For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
I have ordered 4 items (as of today) and have loved everything... when you purchase an item, they show on the side of the order when it will be shipped (usually in a month or so) so it's not a quick turnaround but that's totally fine by me... I think the quality is definitely there and the prices are great... i have nothing bad to say and i actually really appreciate that they check this site and care about negative comments.
I have purchased from here a few times and that last 2 times have been horrible. First of all CHECK THE PRICE AT CHECK OUT. I went to but something for $14.99 and when I got to checkout it was $54.99. Its a joke. Also check its in Canadian or American dollars.
Next, 2 things I purchased I never received. Trying to contact this company is a nightmare. No phone number so you have to send an email and hope they get back to you.It might be easier to give up and save the stress.
If you need to return something then don't. Again another nightmare.
I will never buy from this company again.
They make the return and refund policy so incredibly tedious that no one can find out how to do it. This is not only my difficulty. I am a young adult that has been raised in technology. I am not a older person that doesn't know how to navigate the internet. But even for an experienced user, this was overly complicated process to go through and, in my humble opinion, very ridiculous. It is obvious by the blatant disregard of not putting the steps clear, that Groupon doesn't care about customer relationships, and because of this, I will never be using Groupon again.
Honestly I am impressed at how bad of an experience I've had with my very first time using Groupon. The item I've purchased still isn't here, and was ordered mid-February. The carrier has moved the item to every city but mine. They tried to double charge me for another item, by removing a 10$ coupon that was sent to me from Groupon! My initial reaction is what a poorly managed site by a greedy crooked company.
Groupon is a horrible company. The customer support services are dismissive and rude. They are not willing to help at all and don't care about people circumstances. I will no longer be using there services.

Don't purchase getaways through them. God forbid something happens and you aren't able to make it, they will keep your payment no matter what the circumstance.
I dislike this site. Deals look good from afar, but really read the fine print. You can negotiate a deal your self, and often there is nothing but now they have your email address so they can send you thirty crappy deals a day. I find my box full of their worthless emails. They do not seem to understand opt out! Good luck with the messy groupon.
Do not purchase undergarments from Groupon. First off, it took exactly 11 days to receive my delivery from the state that's right next door to my home state. Then, after receiving the package I noticed all of the garments were different sizes. I called to exchanged and was told no. Therefore I'm stuck with six undergarments all different sizes. Just remember when you order from Groupon at their cheap low prices. You are getting what you pay for. Please go to Amazong. Better quality and better customer service.

I did not get money back or even store credits for many of my returned items, and 99% of their item are not returnable. I rather spend a little more at other department stores than order from this company. Their customer services are suck too.
Before buying anything on Groupon check other local stores! They want to persuade you with what the item was valued 12 months ago versus the price you're going to actually pay. Local stores may have same or better deal with no extra charge for shipping
Everything I've ordered in the past, coupons and some smaller products have been fine. The pasta pots didn't last through the first time use. Handle fell off and pots were so thin that I never used them again. Time of delivery can be "iffy" also.
I never received my shipment from ideeli, even though it was 'delivered' according to UPS tracking. The customer service gave me generic responses for nine days and in the end, all I receive after a "technical team investigation" is that the order was delivered - "Please let us know if you want us to contact the shipping company". Seems like they did not see my complaint at all - the shipping company should've been contacted a week ago!
I have bought from ideeli before and have received shipments on time and the products were satisfactory too. This is the first time I had to contact their customer service and they were very slow and unsatisfactory.

Bunk beds late delivery one man box so heavy I could 't even hold it up, delivery man not allowed beyond front door did in end or would have had to take it back. I had already taken 4 packages into house with some difficulty.

