For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
First of all you cannot book online you have to send a email with all your details and they confirm the booking. They give the impression you park at the airport and tells you so by giving the postcode B26 3QJ when after booking they tell you the park is 10.6 miles away at Washwood Heath, Birmingham B8 2SQ. And the booking is through icanparkandride.com and not Drivefly.co.uk. The feedback for I can park and ride is very very poor.

I bought a £25 voucher for a full valet from a sham company called SnR detailing off Groupon. Redeemed the Voucher. The day I booked to take the car in for a wash, the company messaged me from mobile *******4341 saying that their equipment had a major failure as a result they won't be able to carry out the service. There was no mentioning of repaying me my money. I called the number several times and the company would not answer nor respond to my messages. I went to Groupon and to my surprise groupon also refused to refund me my money, insisting that I should be dealing directly with the merchandise. Guys never use Groupon, if you need a service they provide please use wowcher instead.
Ordered Beats by Dr Dre Nov 18 for Christmas gift. Groupon was proud to advertise they sold over 10K of these! Well, as of today, 1/6/2014, still no Beats. I have a tracking number from UPS that says only that the printing/shipping label was created but the manuf has not shipped package yet. The creation of the shipping label was created to play a game with the order fulfillment status! I called Groupon and their only resolution is to refund my money which I appreciate but I WANT MY BEATS that I was under the expectation of receiving when I purchased. I have used Groupon for out of country travel as well as for restaurant dining and have always had great experiences so I am disappointed that Groupon is working with a shady vendor on the Beats.
I have only purchased one Groupon, the one that got me sign up. It was only $1 and was for Three one-night rentals at Redbox. It took 3 days to get the coupon by email. It was easy to view and print out and I used two rental codes one evening. However, I just went to use the third rental code and found out it was invalid. Evidently all Groupons are "Must use in one visit." To be fair, this disclaimer is listed on a separate page on Groupon's website, but it was not listed on the original deal. I'm basically ticked off at the principal of the whole thing. I'm not out any money, I actually got two rentals for the price of one, but I didn't get the deal I thought I was purchasing.
Now Groupon could argue that I'm at fault for not reading the fine print, which is technically true, but I think a good company will make the terms very clear, especially to a new member. I'm usually very careful about checking out all the fine print, (I actually read over 75% of the fine print on user agreements and terms of use contracts for sites I don't have a previous experience with.)
I did send an email to customer support at Groupon about my experience, so if I get a response I may try to edit this review. Their site claims that if a customer is not satisfied they will, " return your purchase – simple as that." Not sure what that means, it doesn't explicitly say "refund" so I'm not holding my breath waiting for satisfaction.
Ideel or ideeli it doesn’t matter – DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible return policy, horrible customer service…if you can get service. Over priced items that you can get for cheaper at Amazon etc. with a free return policy/customer service. Well, I ordered some items, however I did not realize that these items could not be return, I placed my order at 11:45am by 12:10pm (so 25 minutes later) same day I tried to cancel my order by emailing the so called customer service, and I called…no answer. Instead, one day or two days later I get a confirmation email that my order has shipped. Really? After I tried to cancel the order, well any other merchant has better policies than this ideel/ideeli…money grabbing scam. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!

When you order, I would recommend to only order cheap items and not high priced items since ones bought you are stuck. The return or refund policy is horrible, other merchant have so much better policies. Oh, I no chance cancel your order...no customer service :-( Stick to sites that deliver.
I am absolutely livid with the appalling he customer service delivered by groupon! As a busy single woman I have little time to get to the shops and therefore rely on the online shopping sites. I will admit I have had no issues when ordering from Groupon! However, when I reached an issue with the delivery of my sofa I discovered the horrible side to the company! I have spoken to so many representatives I have lost count and I still have no resolution! I ordered my sofa on the 05/08/2016 and to this date I have no sofa and no refund!
And I feel at a loss going around in circles with the staff, not one person will resolve the issue and keep coming back to me saying my sofa has been delivered iWeb infact it has not been!
I have left countless complaints via email as that's the only way to do so! They will not pass me onto a manager and I now have now have to take the matter up with my bank and also trading standard! If I could give them minus I would because no way in hell should a company operate like this!
Someone must be held accountable for stealing my money and not providing my goods and I will see that this happens.
I used groupon for the very first time last week to buy the offer of 8x Collegen face masks from O Spa London for £19 instead of £150... Groupon have emailed me the activation code. However when going to the O Spa webiste it informs me that the voucher code does not exist! I have emailed Groupon with no reply... I emailed O Spa with no repy... However Groupon have still charged me £19!
First time going to a Drive-in Theater n i liked it very much, with my hubby on my birthday weekend, almost Halloween, went to see of course IT :o) as am watching the movie i had a visitor at my window, lol dressed as pennywise(the clown)saying happy birthday :) good one.
The bracelet broke within two hours of purchase. I couldn't return it as my friend came after the expiration date. Would suggest you purchase elsewhere.
I ordered concert tickets through Groupon back in January. It was announced on Friday that the concert was cancelled. Instead of refunding back to the card used to purchase the ticket THEY GAVE ME A GROUPON CREDIT! They will not refund to your original form of payment. STAY FAR AWAY FROM GROUPON!
I should have read the review before. I ordered a bag for wife on Jan 1 since then they have NOT even shipped the bag yet. I've contacted them twice and the customer support can't even tell you when they will ship the item. WASTE CUSTOMER TIME!

