For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
I got a diploma of social media only to find out it was only one module and I had to pay the same amount. The advert said it was for a full diploma. Dont use these rip off artists.
Arrived a party of 4 of us for Buffet and drinks for deal advertised as:

But, the only meal option was a card in a plastic holder presented listing a few dishes.
Drink list was similar, but restricted to several specific cocktails and certain beers.
Location was far from what the photos showed, and deserted, staff did not attend to us, we had to hunt someone up and tell them we were there for buffet as advertised.
I thought we had the wrong place at first.
No other diners were in sight and there were no tables laid out for dining.
It was as though we should not be there.
A couple of local ladies tried to look attractive by the pool though?
We did eat, and drink what was available rather that spoil our day, and the offerings were good, and the waiter tried to do his best to turn around our disappointment.
So as with a lot of Groupon promos, buyer beware!

To be fair, even if the wording was tricky, adding the term A La Carte to the advertised buffet, maybe covers them for not presenting a buffet.

I wish I could add pictures but I basically ordered a set of pots and Tupperware. First it said ships in two days, IT TOOK A WEEK! When it finally got delivered it was delivered at the wrong address! Good thing some of my neighbors in Brooklyn are honest so they brought it over to me after a few hours of trying to figure out where they delivered my package too. After I got it the box was open, and the handles on the pots were in pieces! Tried calling customer service and all they kept telling me was they would send a return label so I can get a refund because they don't do exchanges. I basically just moved into a new apartment. I have no pots and no Tupperware to store my food. I patiently waited for this package to be delivered and now they are asking me to send it back so they can send me a refund and then I have to go order again and wait AGAIN! With no guarantee that it won't happen again! I HATE GROUPON! So inconsiderate. I've wasted so much time and effort trying to resolve this issue and it's pointless.

I refunded a pajama and the agent issued Groupon Bucks without asking me if I want it back to my credit card or into Groupon Bucks. I didn't even know there is Groupon Bucks and that has expiration. After I forgot to use the groupon bucks for my next purchases, I forgot about it and it expired. Chatting with customer service representative for a long time, but all he said was SORRY. He said the agent made a big mistake and he doesn't want me to have a bad experience with Groupon. Then, what? He didn't do a thing to correct it. I asked him to deactivate my account and delete me from the email list. I told him that was only $7 bucks, but that is my money, not GROUPON's. Nobody expects that their money gets turned into virtual money without their desire and that virtual money even has an expiration date.

I purchased a Groupon Starbucks voucher that was advertised as something I could add to my Starbucks app. To make a long story short, I spent about 4 hours on the phone trying to get Groupon to help me as the directions they post do not work. Of course, no one could help me, they were unwilling to refund my money and there was no Manager available. I just decided to use the Starbucks voucher and never do business with Groupon again.
Then, I go to Starbucks and my Groupon voucher does not even work! I can not use it at all. Once again, I call Groupon to no avail. They admit that many customers are having the same problem, but are unwilling to take any responsibility. They want me to get in touch with a special department at Starbucks, have them send me special screen shots, call Groupon back, email them screenshots and then they will escalate the problem to a special team with no promise the problem will be resolved or when. Really? When did it become my job to solve their technical and service problems? And is it really fair to their customers to have to wait months to use their vouchers due to their inadequacy. Again they can not give me a refund or access to a Manager. This is not my first problem with Groupon, but it will be my last. If your Groupon works, you will save money. But if it doesn't, you will loose money and time!

Groupon and their mobile app are great for finding things to do, places to eat, and goods to buy for an often extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended.
I have made 3 orders over the past couple months. Of the 3, one still hasn't even been shipped after over a month. The other was shipped to a wrong address and eventually sent back to them (I was never notified of any of this), then they never reshipped to the correct address I had always given them. And this last order the dress actually did arrive, but missing the belt. There is NO WAY to contact customer service. No live chat. The customer service number I found online only sends you to voicemail stating they'll respond by the end of business day, though I've left countless messages over weeks and have NEVER heard back. And though they claim they respond to emails within 24 hours, my last email was nearly 3 days ago and they have yet to respond. I initially just thought they had terrible customer service but now I am beginning to think it's a scam. It's becoming more and more clear they have no intention of fulfilling the orders or providing a refund, so I may have to just file a dispute with my credit card. Avoid at all costs.
My first and only purchase with groupon was a total disaster. I ordered the item and waited over 3 weeks and it still had not been delivered. One morning I checked my tracking number and found that it had been delivered in Kentucky, USA - I LIVE IN CANADA. Okay, so mistakes happen right? $#*!ty part is that when I called their customer service and told them the problem, the lady acted like it wasn't their fault. She confirmed my address for the order (in CANADA) and was able to look up the delivery in Kentucky. She knew there was a mistake but offered no explanation or fix to the problem. Instead, she told me, since it was already signed for... IN KENTUCKY... there was not much they could do. I asked to speak to someone else and she said she would send the request to her supervisor and they would contact me within 72 hours... And, of course, have heard nothing. So how I see it at this point is that I have paid for an item I will never receive. Pretty sure that is illegal. DO NOT give your money to this criminal corporation.
I purchased a Groupon for a service, and when I called the business they told me they were not offering that service anymore. I asked Groupon for a refund because their policy clearly states that if the business cannot provide the service you purchased you can get a refund, and they never returned my money. They made me wait weeks because they were "verifying" or "contacting the business" they made up all kinds of excuses not to give me money back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I bought my dad samsonite luggage and was very excited since it would be a father's day gift. Received a vmail 2 days ago saying I needed to call back and confirm my order to avoid fraud. Ok, sure. No other site requires this but I'm all for extra security. So I call back the number given to me and leave a message with my name and number since no one picks up. Then I receive a message today saying that my order has been cancelled. What?! Emailed the company asking why it's been cancelled since I called and got a snarky response back that they never received a message on their loss prevention number. Too bad the original representative who called gave me her number instead of loss prevention but then didn't have the decency to call me back and follow up to give me the right number or fix the order. Not only that, but the company doesn't even have the decency to try and reach out to Samsonite to place the order again for me. Just said that the sale was closed and that was it. So thanks, ideeli, for leaving me 3 days before father's day with no gift and terrible customer experience. Will be sure to never use your site ever again and recommend everyone else to stay away.

