For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
So far so good. I haven't had any issues with vouchers or buying deals. This site and Livingsocial are so far my two favorite deal sites! Keep it up Groupon.
I have never had a problem with any Groupon order. They are easy to order from and the selection of products and services is vast. Shipping is pretty quick too.
I love designer brands and the company sends me an email about designer brands for really cheap. Keep in mind Ive NEVER heard of this company. I click on the email then immediately unsubscribe because the seemed fishy at my first glance. Then I google reviews on Ideel and thank God I did because companies like this should be illegal. PLEASE STOP SENDING PEOPLE EMAIL WITHOUT PERMISSION!
I am very unhappy with their service, I bought 2 coupons for my son's swimming lessons, I used one to register him and I found out that I could not use the second one for my son so I called for a refund; their response was: sorry we can not refund your money, you can only give it to someone else as a gift...
I even talked to a supervisor, but they would not help me.
This was my first time with them and it will be the last one for sure!

Groupon refuses to let me into my account and is asking me to provide information from October 2020 to access my account. I've explained over and over again that I cannot access this information since 1. I cannot get into my account, 2. I have 5 different cards, and 3. Most of my cards were recently updated with a new expiration date.
They refuse to let me into my account though I cannot possibly provide this information.
I've requested to delete my data completely from their system so I can be done with their company for good. Instead, I am receiving emails from the agent I chatted with links to make purchases, when she already knows I cannot purchase anything because the whole company, including the escalation team, refuse to let me into my account since I don't have information on file from October 2020. I sent them the digital receipt I received from October 2020, but it does not have the credit card details that they want. This is the worst customer service in the world.
I read many reviews from people with similar complaints. Terrible business, terrible customer service. How are they in business?

I used to order in Ideeli before, and did not know it takes around 3 weeks before they start delivering or worse even more than month before you get the actual product. Well that is still not the WORST. The worst part is that when you received the wrong product or the product you ordered is NOT what it looks like on the pictures (wrong color), when you return it, it takes one week to ship to their warehouse and up to now, I kept emailing them after 2 weeks of delivering to their warehouse (UPS tracking said it was already delivered), still I DO NOT have my credits back. Its really a shame... I will NOT RECOMMEND this website to anyone!

I've shipped with Ideeli for years and have finally decided to spend my money with Hautelook.com or Gilt.com. I've placed many orders that Ideeli has been unable to fulfill, at which point they offer a credit for the inconvenience which is appreciated. However, a month ago I placed an order for a leather jacket - I was especially excited about this order as if had my eye on it in a store a few months prior. I first was notified that shipping would be delayed and issued a credit for the shipping ($10). Then I was notified they would be unable to fill the order and issued a $15 credit. I appreciated it. However, today (less than a month later) I noticed the same jacket, in the size I ordered, on sale again. However, it sold out before I could purchase it. I sent an email to ideeli and was told the item had been returned from the original sale. So, not only had they filed someone's order other than myself the first time, but when that person sent the item back I was not even given the opportunity to purchase it. They offered me a $10 voucher, but I will not take another chance on ideeli. At least with other sites I know I will get what I purchaser!

I have ordered two items and had bad experiences with both. The first item hadn't arrived after 2 weeks of it being shipped so I contacted Groupon by email. I received no reponse so after two additional emails I called mutiple times to be told there was over a 45 minute wait to speak with a rep.
After 5 weeks, I finally received an email response to be told it was my fault and they had attempted to deliever. I never received any notices of delivery and found out that they had put the incorrect address on the package. They finally credited me but only in Groupon bucks so I had to spend it on their website.
I used the refund to buy another item. I waited 4 weeks for it to finally be delievered and it was the wrong size. I double checked online that I ordered the correct size but they shipped the wrong one. I will never purchas another good from Groupon.
I bought a Groupon to go eat in the restaurant, Groupon didn't say that you have to pay fees on the table plus there was $15 extra to pay for tip, i end up paying double the money then I purchased the Groupon for.
I have yet to receive a response regarding an order that I need to return and they now have new live chat hours:
Monday - Tuesday: 08:30 AM - 12:00 AM EST
Wednesday: 08:30 AM - 10:50 AM EST
Thursday - Friday: 08:59 AM - 09:00 AM EST
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST
On Thursday they are only available for live chat for 1 minute?
Something is going on with their ability to keep up and process requests and I would recommend not making any further purchases from this company.
Wow, I wish I have read these reviews before I placed an order. I am just utterly surprised by the WORST customer service I have ever received. I placed an order ONE MONTH ago. I still have not received the item and sent two emails inquiring about the status of my order. I am speechless by the response I have received from them that does not address the issue nor apology for the such delay. The email response stated that it may take longer wait time because they provide high quality items. I have seen the same item on Nordstrom for similar price so they are not selling items for much cheaper price. So what service are they providing better? Longer wait time, not cheaper items, and HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER AGAIN will I place an order from this website. I HIGHLY do not recommend this website, AND I will make sure all my friends know about this clearly.

