For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
I have order a product from Groupon more than 5 weeks before and the product came after 4 weeks without any notifications, emails, status from groupon. When I open packet, the story became more worst, the product was one cheap quality, which I will not even buy from street.

I spent over $56.00 for 4 Tiles that we're never received. I have tried numerous ways to contact Groupon to no avail. I would like be to add a photo, but the items were NOT received!

YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD HAVE FIGURED IT OUT BY NOW. TRUST ME STAY VERY FAY AWAY FROM THEM. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE THAT YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY COME ACROSS. NO WONDER THEY HAVE SUCH A LOW RATING.
I am really happy with the products on Groupon. I am able to order online and send gifts for birthdays and celebrations you wish to give a gift to that live in other cities and states.
I really could not be more frustrated. I used to have my ideeli purchases shipped to my job, but I recently took another job, so before I placed my last order I updated my shipping address, made my HOME my primary shipping address, and deleted all others. Imagine my surprise when I tracked my package and it is being shipped to the old address! I did a live chat immediately, and the girl was very nice but gave me two choices. Either drive two hours round trip and pick it up myself, or wait a month for the package to be returned to them and reship per. And if anyone has ever shopped ideeli before, when THEY say one month, it must really mean three. I have been emailing back and forth with the customer service "team", only to have them repeatedly infer that this was my error. I am so frustrated! I love the deals I can get on ideeli, but for flat rate $10 shipping from every customer, you would think that they could figure this out. If this is not resolved by the end of the day I WILL be filing a complaint with the BBB and contesting the charge with my credit card company.
This company is the biggest scam. The first time I placed an order with them, I needed to return one item. When returning the item, I noticed that they conveniently lowered the price of the item so that they can credit me a much smaller amount. They went as far as changing my online order to show a lower price. I compared this with the order confirmation email, and sure enough, they had pulled the scam.
Emailing customer service results in NOTHING. There is no phone number to call. So I sucked up this order and told myself that it was perhaps a mistake on their end.
The next time, I had a few items in my cart. I added one more item that I really wanted, and accidentally hit the checkout button. Bam. The order was placed INSTANTLY without any confirmation, any ability to change the order, nothing. I emailed them and 8 hours later they sent me an email saying that "it was too late to cancel the order". A week later the items arrive, EXCEPT the last item I had added that I actually wanted. Now I try to return the items, and it says "the time to return them has expired". Oh, and as of December 1,2015, they conveniently CHANGED THEIR RETURN POLICY.
I'm now calling my credit card company to challenge the payment and sending their stuff back. No one responds to email, there is no phone number. This business is a total scam and rip-off.
DO NOT BUY THE DIAMONDCANDLES.COM COUPON CODE! There is NOTHING stated that you can only use the Groupon on certain candles until AFTER you buy the Groupon and get to the Diamond Candles website! It's too late at that point... you all ready bought the Groupon! I complained to Groupon only to have them refund me in "Groupon bucks" I had to fight with customer service to refund my credit card.
It's fine if you want outdated candles but tell me that's what I have to buy!
If you have an issue that has to be taken to customer service, it is not easy to deal with. And they do not respond quickly. Then when they respond they still haven't helped the situation!
I was purchasing my kids a bowling pass on sale for 24.00 it was good deal saying we don't have a lot of money right now while my husband is out of a job. I selected it and hit purchase it said my total was 24.00 and to enter my pay info. So I did. Hit purchase and it's said Congrats your total is 74.00! I had no idea what had changed I went to my groupons and another bowling Groupon in a city very far from our home was added as well for 50.00. So I contacted Groupon right away about how that even happened. They said they would review it and get back to me in less then 24 hours. They did not so I contacted them again. This time I was told it was my mistake, and they didn't believe me and I would of had to have screen shot my total before I hit purchase. Why would I have done that thinking they are an honest company. He then said give it away as a gift it's just 50.00 nothing to complain about and it's non refundable you should have read the fine print. I didn't read the fine print because I never even saw that deal or added it! He then repeated himself and said to give it to a friend if I didn't want it. That's not the point Groupon the point is I can't afford it and did not select it! Beware of shoddy business practices and take screen shots I guess just in case so you don't end up with something extra!
I used Groupon for the first time 6 days ago. The only way to contact them is through messages. I messaged them about an order I received 2 invoices for and no response from the vender. All they keep telling me is that its from a 3rd party vender and to take it up with them. I messaged them 4x before I finally got a response that ssid they never got my order, well the money came out of my account. Its day 6 and it still hasnt shipped and I cant get any answers. No clue how to get a refund when I cant get a response. This is a nightmare y'all. DO NOT USE GROUPON, EVER!
I tried to get my husband an iPhone for Christmas, and I ordered it 2 weeks in advance. It was processed and ready to be shipped next day. About 8 days later I had heard nothing from groupon, and it still wasn't shipped. I contacted groupon and asked them what was going on and they said they were busy. I waited a few more days and still nothing, so I contacted them again asking what was going on and that I needed the phone by Christmas. And they waited till 3 days before Christmas to tell me it wasn't going to make it on time and they cancelled my order and gave me my money back. At this point they've already ruined my gift for my husband, and so I let them know, and all they did was give me 5 dollar gift card and say sorry. I was upset so I said I didn't want to hear from them again. Two weeks later the phone came in the mail and they are expecting me to pay for it even though it was cancelled well before it shipped and they already refunded my money. They completely disregarded everything I sent them in my emails and had their own agenda all along, it is very poor business conduct and I don't recommend them to anyone, and will never use groupon again!
I am extremely happy with my first purchase and surprised to see so many irate customers in these reviews. I got a gorgeous L. A.M. B. wallet for $59.99 which I had seen at Nordstroms Rack for $100. Yes, the shipping seemed a little expensive BUT even with the shipping I was still getting something I wanted for cheaper than I could get it anywhere else!
Shipping took about a week with great communication during that time about the processing and shipping and tracking info for my order. When the box arrived, my item was well-packed with some bubble packing and pretty red tissue paper. What a nice touch!
The wallet itself was pristine, and I am so glad to share this site with everyone who compliments me on my new wallet.
Plus, I got a $25 credit since a friend ended up ordering something after I referred her to the site. So far, I have had a great experience with this company and think fashionistas looking for a bargain should give it a try for themselves as I am surprised by the experiences posted here... hopefully for every negative nancy writing a review there are 10 content customers (who are keeping this great website to themselves) because I love ideeli.com and want it to stick around!
Please do not take any deal from this website. I ordered a product which says that it will be delivered in 7-8days. They delivered the product after 1month..
I have been using Groupon for over a year now and typically have been very happy with each purchase. Recently Groupon advertised a "Power Bundle for iPhone and iPod" for $15, plus $3 for shipping. I figured for $18, having another set to charge my devices would be great. I made the purchase and about 3 weeks later I received my item. I was shocked at the quality of the item when I opened the box. These items were flimsy, light weight and overall very cheap. I attached the plug to the dock to see if it would even work and was surprised to see it happen, but then I unplugged the device to have the plug break into two leaving part of the plug in the dock and the other part in my hand with wires everywhere. What a disappointment. I emailed Groupon and was told I could return the item, however, I would have to pay for the return shipping. Why am I responsible to pay shipping both ways for such a crappy product? Shame on you Groupon for not taking pride in the quality of the products you sell.
UPDATED Review! Jason & Jessica resolved all issues promptly, and I have since received all of my orders, everything was exactly & as described, I received my discounts, all of my points, & have also made a few returns(AND placed additional orders ;) and everything has been Excellent, since my 1st review.