Don't believe delivery dates if you ring groupon like I did about tracking they won't find it either. Management review takes 14 days still waiting
I have had other groupons with no problems
Groupon is okay for the occasional bargain goods. Shipping takes forever and some of the items are of questionable quality, but I've a had a few great deals that have made up for some of the more regrettable purchases. However, after using Groupon to book a hotel stay, I think I may be finished with this company. The customer service was terrible! After checking, I realized I could've gotten the same rate directly through the hotel's website. Never again. The people I talked to from groupon on the phone were so rude!
I have been a long term customer of ideeli but recently they have changed their policy in regards to purchasing. I purchased an order for $106 but my card was charged an additional $167. Customer services informed me that it was their policy to do "test holds" to make sure customers are using current credit cards. And by the way it's up to the customer's bank to determine when these holds would credited back to your account but it may take days to come off.
I suggest a new solution.

I already have several deal with Groupon the last 2 years and am absolutely convinced about the quality of the shopping experience. The most interesting for me are the local offers as they are often unbeatable in price and give ideas on discovering new services. I experienced their support too by sending back items and have been refunded without problem.
I am using Groupon for focused shopping, particularly when traveling, I'll always check Groupon for great things to do at an affordable price. It offers super discounts for sightseeing and meals at both popular and lesser known but unique establishments. The merchandise has been of uneven quality. The prices are amazing, but if you are not familiar with the brand and specific item, it is best to ask questions and read the customer questions. I have gotten great deals here. The things that were not up to expectations were easy to return. Customer service was responsive and no hassle. Overall, great site when what you need is available.
I would give Groupon a 5 rating except for one thing. They need to add a shopping cart to enable buying multiple items with one shipping fee. There service is good and the goods are received in a timely fashion.
Went to buy a groupon and it said "how many" - liked the deal, so put down 2. Merchant said the fine print says only one per customer. Why does groupon offer
"quantity" option if you can only use one? Their response - read the fine print. I am now out $83. New to area, so the "give it to a friend" advise from groupon doesn't quite work. Ugh! Been using them for over 10 years - the least they can do is give a credit or something.
This website is clearly a scam. The business model relies on customers purchases expiring and just taking their money. Each groupon offer should clearly state when the purchase expires, in a way that can not be missed. Entirely dishonest business.
Reading the other reviews, I hope this one doesn't jinx me to get some bad service in the future. However, I just have to say that I've been shopping with Ideeli/Ideel for many years now and have made literally hundreds of purchases from them. They have always been prompt, returns have always been easy, and the quality of the garments has never been in question. Recently, I was emailed a 30% off and free shipping promotion. There was no code, it was just supposed to be applied if you purchased within the promo period. Well, I purchased and did not receive a discount. I emailed customer service and in 12 hours was emailed by a representative who created an individual coupon code for me to use on my next order that would generate 30% off and a $9.95 shipping credit. I have always been very satisfied with Ideel/Ideeli and this instance was no exception.

I purchased 4 things on groupon, and will never buy from them again. The products were all cheaply made, did not work and/or never received. They only have phone assistance Mon-Fir 9-5 then your on hold for at least an hour. Groupon does not respond in an efficient manner by email or handle complaints. I paid for a product in December that in February I still have not received and they suggested giving me Groupon credit as if I would ever purchase from them again or like it is my fault the merchandise was not mailed as required.

Don't purchase from them, products are cheap. You get what you pay for.
Wish I could leave a negative or zero star rating. My husband ordered a cashmere sweater for me for Christmas. We received something in the mail on time, but it turned out to be men's jogging pants. We have since returned the item and they received it on 12/27/2014. Its been over 2 months and we still have not received any credit back for it. Trying to contact someone to resolve the problem has been very difficult. We will never shop there again and will tell all our friends and family not to do so either.

If he contacted Customer Service to get the proper label for a wrong item, the refund should have been issued within five business days of the item being received back by us. This started in January when Ideeli was acquired by Groupon. I called and they promised my a check for my $75 credit. 3 months and many promises later, no check. Has anyone filed a claim with the better Business Bureau?
Groupon advertise excellent prices, but you can always get as good or better elsewhere.
Their service is, however, simply awful. I made a purchase that was promised delivery in 7 days. After 30 days I had to get in touch with the supplier directly to find what was happening and was told that my item was damaged and the deal was sold out! I am still waiting for a refund.
Use them at your peril!.