He tried to call and when he couldn't reach you, he sent an email with the information as well as his direct contact number. It seems that the Loss Prevention agent who contacted you left the wrong phone number on the message, instead of the special Loss Prevention phone number, and that is why they thought you hadn't called back since that agent was out of the office at the time this happened.
I've checked to see if there is any way that we can get this item but the Samsonite isn't able to provide this item to us at this stage since the order was already sent out but we do hope to have another sale with them soon and have added a $25 voucher to your account as well a courtesy first row so that if you choose to place a new order for a similar item, you'll have a discount and first crack at the new merchandise being shown since you'll get into all new sales one hour earlier than other members.

BEWARE OF PURCHASES! On November 18,2017, they had a Sterling Silver, Script either necklace, bracelet or anklet for $5.00. I followed through with the transaction and it had no place to put a name or what item you wanted? Then it prompts me to a code to go to site: and use. And put in the coupon in center of page and that you have until Feb. 2018 to claim. I did that, it gave you, put in name: I did, Put in item wanted necklace, bracelet or anklet: I did, put in code: I did. It responded to coupon invalid, I tried again. Same crap. I immediately ( within 10 minutes) went to Groupon and requested a refund. I get an email a few or more days later, that time is running out to claim item, it had another code, did it all over again, same crap different day except it was for $7.99, invalid. Full price is $64.99? WTF! I was fed up with the BS! Called my credit card company and told them want I did to resolve to no avail, or communication from them, even on me cancelling the item within the first 10 minutes. I told my card company to do a google search of Groupon reviews. They will get the message. The card company is taking care of it. I told them it was only $5.00, but how many $5.00 did they sell and scan as I am only one. FORGET THEM! DON'T GET ROPED IN!

Well I get to sky zone they tell me I don't have a reservation which was oddly strange because I CLICKED THE LOCATION I WANTED THAT I ALWAYS GO TO! Well it looked like PLAINFIELD INDIANA was the selection I don't even live no where near there called to speak to someone about a refund for this mistake which GROUPON STATS IN THEIR POLICY IF SOME GOES WRONG AND WE ARE NOT SATISFIED THEN THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! I purchased one Maita'i Catamaran TradeWind Sailing Trip for Two assuming the expiration was from one year from the purchase date. However, upon receiving an email, I was notified it was 90 days from the purchase date. Note: I have screen shot of final purchase with no indication of an expiration date anywhere. Only when I received an email was there any indication of an expiration date. I mentioned this to Groupon customer service representative and they told me I needed to read the fine print. AGAIN... the fine print did not show up until AFTER purchase and after I received a confirmation email. Why so much ambiguity? We're simply not going to be in Hawaii during this time and the voucher is essentially worthless. Further, Groupon Customer Service seemed to give me an attitude as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I have screenshot to prove. This was purchased through an advertisement. Will provide screenshot of purchase to credit card company. It is also worth noting. I cannot write a negative review on their site. Everything on their site has so called "positive" reviews. Googling other review sites speaks volumes for this company.
I have heard pros and cons when it comes to small businesses using Groupon merchant. You could do it yourself and not have the headache I experienced for over a month. I was told that beauty month was coming up with the month and I should start. I had a conversation with the sales representative which assured me my campaign would be up in time for beauty week. I was very clear on precise on what I wanted. I sent in photos and all the information that was asked from me and to sign all the 3 contracts. I told the "sales" representative that when she sent me the prof that it had no photos I sent in plus pricing was wrong in services. She apologized and corrected the mistakes ( I gave a menu of my prices so I was confused on how that was possible, but slight over sight no big deal). It then the woman ( won't reveal name) once again assured me after numerous times of me telling her I had not heard from editing team this was not what we avrees too the photos and description were not correct and it looked horrible. I told her " how is this to link to my schedule and payments?" Once again oh that's the editing team... I'll try them again... NOTHiNG ITs a sham no wonder why so many professionals told me not to do it and if I were to do it myself... Actually I did do everything metaled and they still dropped the ball. I have receipts and records of conversations requesting to speak to a manager so I will I time to let them be in breech of contract. I have been professional and understanding but I urge you not to use them!

I order a pair of golf shoes from Groupon goods to send to my son in Afghanistan for Christmas, where he is serving our country. I did not notice that the terms stated that the item could take 12 business days to arrive. That was my mistake and I am completely willing to be accountable for that. An email arrived with a tracking number from the company that ships the shoes. After checking the status unsuccessfully for several days I called Groupon. I was told it was the wrong tracking number. I requested the correct tracking number so I would know when, and if, it was going to arrive. I was told they did not know the correct tracking number and did not know the name of the distributor sending the merchandise. I asked for the supervisor who told me the same thing. I told her it was not acceptable and she stated she would speak to the Groupon employee who deals with this distributor and call me back. She called me back and left a message stating the specialist that deals with this distributor did not know the name of the distributor or have the correct tracking number. She gave me a $20 credit in my account. I don't want a credit I want a tracking number! Is that too much to ask of a company like Groupon? Sorry doesn't help me track my order. My son deserves to have a nice Christmas, especially while in a war zone risking his life to keep us safe.
