For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
I'm very disappointed in the complete lack of effort the "online chat operator" gave us when we accidentally booked a room on the wrong night while we were traveling. As soon as I chose the date I knew I made a mistake and tried to change it myself I even called the Hotel. They told me there were rooms available on the night I needed them. The Hotel manager told me he would happily change the date as long as Groupon agreed. I tried to convince the Groupon rep to allow me to change the date of the room rental but she lied and said Groupon sold out on the date I needed. This was a blatant lie because we checked and screen shot there were availabilities on the night I needed the room. I expressed to her that we were on a road trip and would not be able to use the room and that my wife and I wouldn't have anywhere to sleep if she wouldn't help us. The heartless person on the other end of the keyboard didn't care. My wife and I couldn't afford to book another room that night because of the budget of our trip so we had to sleep in our car. We were still charged for this room. I immediately deleted the Groupon app. I will express my experience with anyone I know that uses this app and I would never use these services again. It never surprises me the lack of compassion from corporations to the customers that made them rich.
Groupon use to be good years ago, Now it is worthless and I would not recommend them. Customer service is garbage.

I order a product, never received. Groupon Customer Support told me to contact the supplier. Still no product. This is theft.
They take your credit card information for bogus deals that do not exist when you try to use your so-called "groupon"
I've given this site an 'OK' because it's visually stimulating and nicely designed but has TERRIBLE navigation problems and constantly aims to force you into opening an account. When you go onto the site, sometimes a pop up box comes up covering the whole thing and stopping your navigation until you create an account! There is no 'close x' tab for the pop up! It's ridiculous. I even had to email them to ask how you're supposed to view all the deals, or search them, as when you use the city-specific site for your town, there are only a few deals to view. However, if you google the same terms you will find tonnes of offers they're not showing you. I could have hit my head against the desk in frustration trying to get around that mess of a site. Also, when I was finally bamboozled into creating an account, I was promised 120 credits (I still don't know what these are as their amazing website fails to have it anywhere clearly). However despite getting onto the bit that says 'get 120 credits in the next 30 secs' sort of thing and filling in the required field, I am then asked to recommend a friend. Having read this section before, I know the friend then has to buy something through the site for you to get a £6 credit, but this is not mentioned in this section of registration. Not wanting to harass my friends and knowing I could access the link later if necessary, I skipped this step. Then after checking my account, I can see that no credits were awarded me for the registration. I haven't even ordered with them and I'm already beyond annoyed with the site. What a mess!
I can't deny that these reviews haven't helped my opinion either, seems I was saved just in time from wasting my money as well as my time. Think I will be un-subscribing. If you want real deals, just chat to shop owners and try to get a discount, be on the ball and ask for what you want or you'll never get it. Try discount shopping at local supermarkets- Morrisons slash the prices of food nearing its sell-by date, I've done a weekly shop there for £3.80 for 2 people- now THAT'S a good deal!

I am very frustrated with IDEEL. I ordered a London Fog satchel. Because I didnt get a confirmation, I emailed them. They said there was no order from me, so I placed the order and this time received confirmation. A few days later I checked my bank account to find they debited my account THREE TIMES! I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve this issue and was reassured in an email that only one satchel was ordered and only one will be shipped. After three phone calls I finally received a call from a "Jessica" who said my account should be credited in 3-5 days. So far no such thing. BUT, to my surprise I opened my front door to find 3 boxes from them of this misrepresented handbag. I have tried once again placing a call to them and I'm still waiting to hear from someone. Their packing slip advises to visit their return site which has also been unsuccessful. I shop extensively online and this has got to be the worst experience I've had. I am still hoping they are willing to resolve this. My emails started on Sept 2. Today is Sept 18 and so far 1 single phone call has been received from them. VERY SAD THAT THIS IS HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS!

I purchased a groupon for a massage about a month ago. I tried for two weeks to book the massage to no avail. I contacted their customer service whom informed me they could not refund my money but could convert the cost of the groupon into groupon bucks that must be used within 24 hours. I then purchased another groupon massage for a bit more money thinking they would surely call me back. I was very, very wrong. After trying for a week to get ahold of someone I contacted groupon's customer service again. They then reached out to the individual and informed me I would be contacted within 3 to 4 business days to book the massage. 3 to 4 days came and went and still no return call. I then contacted groupon to inform them the individual never called. They sent me an email stating they refunded my money into groupon bucks to use at my leisure. They acted like they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful. At this point I was over the whole situation. After multiple chats and emails I finally spoke to a person whom refunded the difference of the two goupons back to my card but they refuse to give the remaining amount back. This company is a scam. I was a fan of groupon until this situation that was handled incredibly poorly by groupon. They need to screen the individuals that have groupons to ensure their customers get good service. I will NEVER use groupon again.

Groupon is easy to use. I use it frequently. Fantastic savings from restaurants and purchasing concert tickets add as well.

I have become a Groupon Hater! Make sure you always keep CLOSE tabs on your purchased groupons. Some items may cancel without letting you know and you will not get reimbursed until you contact them! I ordered a pet mattress from INNERGY (a company selling a groupon) and it was supposed to be delievered in 2 1/2 weeks... after 4 weeks of not even receiving a tracking number or hearing anything about it. I had to sit for hours trying to contact someone that could actually give me helpful advice... i never received any good news of course. INNERGY sold more than they had. Which is rediculous! They should know how much they have before they sell. Thats just greed!. But i noticed they were on Groupon AGAIN selling the same items. Instead of sending one out to me... a customer who has already paid and waiting a month for the item... they had taken my purchased groupon off of "my goupons" page and did not tell me about it... I had to contact them to get my money back.! VERY SNEAKY and to me thats a SCAM! I will no longer use groupon. Especially since Groupon did not seem apologetic for any of it. And all i got was my money back. And only because I caught them... pretty crappy...

She was able to locate two accounts created mistakenly and locate the three orders placed. I'm sorry that the agents you previously worked with weren't able to locate the two orders placed in the account with the incorrect email address and for any inconveniences this issue has caused.
The supervisor you spoke with let me know that she sent you return labels for both items you didn't realized had been ordered and issued refunds back to form of payment for both orders. You should receive those refunds to your bank shortly, as they were refunded last week and take 3 to 5 business days to post to your account. She also said that she placed a $25 voucher into your account and I have verified that this voucher is in your account and available for use towards any future order.
