For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
Joined groupon for a coupon deal on an automobile allignment on a Friday. Arrived Monday to utilize it. After waiting 5 hours, the facility said they would not do work because struts appeared to be leaking and grease on cv joints. Well my mechanic said they should have adjusted toe and camber wihout regard for what they say they saw. Plus, my mech. Replaced those parts 20k miles ago so highly unlikey that there was a problem with them. Facility obviously did not want to do the low price allignment. They just wanted to set up a deal for $1461. 00 worth of work that I don't need. And the topper is: can't get my money back because Groupon has a 3 day return policy that was not noticed at all, at the time I purchased the deal. You find out afterward when you have trouble. Expecting problems redeaming the so-called grouponn bucks that are now on my acount that, I can't seem to see anywhere on my account page. Got screwed by the whole deal. Disgusted beyond belief!
As a business who has advertised on Groupon, we have had customers call us without reading the fine print or checking out our web site and then they are disappointed when we cannot give them what they thought they had bought.
I think people NEED TO READ ALL FINE PRINT BEFORE BUYIBG ANY DEAL OR CONTACT THE COMPANY PRIOR TO PURCHACING.

I just purchased an item on Groupon. The expiry date advertised is NOT AT ALL the expiry date on the coupon. When I called customer service, the guy, Khaled, pretty much told me to deal with it.
I will NEVER PURCHASE ON GROUPON AGAIN.

I am very unsatisfied with the quality of Customer Service I received. I was told when I originally requested a refund for a Groupon I purchased because the Retailer would no longer honor it that I could get my purchase refunded to my Bank. However instead of my Bank account being refunded I was given Groupon Bucks. If this is indicative of the Customer Service provides to it's customers I will be sure to let anyone know to not purchase Groupons since it's clear your company is more than comfortable with bait and switch, offering one thing then coming back and telling me that we're not going to honor what we told. I promise this will be the last time I ever purchase a Groupon and despise the fact that I have to use the Groupon Bucks I have since I don't want to eat $166.

I ordered two magazine subscriptions at the end of May and still have not received any information on my package. The fine print said the subscriptions would come in 8-10 weeks and it has been 16 weeks now. When I called customer service, the associate said she would put in an order with the company (subscription company) and that I would hear back in a couple of days. I explained to her that there's no reason I should have to wait a couple of days to get back to me. Then I would have to wait a couple of MORE WEEKS for my subscription to come. Considering I already waited 16 weeks for my order, I was not happy that I needed to wait any longer. I asked if there was a way of speeding up the process and she tried to place blame on me that I should have called earlier about my order.

I am beyond frustrated with this site. I should have read the reviews from purchasing not one but two items from them. I just completed by second on line chat with a customer service representative who happened to use what I call a script in her response! I have learned to print out my chats with agents to refer back to especially when I have a concern. On 2/17 I purchased a top, it was shipped on 2/20 and i have yet to receive it. I understand now that it takes "ten business days" for the shipment however, why isn't the tracking number working? I should be able to view where the package is and its estimated date of delivery. I was told and I quote "We are experiencing a known issue with our shippers' tracking information not reflecting. We are working diligently to correct this as soon as possible." Same comment from the last time. The agent more or less said I don't know what the problem is and we apologize. While you have my money for not one but two items. Unbelieveable. I ended my conversation by stating if I do not receive the item I will (and I will) go to the Better Business Bureau file and complaint and in turn go to my bank cancel all charges and never ever deal with them again. Please do not use this site they are a complete and utter rip-off. Cute clothes but they arent' cute if I can't wear them. Fraudulent service.

