I like ideeli. The items are always sent out on time and the dates of shipment are clearly listed when ordering. Yes, sometimes orders take weeks but you can't complain because the dates of shipment for each item are listed under the price. It is up to the buyer if they want to wait that long. Ive found some great deals and some good quality pieces, everything has arrived new and in nice red wrapping paper. I had a few issues which were easily resolved by talking to a customer service rep. They're $9.95 monthly shipping charge is very fair if your a frequent shopper, however I wish they offered 2 shipping options, a one time $5.95 or monthly 9.95---that would be awesome! Also, sometimes they advertise red sales but the items I recognize from earlier in the month and at the same full price, I find this deceptive. But I do realize ideeli needs to make $, just dont advertise it as a red or closeout price when it is not.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
I purchased a voucher through Groupon and was unable to get the website that Groupon was endorsing to work. I contacted customer support to cancel my purchase of this voucher and was told that "while this was within the time frame to cancel, there was fine print that this was a final sale." I purchased this voucher less than an hour prior to contacting customer support and they still did not honor my request to cancel the voucher. Terrible service for both Groupon and Printer Pix.
Groupon has many different offerings from which to choose. Your treasures may be in travel, food or even a beauty make over. Groupon can be used for local treasures or those treasures that you may want to find during your travels! Thank you Groupon!

The services are awful, phones numbers dont work, half the time they will charge you an additional fee just to make appointments and then not have appointments available for months out. And they will never ever give you a refund unless you ask for it IMMEDIATELY after purchasing. I cannot believe how much money I allowed myself to waste on this site and its my mission to get this website shut down for bad business practices
Made a purchase 3 weeks ago. Still waiting. When i contacted via chat on the site was told there was a issue with the courier and i would need to contact them direct. Groupon accepting no responsibiity for delivery yet happy to take my money and depsatch vie their courier company. They refuse to contact the courer. When i requested a refund answer was told can't do that as item despatched. The chat operator was extremely rude. Would ever use them again
Pretty much any issue you can name I have had and NEVER does anyone at Groupon do anything to assist or prevent you from getting completely taken advantage of by ridiculous sellers.
My orders disappeared, were canceled w/o notice, I was bait and switched, items arrived with unintelligible instructions and labels, not able to return incorrect orders - you name it and it has happened.

I purchased a set of wireless headphones which didn't work properly. You would think it would be easy to do an exchange, not exactly. After a drawn out process, I got an exchange started. What I DIDNT notice in the small print, is your not actually doing an exchange, you are returning your product in exchange to get a new product, with the small print saying that if the new product is also defective, you will ONLY get a credit towards groupon, you will NOT get your money back. So needless to say, the 2nd pair of headphones didn't hold a charge, had ear wax on them, music already stored on them, and the charging cable looked like a dog chewed it up... absolutely disgusting! I will never order Groupon again, they do NOT stand behind their products.
Be carefull, they will double bill you for one transaction. In the background, it will tell 'oups, we had trouble processing your request'. Try again. So you do, then you get double billed on credit card. Try getting support and they are completely unwilling to help. Hello WagJag and JuzDeals... you know get my business
I was told that Groupon could not accommodate my request for a refund "due to current circumstances, which have limited our resources". I replied that "due to current circumstances, I am unable to use my Groupon". I think it's hypocritical that Groupon would use Covid as an excuse for not issuing a refund but Covid is not a good enough reason for me to not be able to use the Groupon. It appears that Groupon's position is that I should have gone to the restaurant and hacked Covid all over the place.
I was trying to purchase a groupon for a getaway on a friday afternoon, but the groupon app would not actually let me purchase the groupon on the dates it said were available... their customer service doesn't have any weekend hours, so they did not help (even though the site says they will get back to you within 24 hours), but groupons can expire over a weekend, so if you have a problem with a groupon on the weekend, don't even bother... you will most likely miss out on the deal
This company has a great idea with horrible I would even go as far to say unethical practices! I received my purchased items all except 3. All items were shipped in the same box. The box and contents were perfectly in tact. The packing tap was not disturbed at all and all products within the box were pleasantly packed. So the issue must be that the items were never packed in the first place. I told this to ideeli, but they disregarded the facts and took no reaponsiblity. They disregarded all the facts and pinned the mistake on UPS! So UPS took the blame and eats the cost of ideeli's problems. Ideeli gets off Scott free with out a hitch.
They owe me a credit from a past order and I have 2 orders I placed on Nov 30th that I have not received. I keep getting emails saying sorry for the confusion. What is going on with this company? Customer service says weekdays only when you look up chat on weekends and weekends only when you look up chat on weekdays.
I purchased a Groupon for the Bliss Nail Salon for my daughter. I did not know it was not the luxury chain BLISS Spas, but a tiny unknown nail place on the second floor of a bldg on Lexington Ave, NY. I asked for my money back. After much discussion I received Groupon bucks but not for the entire cost. I lost the $10 promotion dollars that I used to purchase this awful Groupon!) So not nice. The representative ended the discussion with "sorry there's nothing we can do".

Read everything super carefully and check the location to be sure the place the Groupon is for is not another unknown place by the same name.
I've picked up some really good deals from Groupon but I've also found some of the local deals had comparable *FREE* coupons if you searched for them. I've also purchased retail items from the Groupon site, and again, some were really good and others I was able to find on EBay, Amazon, etc for the same price or less. Take the time to google and check reviews. I've noticed a lot of them have really BAD reviews so they are using Groupon, and similar services, to get new business in.
This site used to be so easy to use. So visually appealing and the quality was REALLY great! Much better than zulilly. Now it site sucks, and so does the quality of the clothes. BEFORE buying anything make sure you can return it! You will be returning it if you like quality clothes!