Typically when you check out an expected shipping window is provided when you place the order and expected delivery dates are given on the order confirmation email that is sent. If for some reason the item doesn't ship during the timeframe expected, the customer service team should be able to escalate the issue to our fulfillment center and try and find out what the hold up is. From time to time items are delayed arriving from the manufacturer. Part of the reason we can offer such reasonable prices is because we don’t keep any inventory. Instead, we work directly with the manufacturers, who ship to us, and then we ship to you. If the items are delayed, we do very much apologize for that and we do try and get information to pass along to you if it is available.

I used to order a lot of items from Groupon. I lost 2 orders in total. The first missing item I did not contact customer service. And recently, I ordered other item from them, the item was missing again, and I contact them, all they could do was to tell me that they track the order and it said it was delivered, so it was my responsibility to contact the carrier and ask my neighbor if somebody took my package. They do not stand for their customers. I told all my friends to stop buying things from them. Terrible experience. I wish I could give them zero star. Here is the copy of the email:

I wrote the review on 5/27/15 about the problem with the missing dress that I returned with all the bags that the dresses were shipped. Items has been returned to Ideel and signed by their Rep on 5/15/15. As of today, the customer service has not corrected the problem yet. First, they said that they only received 2 dresses instead of 3 dresses. When I question on this site and Jason F. Replied... I got the email stated that refund has been applied and credited back to my visa for only $10.55 and gave me the store credit of $106.62 also deducted another Returned Shipping of $8.95 which had been charged already (I requested that all returned to be credited back to my VISA not STORE CREDIT).
I questioned this and got another email from their customer service stated that they will only charge me the returned shipping of $8.95 instead of "2 Returned Shipping Charges". As of now, I am still waiting for Ideel to fix this problem.
Jason F. Mentioned that if I should have other questions or problem to PM him directly. How do we do that when there is no way for me to contact him? Jason F, When will this issue be resolved?

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the short time span in. Which you have to use your deals. But if you time it right deals can be great.
First time I used this site and definitely the last. Could not use the promo code, then was told I was given Groupon bucks for my next purchase. What about this purchase? Ugh.

Shipping takes way to long and the shipping and tax charges are to much. It's ok for things that just require a voucher but I will not order anything else that has to be mailed.

I'm so sad that Groupon took over Ideeli. It was my favorite go-to place, it never disappointed and I have so many wonderful items from there. It's not the same since Groupon took over. :(
Guys, be careful with Groupon. It's not a scam, but it's a terrible "service" and the "from prices" are not really real, so discounts are deceiving. This is not the first time I have issues. I like to buy from these guys, the website is nice and deals attractive. But my confidence is waning after too many poor suppliers and now an even poorer support from Groupon themselves.
So in short, if it goes well first time then it's great, if it goes wrong then you are a bit stuck with little help.
This time, I purchased a boiler service and have tried to book with the supplier but no one ever gets back to me. The supplier sucks and is obviously having difficulty fulfilling. I called groupon, today 23 April, and they advise that they are aware but haven't heard from the company since February! OK fine, so how can you help me? Errr, sorry there is nothing we can do, she says, until they hear from the supplier. A refund is no good to me, I want the service.
And here's the kicker. Right now they are advertising a new boiler service with a different company. So they are selling new deals, making more money, but haven't thought to fulfil the hundreds of those like me that are not getting what they paid for.

