I like ideeli. The items are always sent out on time and the dates of shipment are clearly listed when ordering. Yes, sometimes orders take weeks but you can't complain because the dates of shipment for each item are listed under the price. It is up to the buyer if they want to wait that long. Ive found some great deals and some good quality pieces, everything has arrived new and in nice red wrapping paper. I had a few issues which were easily resolved by talking to a customer service rep. They're $9.95 monthly shipping charge is very fair if your a frequent shopper, however I wish they offered 2 shipping options, a one time $5.95 or monthly 9.95---that would be awesome! Also, sometimes they advertise red sales but the items I recognize from earlier in the month and at the same full price, I find this deceptive. But I do realize ideeli needs to make $, just dont advertise it as a red or closeout price when it is not.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
Buyer BEWARE! Do not buy any Groupons for Massages. Groupon does not do a thorough job of screening their merchants, especially for spa like services. They are selling groupons for massages, but when you call to book an appt. And you identify yourself as having a Groupon, the establishment is all of a sudden booked for weeks and months out. The merchant limits the number of slots they will allow for a 'Groupon massage'. I had to book one month in advance to use one massage Groupon. I was not even able to use the other massage Groupon at another place due to the masseuse being a one man show at the establishment and he was booked for like 2 months straight! That one expires in June and I am not paying full price for a 90 minute massage - no one does!
I recently purchased the Balenciaga city bag. I spent over $1000 on the purse. I just got the purse today, and it has no security tag (Ideel states every designer bag has a security tag), and the bag is not authentic!
The bag is a non-returnable item, unless it is defective. It says I should not remove the security tag until I have confirmed the item to be authentic. Since it did not come with any tag, I do not know what to do. I cannot believe they wouldn't check the authenticity or the security tag of an item over $1000 before shipping it out..
Terms and Conditions Clearly say Never Expire, yet Groupon would not honor their commitment when restaurant went out of business. Didn't ask for refund, simply asked for groupon to make repeat customer whole, but all they could offer was 50% of the purchase price when picture below clearly states NEVER expires. Cannot upload picture due to file size but encourage everyone to read voucher that clearly says "Never"

I previously ordered a cttw cubic earrings. Plus a necklace as well for s mothers day gift. I was very disappointed. It was nothing like the photo. I should of order only one gift just to see how the turn out would of been. Alot of the diamond pieces was missing on the rings and necklace. So I had to get her something else. I also ordered a 24 carrot Gold necklace that was way to small. It look like it came from a $. 50 cents candy machine. I was very dissatisfied. There products are tacky and tasteless I'm very upset I ordered 27 items none if the look nothing like what I ordered. A big $250 waste. On plus side. Ups delivered promptly. PLEASE STAY AWAY BECAUSE THERE PRODUCTS ARE JUNK.
This company should be shutdown. They are stealing people blind. Stay away and save yourself the headache. There is no phone number to call, no online support and no way to get a refund once they scam you! I am reporting Groupon to the BBB. CROOKS IN PLAIN SIGHT!
I purchased multiple groupons for a deal we wanted to use as a group/family. We still had plenty of time before expiration, but had been purchased a couple of months ago. We had to wait for a good weekend to go and had tried setting up a date multiple times. Company ended up not being able to accommodate all of us at once and wouldn't let us use our vouchers. We asked Groupon for a refund as it was out of our hands and we (the customers) were not at fault! The refused to refund me because it was passed the 3 day cancelation time frame. There should be exceptions when this type of thing happens! So Groupon got paid, the business didn't lose any money. But I sure did all because I fell for a "good deal" on a family fun Groupon and bought 5 of them. This type of horrible service is why I won't be using groupon ever again and I will make sure my family does not either.

I actually had a pleasant groupon experience! I read all the warnings but couldn't pass up a good deal. Took 5 business days but fifa is here! I ordered on 23(sat) and received it 28th. Maybe groupon is listening to all the complaints. Dhl tracking is poop but I'm just happy they came throu. Good job Groupon/DHL!
This site has one HUGE flaw, it is bad for most businesses.
I talk to over 100 businesses a week in my own business and this hurts "most" businesses. The ones it doesn't hurt is companies that can do the offer and it really doesn't cost them anything or very little anyway. Example: Hot air balloon rides, sure they can take it from 1 person going up to 4 and it not cost them anymore, so Groupon is good for them, but VERY few businesses is this the case.
Remember this is from speaking to so many actual business owners, what happens is they lose their shirt on the deal hoping for all of what Groupon pitches, and they end up not seeing a return, or people don't end coming back without another "deal", they only came in because it was soooo cheap, I mean who wouldn't buy this for 80% off right?
So it is a WIN-WIN-LOSE lose from "most" businesses... be careful!
I bought a groupon for an a/c tune up. After the purchase, I found that the contractor's phone and website were not valid. I contacted Groupon within an hour of my purchase, to get a refund for the a/c contractor that didn't exist, and they said their "escalation team" was going to take care of it, and I should wait 3 days for someone to get back to me. After 5 days, I contacted them back and told them I want a refund. After a bit of back and forth with them telling me I can't get a refund because it's not within the 3 days of purchase, they finally gave me a groupon credit. The credit is worthless to me unless I find something else I'm willing to risk the credit on, but it's better than nothing. I can't believe how much I had to fight with them to get it, since they're selling groupons for a service company that doesn't exist. MY CASH RETURNED would've made it easier to hire the a/c contractor I still need.
I have bought more than 150 coupons from Groupon. Two mounths ago I didn't have the possibility to go to a restaurant before the expiring date because in the meantime I had to go to an hotel with another coupon. So I asked to be refunded, but Groupon refused. Than I decided to sue all the others coupon and to delite me form Groupon mailing list.

