For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
Ok. Does this website/company even stock any products? I see their ads ALL over google. They say they have 1 million members. Well YEAH, who wouldn't if you blanketed Google and Yahoo with ads for months and months. Fine. So I place an order and I get my package 2 weeks and 4 days later. Is this a joke? Wrong item. No customer service. No returns? Not even a store credit? I'm going to be diplomatic — so read between the lines: AVOID! As a side note, Ideeli says it's invite-only. Really? This seems like an oxy-moron.
I loved Groupon when things were going smoothly and I could order what I wanted. Then... the day came when I actually needed customer support/care and... cricket... nothing! Their website offers little to nothing. But, I dug deeper and finally got a number (they only email back within 24 hours). Here I sit... 35 minutes into my "hold" mode. And, still nada. Oh, wait... they just answered and yes! Disconnected me! OMG they absolutely are on the bottom of the armpit line for service. I am NEVER using them again. Do not EVER use Groupon with an expectation that they will support you... the consumer.

Back when Groupon started I used to find some pretty interesting deals. Now you ha a lot of misguiding offers that end up making you pay what the product/service actual value, sometimes even more than you can find from other sources.
Avoid at all cost. Don't even consider buying anything from here especially the magazines.
They basically funnel it to doplhin magazine which is terrible rating and there's hidden fees that are not made visible in the groupon site.
I must have bought 20+ Groupons in last year and saved at least a few hundred $s. I love that this site motivates me to try new stuff. I always buy more if the food is good or the experience was enjoyable.
I bought an electronic dog invisible fence. It will not stay charged. Groupon only offers a 2 week return policy! I will never buy electronics nor anything but POSSIBLY groupons for restaurants from them ever again!

I'm a merchant who tried using their services to promote my business. They refuse to take down the vouchers even though I'm currently making nothing in lockdown. Also, if your voucher expires before you get to use it, Groupon keeps all that money. Just a greedy, dodgy company.
This company has gotten too big for its britches. Buying out LivingSocial just made them cocky, and someone I loathe to do business with now. Previously, they were very good at getting things resolved. Today, I spoke with 4 different geniuses from Groupon who couldnt give me an answer on a simple purchase... FAILX 10

Groupon is the best thing ever. Great deals galore. Just got back from White Water Raftng at half the cost the others in our boat paid. Used many times, never a problem. Fleece lined Leggings selling around 49 reduced to 14 something. Sent wrong size and they were unable to have item return for proper size. I am soooooooo disappointed - I'm never buying from groupon again!

I really like Groupon. I've purchased about 4 Groupons total and thus far have redeemed two of them. Each time has been a great experience. My husband and I love to go explore our city so I keep an eye out for deals on museums, special events, etc. We can then try a new outing at half the cost to decide if we'd be willing to come back again at full price.
I have a friend who orders a ton on ideeli and is very satisfied with them. I'm been a member for a while but it took me a while to purchase something. Then I finally did and so far I'm very happy - all items but one fit and I was contemplating sending it back but then ended up altering it. I had 3 orders so far, still waiting on the last 2 items, but the rest is perfect! The shipping was exactly according to the guidelines posted for the item - all items were new, correct size and very good quality. Overall, I'm very happy with ideeli.com and will order again! Too bad my 1st row membership expired :(.

They charge international transaction fees even when you are purchaseing in australia from and australian groupon company.
Give you the run around about refunding this but never do. Cost me an extra $50 on top of coupon price

I love using Groupon. It's very beneficial around the holidays when I am shopping for multiple people. They have discount specials from time to time as well, which makes purchasing groupons even more cost-effective.
I've been using groupon for almost one year. My experience was ok, even if you always have to double check yourself what are you getting into in terms of purchases.
I've been banned from their website only because my bank stopped a payment for a service never received (since the ultimate company wanted to charge me extra on top of the price already paid and we did not found an agreement).