Somehow I 'bought' a groupon to a place I would never want to go -- maybe my phone did it somehow? But I did what was required to get a refund immediately -- I didn't want 'groupon credit', I wanted an actual refund -- so I was directed to chat. No one showed up to start the chat for several minutes, and when they did, there was NO BOX for me to respond in! I couldn't respond! SO I wrote them an email at the site requesting a true refund, received an automated response promising a substantive response "within 24 hours", and since then -- about 28 hours -- I've received only ADS from groupon, no actual response. Just LAME and untrustworthy and I will unsub directly after finishing this review.

I order a product 11/29/13 it is now 12/22/13 When I called in to see where the package was they said don't worry it will be on it's way before Christmas because we are going to expedite the shipping, so I said ok great! Today I recive an email on a Sunday! Saying that they have refunded my purchase and this is after I told my sister I had something coming in the mail for her and that it would be there on Christmas Eve! Go To HELL GROUPON! LYING A#$ HOLES! Now I can't possible get an item shipped to her before Christmas!

I have been an avid user of GroupOn. I purchased a GroupOn that the merchant claimed wasn't theirs and wouldn't honor. After contacting GroupOn via telephone and insta-chat, there was no resolution. I couldn't use the GroupOn through no fault of my own, and couldn't get a refund or even a GroupOn credit! Horrible way to treat customers, so I deactivated my account.

This was the first time I had a problem with a merchant honoring a GroupOn. Perhaps the business was bought out before the GroupOn expired. I know of no way to verify if a GroupOn is legit prior to purchasing but I don't know why GroupOn wouldn't go after the merchant for the money instead of making the customer pay.
What a mess. I'm waiting for a prepaid return label and a full credit to my credit card and then I will cut off all association with this company.
I ordered a quilt and shams - $175 purchase. Waited and waited for the shipment information and finally got an apology email that the item was unavailable. Assured me I had not been billed and gave me a $10 credit for shipping on my next order.
Then, got an email that the item I had ordered had become available and that I could place another order, which I did.
Waited and waited for delivery information. Finally got that email and saw the charge come through on my credit card. Checked the tracking detail and saw a message that shipments had been delayed due to the situation in Boston (the marathon bombing). Waited for more information.
Finally got a package in my mailbox in a plastic mailer. NOT a king size quilt and shams. Instead a "table runner" in an altogether different pattern even.
I have just spent e chat time with Marie Rose who disconnected me after I expressed that I was going to post on YELP. This site is even better than that.
Her position is that she will not refund my charge card, even though she tells me the item is sold out and never could have been delivered, until I return the item I never ordered - probably worth 20 bucks at most. I have still not received the email with the prepaid shipping label so I can send you your precious little scrap of fabric and get the $175 charge reversed.
This has been a sloppy transaction with crappy service all the way from the beginning to the hopefully soon end.

I've had pretty good experiences here - deep discounts on stuff I like. However, it feels like the merchant quality is slipping over the past few years. I now rarely see stuff I'm interested in.
I have received constant let downs by this site- from good not being received to double duvets labelled as kings----

I ordered a pretty necklace. I want to return it because it's very heavy but the fine print says it's not returnable. I think groupon should have better descriptions of the products they sell.
Groupon charged me twice for the same hotel room now is refusing to refund my money they are stilling from people.
My credit card filled case against Groupon and I got my money back.
Groupon boasts providing a host of bargains ranging from: spa treatments, food, medical procedures, clothes, vehicle services and the list goes on and on.

Don't bother with groupon tried getting someone on the phone good luck. This is a scamming company they will take your money and when services are not provided no one will be there to help.
