They have the best customer service-enjoy buying from them and is confident Groupon will make it right if a deal fails the customer. Unlike some other similar website that does not even come close to Groupon in deals and customer service.

Groupon will not allow you to talk with anyone and when you do try they will simply say we steal your money and give nothing in return, tough luck, read our terms and conditions.

I do not suggest using this company in any way shape or form. I know I have been ripped off enough.

I don't know how to PM you from here, but I shipped the bag back today. When you receive it, please look at the back of the main zipper pull, to see the defect (word is ill-formed), as well as the lining, where there are multiple defects (should read Coach, but is illegible). My guess is that your supplier sent you a good bag as a sample, and then sent you a bunch of fakes after your buyer approved it. It's a real shame because my daughter would have loved this.

Okay for some things

I tried to use Groupon for a lot of the things I needed or wanted for my wedding. Upon ordering, half of what I purchased was either out of stock, or unavailable. I ordered something for my fiance and was told the company that I bought it from doesn't even offer the service and they have no idea how the Groupon was on there. If they got their act together, I would continue to be a patron, but at this point it's not worth the trouble.

I love their stuff and am generally very satisfied. My only complaint is that they inflate the original retail prices. I can often find the item directly on the designer site listed at 25% less full retail. It is still much cheaper on ideeli, but they lose some credibility by inflating (or allowing designers to inflate) prices on their own site for the inaccurate comparison value.

Made a purchase and returned it within the week, took 2 months to get only a partial refund. The only customer service is online and that is like beating your head against a wall. No phone number for Groupon aside from one that tells you to communicate online. So now im out $100.00. The products i returned were the worst quality ever, Made in China. Run!

Hi Everyone. After initially being upset about my missing Ideeli credit after being acquired by Groupon, I have to say they have taken care of it for me. It took a few days as they had to research the issue but I am pleased at the outcome. Anyone who may have had an issue with a disappearing credit, please contact *******@groupon.com. I've used Groupon dozens of times and some of the deals are fantastic, HOWEVER, if there's a problem (and there often is) they are nowhere to be found. The site is intentionally designed to have you go in circles and offers no assistance. There's no customer service at all. No number, no chat. If you look long enough you'll find the email, but they make you wait for days for an answer and 9 times out of 10 they just tell you to go back to the beginning. I wish there were another site that offered a similar service, but with people who are professional. DO not use them unless you want to chase them for days and weeks getting reimbursed for the money they took from you.

My wife and I used to use check Groupon every day, it was great, the customer service was excellent and the deals were amazing. We even went on our honeymoon in Antigua using a Groupon and it was amazing. In the last few years they have done a complete 180. They advertise prices that are appealing and then you get destroyed by hidden "shipping fees" and the like in the fine print. I recently bought a $5 photo print to be separately charged $10 by the company for "shipping"... Groupon would have never done this in the past, they have decided to go the route of deception over honesty... I will never shop through Groupon again and will advise everyone that I know to avoid them at all costs.

This is my favourite deals website.
I usually buy only restaurant deals, and I am often happy with my experience. After taxes and generous tips, I don't feel that I save 50%, but I still appreciate a good discount. It's nice to try local eateries that I would otherwise never go to. Sometimes, they offer discounts to very nice places.
I would not buy their products, however. I know Teambuy is selling junk products and I have no intention of finding how good Groupon's products are.
