service team will always provide you with a return label for a refund back to form of payment. Should the item you ordered be available and we can confirm isn't mislabeled, since we don't want you to receive the same wrong thing for a second time, we will send you a link to place a new order. If an item is sold out we will add you to the top of the wait list for it and make sure to issue a full refund back to form of payment for the item you received once it is sent back. Many times the agents will also offer a courtesy voucher to apologize for the inconvenience that is caused by something like this happening, which is the $25 voucher you were mentioning.
The reason that we do not have a phone number listed on our site is due to the fact that we do not have a traditional call center. All of our agents work on our Live Chat and answer emails but only our best and most experienced agents handle our phone lines and call back members who leave a message. The direct phone numbers the agents call from are not and should not be blocked since we do want anyone who would like to reach one of our agents to be able to do that.