Having purchased many, many deals (my partner will vouch for this) from Groupon, I have to say they are FANTASTIC>
Most of their deals are bargains to say the least, and my purchases have varied from Dining Out, Gettaways, Electrical, Salon/Spa... the list goes on.
Customer Service is great. I personally have not had a problem they have not dealt with efficiently.
The only fault I have found is the fact there is normally a long wait to talk to an agent on 'CHAT' and their knowledge of Voucher/Promo Codes isn't always on the mark resulting in a long wait and a couple of times having to contact a second time to resolve the issue.
However it still gets my FIVE STARS because I love this site so much.
I have been a groupon.com customer for years and am REALLY disappointed in their customer service. I ordered men's cologne yesterday and figured out two and half hours later that I had ordered the wrong kind. I wrote them to simply change the kind (same price, it was an even trade and both were still in stock) and I was written back saying "Groupon Goods make great gifts, so if you're not able to use this item yourself, feel free to give it to a worthy recipient. Unfortunately, because it has been more than 2 hours since you made your purchase, your order has already been processed and your item has either shipped or will be in transit shortly." Which is total and utter BULL$#*! it's 24 hours later and it's still not shipped and won't be because it's a labor day weekend. BAD BAD business, NOT how you keep customers, will never buy a groupon again. All for something that would have taken a customer service person maybe 5 minutes to switch in the computer. I am left with cologne that I will be selling on ebay and the groupon is left with a lost customer.
I have been a customer pretty much since the beginning. Some of the restaurants & companies they offer are not good - but I just starting realizing this and doing further research before purchasing - they are certainly not Costco. I recently had a family emergency arise on the day I was planning to use a yoga groupon - which happened to also be the day it expired. I was in the hospital with my 3 year old son and called the vendor to let them know the situation and that I wouldn't be able to go. I asked them to call me back with my options. Heard nothing. Over the next 2 weeks I contacted them 3 times saying the same thing and just asking for someone to get back to me - even left my email if that was a better form of communication for them. Nothing. I email Groupon asking for a refund or credit since I no longer want to even go to this business since they have absolutely no understanding that unfortunately, emergencies sometimes arise. They email saying there is nothing they can do but I can always use my Groupon for the price I paid! Really?! That is absolutely not acceptable, horrible customer service & the fact that neither was flexible at all or understanding of an emergency, they have forever lost me as a customer... way to go Groupon! Hope it was worth that $29 I paid for the Groupon.
I purchased a groupon for a local restaurant and it said on the groupon reservations recommended. Well, surprise when we called for reservations we were told they do not take reservations on the weekend. We do not go out to eat during the week due to crazy schedules.
I called groupon and explained this issue and to them it was not an issue, we were not refused because of having a groupon and it was just too bad... in other words suck it up and go on the weekend and stand and wait for a table. Sorry I know I sound picky, but when you are limited with your free time I don't plan to use it standing and waiting for a table when there are many other restaurants that would welcome us with reservations.
Therefore, my relationship with groupon is over. Due to the poor attitude and customer service I'm done. I'm sure they won't miss two people, but you can be sure I will do my best to spread the word.
Just be careful, if it says reservations recommended and that's what you want call the restaurant to see if that's even doable.
I had a wonderful shopping experience with Ideeli--great product, great price, and the items were shipped and arrived within the week I ordered them. Very pleased overall!

I am giving it 4 rather than 5 stars because the "good prices" comes with the caveat "check around first". They have some great deals but you have to be careful because I have found instances where prices are way lower elsewhere. So, like with any discount site, do your homework. Customer service on returns was outstanding! I found a chat feature immediately (without hunting all over and practically "accidentally bumping into it" like on Amazon). I had inadvertently ordered 2 pair of the same slippers. (I'll get to that issue in a minute). Customer service on the chat feature was excellent. Easy print of the return label at no cost to me. Popped them in the mailbox and got my refund within 10 days. The issue I had was with the website itself. I couldn't get the slippers in my cart when I was ordering and tried several methods to work around it. I am sure that's the reason I ended up ordering two. I went with the chat feature to handle the return to make sure my return attempt had taken because it was not reflected on the site. The chat agent completed the return again for me and, evidently, mine had worked because I ended up with 2 return labels in my email inbox. I think the site issues I experienced could be just browser issues, as is the case sometimes (certain browsers work better with certain applications). It certainly will NOT keep me from ordering from them again. If I have any site issues in the future, I'll be patient and log out and log back in. Oh, and I LOVE my slippers! Great quality at a super great price. Groupon and Jet have become my favorites for online ordering.