Ordered some skirts from Groupon Goods on Jan 3rd. Now 21 days later and I still have not received my purchase. The products ship from Los Angeles and I live in San Diego. I can find no reason that it should take 21+ days to ship between those locations. If you read the fine print, their "normal shipping time" is 2 1/2 weeks, which is just ridiculous to begin with, but they can't even make it within that timeframe?!?! I will never be purchasing from this site again!

Sadly it appears that like so many other companies, Groupon's reputation (from personal experience) is now in the toilet as the result of poor decision making by upper management. Probably not the best idea to outsource their customer service to individuals who have no concept of U.S. customer service and who are unable to provide a response other than those listed on a "cue card". I'm guessing that the Groupon for Outsourcing wasn't such a great deal after all.
Groupon has such amazing deals. It's usually 50% for services like massages, facials, pedicures, etc. Where else can you get such a great deal?! Also, every time I've called customer service I've been blown away by how helpful they are. They really want customers to be happy. I highly recommend Groupon!
I purchased an e-gift card that was supposed to be delivered on Christmas Day. It's now the 28th. Still no confirmation email, and I can't even check my last order. Forget getting customer service. It is either a chat line or an email to which they will promptly "log your complaints in" and get nothing done. STAY AWAY!

If you didn't receive an order confirmation email, it's possible that the order never fully processed. As soon as an order is placed you're given an order number and the confirmation email is sent out. It does take a few days for a gift card to be emailed out once the order is placed and the confirmation email should provide an expected date when the gift card is expected to be emailed out to the email address given at checkout. Any orders placed are available when you lo into your ideeli account and go to "My Orders." If that information is not there, the order may not have been placed in that account.

Ordered from and agree with all the other unhappy buyers. They take FOREVER and then some to mail out items. I've gotten items from china via reg. Mail faster than this place. Items aren't even at a good discount. I can get most of that stuff myself for less. I do better on Ebay too.

Pretty bad, especially when compared with similar sites like Gilt & Rue La La. Ordered an item and was sent the wrong thing, which while I felt was intentional, (as despite item being available on the site, they said my item was 'sold out.' It seemed they thought incorrect item was one I might keep.) I wasn't too worried about, except that they don't offer cash back, and by the time you have the item delivered via ground and then returned, you run the risk of being outside of their window for creating a credit. Additionally, it was pretty terrible customer service and the whole operation seems fairly fly-by-night. Will not try them again.

FYI, if you order something from #Groupon and the post office screws up and it doesn't arrive, they don't offer refunds. Their customer service call center wait may be over two hours long, so you'll be required to email "for a more prompt response within 24 hours." (I do t get that logic, but whatever.)
They may take over a week to email you back. Then they may give you a store credit with a warning that you won't get such a credit like that again. They'll also insinuate that the whole issue is your fault because you should use a friend's or family member's address to ensure a delivery.
Guess who just lost my business.
I have used groupon on multiple occasions and usually have quick delivery on my items. However this is the second year in a row the I have had bad service during the holiday season. I placed an order on 11/20/15 which was supposed to ship within 3 days. It has been sitting at the prepared for shipment status ever since. I have sent e-mails with no response despite the promise to respond within 48h. I used the chat service which was supremely unhelpful. They told me that someone would get back to me when they figured it out. I am still waiting. I just want to cancel my order because now that even more people are ordering items for christmas my purchase will never get here. Very frustrating promise. Do yourself a favor and do not order during the holidays.
I am very sad that a great company has gotten quite bad in the last year. The customer service is pathetic. You used to actually get a response in under 4 hours as they still advertise but now it takes several days.
Today they are advertising a 30% discount with $200+ purchase but when I place items worth $207 in my cart, I only get 20% discount! That's just wrong.
Also their live chat hours are apparently only 1 minute each day from 8:59-9 AM Mon-Fri and 10:59-11AM Sat and Sun. I tried to live chat them today at 12:50 pm and they were offline. Is this a joke?!
