For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
Horrible parlor, worst services, they have no sense of hygiene and have ruined my haircut, please do not waste your money@ avoid this place...

I purchased this groupon in Oct. 2014. I went to Texas to visit my daughter, Catherine. We were going to San Antonio to see the Alamo. I purchased the Omni on the River Walk in San Antonio. When we arrived at the Omni on the River Walk they told us that the Groupon was not with them. That what YOU advertised and the Groupon I purchased (Omni on the River Walk). My husband and I are both handicapped that is why we purchased this getaway to be on the River Walk... You misrepresented this and am very dissatisfied. I was told our reservation was 25 min. Away from the River Walk... not what you stated in your advertisement. My daughter called you Groupon people twice and she said they were VERY, VERY rude to her to try and settle this matter. I hope you will read over your policies and try to resolve this in a friendly matter. I was cheated out of a stay that YOU advertised. I am very upset that I did not get to stay where I wanted too. I hope you can resolve this and get back to me ASAP. Unhappy customers.

I''ve been ordering things online from Ideeli from past two years. Recently they have added this new shipping feature that is if you buy something for the first time, you will have to pay $9.95 once and get free shipping throughout the next 30 days. Few months ago I had ordered a couple of things the first time I received the shipment on time then I wanted to make use of the free shipping feature and ordered something that was delivered after a month of the expected shipping date. I assumed it must be the manufacturer/inventory issue that must have caused the delay so I didn't care much. But then on one of my recent orders Ideeli has shipped the package through UPS which then was delivered to USPS but its been a month since its been with USPS and they haven't delivered it yet, I've contacted Ideeli, UPS, USPS and nobody seems to know the where about the package. I am about to move from my apartment soon so I really don't know when should I expect it t be delivered but I know one thing for sure that henceforth I am not shopping with Ideeli ever again.
Groupon gave me a credit to use when a vendor was not credible some months after purchase (but within the insured date)
On June 13th, 2017 my husband and I purchased two vouchers on Groupon for a deli in our area. We paid $12.50 and were supposed to receive two $10 vouchers. When we went to print the vouchers several weeks later we found they were not listed in our groupon list in spite of the fact we had received a confirmation email from PayPal and our card was charged. Groupon claims we never made the purchase. We never received a confirmation email of the purchase from Groupon but when we contacted customer service and provided a copy of our confirmation email from PayPal we thought they would correct the error and issue our Groupon. Instead, they continued to claim we never made the purchase, as if we were lying. They also claimed that accounts are not charged if purchases are not completed but the money DID come out of our account. Customer service seemed completely indifferent and uncaring. Now we have had to file a dispute with PayPal in the hopes of getting our money refunded. If that doesn't work, we will report the charge to our bank as fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GROUPON!

Every time I have made a purchase from Groupon my credit card # has been stolen. I am done with this site!
Absolutely disgusted with this app. You took two payments from me, both costing around £100 in total which was deducted from my bank account within seconds. No confirmation email sent. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for the items to arrive and emailing I contacted your customer service via telephone to be told one of the orders did not exist and the other was cancelled because my address is "invalid".
Firstly, if an order has been cancelled where the money has already been taken, surely there should be some common courtesy with regards to a phone call letting your customer know about this so they could try and resolve it before the voucher expired? No, not Groupon. You were waiting for the voucher to expire so You's would be able to refuse a refund. This is disgusting. If I had not asked about the item You's would never have told me.
Secondly, I purchased another voucher in turn to purchase a gift for my partner for Christmas. Again, 2 weeks later and still no sign. Your advisor could only just say "we'll email them and see what happens". Absolutely terrible customer service. The girl on the phone kept taking down wrong information. It took nearly 3-4 attempts for her to get my telephone number correct because I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor.
I assure you that I will NOT be ordering from your hoax site again, I will be sharing this status across social media sites to warn other potential customers to take their business elsewhere to a more secure and trusting company. A company that values customers, a company that does not take your money and have no intention of delivering your purchases. I have been taken advantage of and I will definitely be reporting this as fraud. You's took my bank details, you have my PayPal account information along with my personal home address details.