I purchased 2 groupons totaling 160.00! Had a reservation for nights of lights and last minute they cancelled. They're saying Groupon never paid them because the trip was cancelled! Groupon is saying totally different thing! Someone has my money and nobody wants to take responsibility! I've been round and round with Groupon and old city shuttle! Don't buy Groupon or buy OLD CITY SHUTTLE you will regret it! Don't think either know the word CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very unprofessional on both sides!

Went on the groupon South Africa site looking for buah getaways for me and my family and i came across the Getaways Farms deal which really was tempting, a buffet and a game drive which is what we just wanted.We went to the Getaway farms i have no words to describe what we saw it was a horrible place, the buffet was wasnt even a buffet but a one plate served meal with tasteless food, no desert, a tractor is what carried us into the so called game. The manager Tanya was so rude.
Groupon should stop advertising some usless struggling businesses on their site, which makes someone wonder what groupon is all about. Buy deals from groupon and you will lose a whole lot more than just money
I have never had a issue with my groupon now that be said I have yet to get a groupon out of the state of Texas, I stay with local company's mostly, 5k races, and some times during the holidays I stock up on stocking stuffers. While it true that some of the stuff is not worth the discount or groupon price some of the stuff mostly food within the Texas area is more then worth it. Also the nationwide online deals have been great also just have taken longer to ship out. If you are willing to wait then this is a fun sight.

I wish I could give this site NO STARS. I have had serious problems with this site. I ordered pants in FEBRUARY and to this date 4/25 have not received them. Every time I complain, they tell it will get shipped. I received credit once but I'm hesitate to use it now that I know it takes 3 months to get something. The pants first got "lost in transit" then were "pending shipment".
Please safe yourself the trouble and agony and do not order from this site. If you have problems, you need to "chat online" with a Representative who will give you attitude and are not sympathetic of their mistakes. There is also no phone number listed.

I have spent a lot of money on groupons and have yet to have a place of business fulfill any of my groupons. The last groupon I bought was for a massage. Every time I called to make an appointment, they would ask "is this the groupon?" I would say yes. All 4 times I called I got the same answer "We no longer have any appointments available for our groupon winners" - waste of money. The business has no obligation to fulfull their end of the "bargain" YUCK
I paid $35 for a reflexology massage on Groupon & the night before the massage I got a call from the therapist & because of conflicting schedules she had to cancel & this was on sept 25 2019 & to this day after trying numerous times to set up another appt to no avail I still can't get a massage & u know the ironic part about this all is they don't have a phone number to call, don't waste your money.
I ordered, paid, reviewed the voucher, made the appointment, went to the appointment and my voucher wasn't anywhere to be found. No way to find it, No one to talk to, No chat, No email. Last purchase.
The rep did her job but it was very difficult to even get to speak with someone in the first place. Trying to find contact information for Groupon should be a lot easier. I do not feel I should have had to call in to get the status of a refund for an event that was canceled and not rescheduled. If I hadn't been able to find contact information, my canceled event would have been ignored totally. And then when I was told they could only refund with Groupon Bucks is unacceptable. I paid cash for the tickets and would expect to get a cash refund. I used to think Groupon was an upstanding company helping small business, but now I feel like they are only out to make money and scam people. I feel Groupon should be more understanding and helpful in this unprecedent time. Most companies are standing up and going above and beyond for customer satisfaction, Groupon is not one of those companies. I guess I'll be using Living Social more for my purchases going forward.
Fraud was done on my account in July 15, since I notice the purchases on my account I called customers and told them the situation and not to send the items out which amounted to £95 however they send all the items. I ve been calling for the past four months to get a refund from the company, every time I call I'm being told it will take 5 working days to investigate the issue. This is been happening every call I made to customer service, requested to speak with the manager on many occasions all them Im being told they are in meetings. After a while I kept on calling n they put me on hold for 1hr never got back to me or they just hang the phone up. I'm going to take the name GROUPON on all social websites so customers know not to shop with them because they are not reliable or helpfully and the staff are absolute waste. Groupon staffs are all $#*!ers to name a few Michelle, Melissa those are some of the staff I ve spoken too $#*!ing pricks they are….

I tried to call several times within the 24hours and left msgs with order number after missed their call, but never have someone answered / returned my calls! And they cancelled my order right after I missed their call. I never had any problems on any other orders from other sites.