I have been a Groupon Customer for over three years. I have only positive things to say about my experiences through Grouopon. I can recommend to family and Friends. I've had to contact the Groupon Customer s upport two times for issues I've had in the past and to be honest they were very prompt in resolving the issues i've had at hand in a timely manner and been very fair in terms of giving me credit refunds when I've explained my situations. I will definitely keep going back for more. To me, Groupon seems like a company that knows what they are doing it benefits both the business partners that they deal with as well as their faithful customers (such as myself). I saw a Groupon for a local Pilates studio. I had been in several car accidents over several years, and though NOT physically injured at present, I am inflexible with little muscle tone. I took advantage of their "Ask a Question" and stated my physical condition, and asked if I would be able to take their class. The studio said "Yes, take a beginners class". I looked at their schedule and they had a morning class. When it came time to redeem the Groupon, the last day before expiring, I went to sign up and saw that they no longer have that class. I contacted Groupon and explained that what I bought is not offered any longer. They responded the next day- "sorry, your Groupon expired" (It didn't when I sent the email!) Also, "we see that they have an Open Class". They totally disregarded that I bought the Groupon based on a day time beginners class that is no longer offered. So, Groupon got paid, the pilates studio got paid, I got screwed.
Stay away from this site please, they will send you an expired product and no money back nothing they would do for you, on a top in that the will treated you like $#*!, they have the worst costumer service ever. I have received an expired product from them and they refuse to refund my money, Agint were so rude I don't recommend this site and never buy from agin...
While I have had some success with orders, they are usually very late and they make it very difficult to return. They give you 14 days from shipping date to return, but it takes a week to ten days to get it. By the time you have tried numerous times to find out print out the label they tell you that you can use to return it, yougive up and send it back yourself. But by then you have passed to the 14 day return date. Not worth it.
I have used groupon in the past, however recently I was searching through their website on my cell phone. Later I received a statement from my bank that a purchase was made to Groupon. It seemed I placed my phone in my pocket and somehow push the "Buy" button. I immediately contacted Groupo who stated they would not revoke the purchase due to a 2hr window for goods and a final sale with the supplier.
I explained the incident to no avail. Groupon refuse to refund the purchase although they saw the purchase was made on my cell phone and I was willing to show proof from my bank regarding the notification.
BEWARE: The incident of "But Calling" is the norm. It seems purchasing items from Groupon with your buttocks is also possible
I've read the bad reviews for ideeli and I have to say that so far I have nothing but good things to say about them. All of my orders have timely arrived and, further when I returned a pair of shoes, I received a credit with no problem. I used the credit for another purchase. Both my daugther and I enjoy ideeli and have had no problems with the some 5 purchases we have made over the last 5 months.

I bought a coupon for a service from a local area company and when I went to make an appointment to use the service the web site stated they were no longer honoring Groupon coupons and to notify Groupon for a refund. We called the local company and they said "they were in a legal dispute with Groupon and were not going to use them any more" In Groupons defense this companies reviews have really gone way down this past year and this may be part of the issue. Anyhow we thought oh great it is going to be a problem and we thought Groupon would not help us out. WRONG! Groupon's customer rep Cassie was so helpful and friendly.
She made the process so easy and I had my refund that day on my CC. Will now have no problem using Groupon.
I ordered something using a promotion code. When they charged me though, I was not given the discount. I contacted them repeatedly asking for a refund. It is just a few dollars but to me it is the principal of the matter. I first got a form answer saying I was given a credit. I responsed saying I wanted a refund and was told that it appeared I used my groupon (yes i did the day after I bought it so the overcharge was not even on my account yet) and it appeared based on that it was fine. I replied saying it made no sense and got a "supervisor" that gave me a form answer. They are not offering real customer service and they are using dishonest business practices. I would urge anyone who has an experience like this with them to file a dispute with your credit card. They don't seem to want to listen to any customers, but they will have to listen to the banks.

Don't try to use a promo code, they are just a deceptive tactic to get your money and then ignore you.
Groupon canceled Food and Wine Fest in Los Angeles due to COVID 19, and not legal to have gatherings of more then 10 people. Groupon refuses to refund money and gave $198 in Groupon bucks, which is basically good for nothing in these times. If they had a way to purchase Omaha steaks, groceries delivery meals or some other means other then a pancake breakfast available for pick up miles away I could understand them giving a credit. It's shame because when the economy recovers they will have lost a good portion of their business. Forget trying to dispute with the credit card companies because they will not help based on Groupon's policy NOT to refund. Apparently Pandemic has no legal affect on these types of deals. Shame on Groupon, if you are not refunding money then give us a viable way to spend the Groupon bucks!

Service spoke english. When i finally adked for the manager, i was told there was none, unreal! I kept pushing until i finally got the socalled manager, i explained my situation, he guaranteed i would get credit back onto my account, IM STILL WAITING! Shocker, just got a email from Groupon, they request evidence... groupon is a joke!

Spent 156$ on tickets I never received they wouldn't refund me or give me credit on something else. I had to repay when I got to the aquarium I had purchased them for. By far the worst. Never had such a bad experience