I ordered a item & fedx delivered to wrong address, Groupon reimbursed me for the item very quickly. Call Fedx about filing a claim, never heard from them again.
I don't even know where to begin with this review. I purchased a groupon for a massage with Acupuncture Massage Chiropractic close to two months ago. After having this business constantly move my appointment around and then cancel it twice, they invited me to come in for three acupuncture sessions instead because now they couldn't see me or a massage for 3 months, as the Doctor/owner informed me. I went in this past saturday and the doctor spent 2 hours talking about himself, and being highly inappropriate with me (he asked if he could touch my hair because "its pretty.") I left shortly after and vowed never to return for my other appointments, which would have been canceled anyway I'm sure. This man made me feel very uncomfortable and after reading countless reviews from other young women, now I know I was not the only one.
When I told Groupon about the incident and that I never had nor did it seem I ever would receive a massage, fulfilling the original intent of buying the groupon in the first place, they simply said "im sorry, there is nothing we can do."
Instead of refunding a measly $36 to my account, they instead are choosing to stay in business with a man who preys on young women. I will not be using groupon ever again, and will tell everyone I know about this incident.
I had been planning a family trip for months and thought Groupon would be a nice way to get the most out of a short period of time. I have made purchases with them previously with no issues and had a good feeling finding the deal I did. Of course weather changes and with that so does family plans. Well it just so happens a hurricane had brewed up in the Atlantic, IRMA, and was headed towards our destination, Myrtle Beach. Now, the beach wasn't going to be hit directly, but still has going to get tropical storm weather, nothing a 4 and 1 year old or anyone else should have to put themselves in the path of. I reached to Groupon several times to cancel or changes dates or even ask for some type of credit due to the circumstance and anything to not lose the money, because cause you know I wasn't putting my family in danger. Sadly to say they would not budge. I directly told asked them, "how could the only possible resolution be to take the money and let the person decide weather or not to put their family in harms way?" Their answer was, " Groupon does not impose the cancellation policies for Groupon Getaways deals" yet the hotel said they needs cancellation approval from Groupon in order to cancel. But guess who takes the money... you bet, Groupon.
I really hope people find this useful... a company that would rather take money than try and work something out with a family due to possible life threatening events is a disgrace.
A great way to find a deal in your area. I don't get lucky with a deal every week, but it's still worth my while to check out what they have to offer.

Horrible customer service! I have used this groupon in the past with Body Shop and was able to use the groupon on the same price that was being offered to every customer. Unlike this time, where I was told that just because I will be using Groupon, the price would be $20 for the item as compared to $10 for the same item being offered to any other customer walking in the store. This is definitely misleading for the Groupon users and seems like Groupon made people buy something that was already available to anybody without purchasing it through Groupon.
Groupon committed that customers will be getting $30 of stuff when they spend $15 with you where as the actual stuff that a groupon customer is getting in store is worth $15 value only as that is what is being offered to the customer walking in the store, just another way of cheating the customers. Store guy told me that they cant offer the price that they are offering to other customers and to contact Groupon for the Refund. In the past, Groupon used to stand behind their products and would offer a refunds if merchant did not fulfill as promised. I explained the situation to customer rep but she insisted they did not do refunds even though the groupon was not expired and merchant would not honor. Returned an intem three weeks ago and still have not receive the credit to my Visa. My ideeli account shows it was returned, plus I paid for the air shipping back and provided them with tracking showing it was received, Each day for over a week they send me the same email reply that it will be one more day unitl they can resolve it. Absolutely ridiculous. I"D NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

There are websites that allow users to post coupons so other people can use them. These websites such as retailmenot and groupon allow you to use multiple use online and instore promo codes or sales. Everytime I buy something online or even when I go to the mall or something I make sure to look up a promo code. Such as when I ordered a new pair of shoes Kyrie 1 Double Nickels In case you were wondering I used groupon and got a discount. I Love Groupon and RetailMeNot I would give them a 10/10.

I have sent 6 emails to customer support for an item which has yet to be delivered and have yet to receive a reply. Since the take over it has gone downhill rapidly.
Their customer support is really bad. I Pre-Ordered an iphone 6 case and somehow the wrong size was accidentally selected. I tried contacting them to change the order but they told me that "Since it's been more that 2 hours we can't change it". Mind you that if THEY had responded to me sooner that wouldn't have been an issue. So I tried contacting them again since I really don't see why they can't change a Pre-Order that hasn't even been shipped yet and they gave me the EXACT same reply, like copy & paste same. So I tried contacting them again to get them to cancel the order and they sent me the SAME response AGAIN! It's like they don't even bother reading peoples e-mails! My advice is the AVOID buying from here as their customer support is TERRIBLE! Doing something as simple as changing something in a pre-order shouldn't be this difficult!
We purchased tickets for an international soccer match in Columbus, for Real Madrid vs PSG, and if you like soccer you will know that Real Madrid is a real deal.
We leave in the Cleveland area so we had to travel to Columbus, my husband took a day vacation from job, pay a hotel and the "worst" we told our son he was going to that game, just to find that GROUPON IS HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND THEY CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL FIX IT BEFORE THE GAME, THAT THEY CAN GIVE US A REFUND! Who wants a refund!, how are they going to compensate all the expenses, the time and the heart broken of a 9 years old boy! They kept saying apologize, but they did not solve anything. I will never ever buy anything from them again!
I have ordered a few things from this sight. I find that they do not give the whole story when advertising the deal. For example I bought the Mad Auto detailing. I sent in question asking if they wax the car. They said they hand wax. When it was done the hand wax entailed a spray bottle and cloth? After I booked and paid for the deal that is when I find out they ONLY due Tuesdays. I booked for a date on their calendar and they moved it back from May 15th to June 5th plus changed the time. YOU FIND OUT THE TRUE DEAL AFTER YOU BUY. Beware.
