I like ideeli. The items are always sent out on time and the dates of shipment are clearly listed when ordering. Yes, sometimes orders take weeks but you can't complain because the dates of shipment for each item are listed under the price. It is up to the buyer if they want to wait that long. Ive found some great deals and some good quality pieces, everything has arrived new and in nice red wrapping paper. I had a few issues which were easily resolved by talking to a customer service rep. They're $9.95 monthly shipping charge is very fair if your a frequent shopper, however I wish they offered 2 shipping options, a one time $5.95 or monthly 9.95---that would be awesome! Also, sometimes they advertise red sales but the items I recognize from earlier in the month and at the same full price, I find this deceptive. But I do realize ideeli needs to make $, just dont advertise it as a red or closeout price when it is not.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
The app is set up to fool you. I looked at an offer and left GroupMe app to get card info. When logging back in to purchase it charged me three times because I just clicked on the item I wanted... ONE OF. And had to come back to the site. Never authorized 3 purchases!

Groupon is a 3rd party vendor and if you want to dispute anything you purchased with your bank you can't! Since Groupon gave you what you purchased... the ticket the bank will deny your claim. So if Groupon won't give you your money back and the company won't give you your money you are stuck with the bill! Skip Groupon and go directly to the company and ask for them to honor the Groupon rate. Trust me they will and that allows you to put a dispute in with your bank if you are not satisfied.
I had a trip to Great Wolf Lodge in April that was cancelled due to the coronavirus and no fault of our own. I have talked to customer service on more than one occasion which all ended up with them ending the call because they didnt want to refund me my money. I have emailed 2 of the 3 co-owners with no response. I posted on their FaceBook page and they completely blocked me. After all that i have submitted a complaint with the BBB which has sent a messaged to Groupon. Waiting on the results of that. My next step is to take them to small claims court. I will run this up as high as they want to take it. They are a low life criminal thieving business that i hope gets shutdown. I will continue to leave reviews everyday until Jesus comes or i get my money back from this thieving company. I do not want their stupid groupon bucks as i will NEVER use groupon again. I will get my money back or run the name groupon so far into the ground that noone will even remember what it was.
I purchase a hotel stay on completion my card on file was declined. When I tried to re-enter my other credit card the deal was expired. I subsequently purahased another stay through groupon to find out that I Groupon received payment for the first stay and wouldn't return the money for my previous stay. Also I've been trying to get customer service for two days to be told that it's expired! I will never use Groupon Again! I will tell EVERYONE of their shady business practice!
I bought a night suit which was labelled as Josie by Natori. When it arrived, it was labeled just 'Josie'; there was nothing about Natori about it. The fabric is cheap as is the design. From what I remember everything was returnable. Suddenly these pajamas are labeled not-returnable. If I had know that I would never have bought them. They were not cheap either, cost me 50 bucks.
I bought something on Dec. 6th thinking it would be a great xmas gift. Well it is now Dec. 29ths and I still don't have it and I still have no response from my many emails that I have sent about it. No response whatsoever.

Had bought some vouchers. As the products were sold out straight away I phoned and emailed groupon. By phone you just get an answereing machine with the advice to phone later. E-mails are not answered. Money is not returned. Gooods are not delivered. STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON
I love groupon! They always have awesome deals, my wife and I are using them all the time. I love restaurant deals and my wife is always using groupons in beauty salons. That's also great that they have it in different countries.
I purchased a groupon for Ultherapy from a local Med Spa. I have had ultherapy before. When I went to the Med Spa, the provider redeemed by groupon, but did not provide me with Ultherapy. Instead he offered another treatment. I paid $1069 for the groupon. Groupon refused to do anything about it, even though when I contacted the provider, the provider agreed to refund the charge. The charge was never refunded.
I bought a Groupon for a manatee tour. The merchant redeemed the Groupon before we arrive. We canceled the tour. And they will not give our money back. Terrible customer service. They offered me a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I spent $189

The whole thing is very tricky, nothing mentioned about final sale in the details When I put the order. Then when I need to cancel it, the customer service said it is final sale.
Is it really cheaper? No, For the zipline in Whistler, it is US$139 in Groupon, but in the Whistler reservation, it is CAD139. So, be careful.

Ideeli is now Ideel. Ideel is a company that operated by theives. I would never do business with them. Their customer service is the worst you can deal with. I have order an expensive new men's Burberry watch only to get a used women's watch. I have tried to resolve the issues with them but nothing worked with them.
I do not know who is the owners of this ripoff company but for sure they must be theives and they know who to hire for a customer services jerk people.