EVERYONE - PLEASE! Send your complaints to the Better Business Bureau in NYC. It is very easy to file the complaint, and the complaints are usually resolved in 30 days, which is better than the 2 month I have already waited with Ideeli. The more complaints, the more the company will react to the poor service practices they have with customers.

I have been using Groupon since they opened. I am really disappointed as I have moved address, updated my details which shows in my details but when I got to purchase my previous address comes up.
Now when you go into 'contact us' Groupon are giving you this online chat. The person is obvious talking to more than one person because it takes them forever to respond which also adds to the frustration.
I spoke to 2 representatives. The first one 'Christine M' didn't have the patience to solve my problem, she told me what I should do, asked me if there was anything else and signed off. I took a video of the chat because I couldn't believe it.
The Second Rep 'Mas M' was much better but still didn't solve my issue and didn't seem to think it was a problem for me to change my billing address every time I placed an order. I can't afford to take that chance because if I forget to change the address one time Groupon will blame me.
I can't believe such a large company cannot fix such a simple error. I decided to close my account because they obviously don't value there customers and don't seem to have the patience to help.
Why do half the websites for products seem like a SCAM? Computer freezes when trying to check out not to mention NUMEROUS pop ups for other items to buy when trying to redeem your groupon. VERY FRUSTRATING! Canceled two orders already because its not worth the hassle and should not be so hard to redeem.
Groupon is a hit or a miss. They have good deals only for restaurants.
If you have an issue with something or it didnt work out, they have really bad customer service! They take for ever to respond to your emails and never resolve the issues.
DONT BUY THERE DEALS WITH OTHER ONLINE COMPANIES! - they never work. There codes dont work and then groupon wont refund you. There goes ur money down the drain.
Went on to groupon looking for accommodations for my son and I for his school vacation this April, so in February I was looking for deals and found one, I opened the page entered the days I would be traveling and hit the next button and was automatically sent a confirmation for the hotel however I did not intend to purchase the deal I was just attempting to get a cost, I explained this logically to several associates at groupon both by phone and email, the end result was an email from groupon acknowledging I inadvertently purchased the deal but because I didn't read the fine print for a hotel stay I did not want I was still on the hook for the cost, $#*! GROUPON!
Groupon is a total rip-off. A person can get just as good of deals from their local newspaper or google. They have a 7 day return policy that is hidden in their website and they will not refund your money. I initially thought it was a good buy until I started to compare what their selling price to other sites and local ads. DO YOUR RESEARCH, DON'T GET CAUGHT UP INTO GROUPONS HIPE!
Horrible I bought a groupon for a massage Coukd never book because the company never returned calls and never answered the telephone Then it said my coupon was redeemed but I never redeemed it Groupon was of no help at all and dont want to reimburse me
I bought several product codes to use from them, and when they don't work. You talk to customer service in India, who can do nothing. Don't use their service.
I order from Ideeli all the time and I LOVE them. They have great deals, awesome customer service and their shipping is always on time! So far so good!

Spa procedure from advertised $45 becoming $ 120, botox- from $ 129 to $ 400 (without later touch up, because of Groupon discount), etc
My latest purchase was face cream- Diamond 24K, bla-bla-bla MSRP price- $500!, on Groupon- $ 39.90. Got it yesterday. OMG! It does not cost even $5! Poor package with unclear printing on it, broken lid, some old-look and smell consistence inside
And not-returnable, because of DISCOUNT!