I did not get a refund nor a credit towards the voucher bought. Accidentally, I bought two coupons for a gym subscription of two months, however I did not realized until the coupon expired. I can not use the other coupon since I already used one and I moved to another place so I can not use the coupon nor give it to someone else. I am very disspointed with this purchase and I paid $158.
I bought a 2 night B & B for $99/ retail $218 (Lookout Mtn./Chattanooga, Tn) in Feb. That I looked up check in dates for within hours... Not until August did they have availability for us & still have NOT received the confirmation! Not happy! :(
I had just bought a Groupon for a limo ride to JFK for $55. After buying I noticed a phrase in their fine print that state "taxes, fuel charges and service fee not included. I called and found that the $55 offer really cost $98 ( a %69 increase). This is no better than the airlines, offering one price online than jacking it up with fees. SHAME ON YOU GROUPON for not being transparent with your offers.
I ordered leggings from GroupOn and realized that the wrong address was on file for delivery. I messaged them several times and received no response. No one answers the phone, the emails, and I couldn't even cancel the order. Now my order is in the process of being shipped and it's heading to the wrong address. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! On 10th June I bought two tickets for Gardeners World, Birmingham for 16th June. There was no mention of any restrictions when I bought the ticket. The day before the event I got a message saying they have some important information about the tickets and that they are only valid from 12PM. The fact they sent this email is an admittance to not having told me this at the point of sale. I have tried to cancel my purchase and get a refund and have been told I will not be able to. I have wasted £23.50. I will never use Groupon again.
When you unsubscibe it tells you that it may take up to 72 hours to stop receiving emails. When the 72 hours is up and you are still receiving emails they tell you that you have to log in if you wish to contact them. This is where the problem lies. I cannot log in as I do not have an account with them. So their theory is that you should open an account thus making it legal for them to continuing harassing you.
Doesn't get any worse than this! STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON! They're bunch of thieves. Their hold time is 30-60 min after than they'll drop a call on you. You can never reach a supervisor. If you get lucky and reach one, supervisors are not attentive. Their return policy is awfull! You can only cancel groupon within 3 days. I bought my grupon to a small hair salon. They happened to be crooks. Grupon refused giving me a refund b/c it was outside of 3 days return policy. They don't really check businesses so that they can make more $. If that business is crook you're screwed and can't get your money back. I WOULD NEVER BUY A GRUPON AGAIN!
Groupon is useless when it comes to getaways. The dates are very LIMITED to the prices they advertise! They are usually vague when it comes to room details and specifics. If a resort or plantation has multiple properties you will not know which property you may be staying at. Groupon says to call the hotel for specifics, and the hotel says to call Groupon.
Ordered 3 items on Groupon and the website shows my order did not go through. Refreshed and still didn't go through. Had to order again. But I was charged twice the next day. It says I can not cancel it when I try to cancel even though it's within one day cancellation policy according to their customer suppprt site. Had request a call to talk to a representative wait half hour and said I had to return the items one by one to get refund. Talked to one of their managers. She has worse attitude than the reprentative and did not even try to help. Feels like a scam! Very disappointed at Groupon.
They really know how to sell things, or better say how to ged rid of items. I made the purchase online using the app by accident in the evening and I realized it in the morning so I tried to cancel it on my computer but I couldn't, so I called costumer service. They said that they can't do anything about it and since the "toilet spa attachment" was on final sale I can't return it either!
GROUPON makes deals with merchants and then leaves them hanging after they have collected their monies from unsuspecting customers. They do a terrible job of explaining to unsuspecting customers the "actual deal" that they (GROUPON) made with the merchant. Most merchants only get 25% of the take and are left to provide extra customer support to answer the myriad of questions generated by the deal... Most businesses can not survive with that small margin. GROUPON refuses to send reminder emails re-stating the terms of the deal and the proper procedure to receive your 50% (or plus) discount. Customers then retaliate against the business unaware of the "actual" deal that was made with the merchant. Expect a class action lawsuit against GROUPON in the near future!

If they both say that the item is final sale, then it would have been stated on the site at the time of purchase. The return eligibility is listed on the site by the item's photo and specification. Although this item was sold as final sale we're always happy to help you by making a one time exception to our return policy if you had contacted the customer service department. The brand Josie by Natori does have a tag that state's "Josie" inside on many of their pieces but the brand is made by parent-company Natori.
