I have tried several times to use groupon. I read small print and yet when I try to use them there is some hidden glitch website or otherwise preventing it. I have had my vouchers refunded but it was a lot of work each time. I would be wary of spending more than your willing to lose.

Made a very small purchase of a personalized item but could not find a way to personalize that item... could not get any help no matter what I did... first and last time dealing with Groupon and their associates

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service! I was appalled by the way they handled my inquiry. I was trying to buy a dress on the Ideeli app that was listed for $119.99. When I got to checkout, the price went up to $189.99. After I contacted customer service, via online chat because no one is available ever by phone, and proved to them that the listed price and the checkout price were different, they told me that someone would contact me within 24 hours, which they never did. The customer service agents are worthless. They just tell you a supervisor will call you. Do not ever shop here!

I apologize that there was a price discrepancy between our website and the app. This may have been caused by a bug of some kind in the app and customer service should have issued you the price that was shown there, after having verified this discrepancy. I'm also very sorry that no one contacted you back after the chat you had about this price difference. If you had wanted to speak with an agent over the phone, you can always leave a voicemail for us to return, if all agents are assisting other members and are unable to answer, or you can request to have someone contact you by phone. Either way, you should be contacted back and I’m sorry that you were not previously.

I'd like to check into this issue and find out why this happened with the app and also why you were not contacted back. Please let me know if you placed the order and the order number, if it was placed. It will also be helpful if you can message me back with the incident number from the live chat or the email address you used when contacting us. Once I have this information I'll check into what happened. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Terrible. Ripoff

Customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with. They dont call back and no way to contact them. That is very suspicious. I think they are going out of business. Live chat is a rip off. They are from overseas. How do they know whats going on and what their inventory is like. Terrible site.

I am having trouble using a Groupon I purchased. The merchant has no tours this month. Groupon would not give me a refund and the rep only gave generic responses. Very disappointing. Won't use it again

Read carefully

While I love Groupon and the amazing deals you can get on the site. Read the small print! Many retailers have stipulations, locations where the groupon can be used, how long you have to use it, and additional items you may have to pay for, such as extra oil if your vehicle uses more than the norm. The additional costs can sometimes make the deal not such a deal. Overall, I do love Groupon and when you call them with an issue, the customer service is usually very good.

Groupon keeps advertising the "waterproof" furniture slip covers and they are not! I bought 4 of them as a gift for someone who needed them to be waterproof. There's nothing about them that is waterproof. They're just basic blankets to put on your sofas. I let Groupon know this, but they continue to advertise them the same.

This is the worse company ever! Horrible customer service and delivery! I never received my item and never will! They say does not ship to p. O. boxes then why do the send UPS to deliver it to the POST office for the post office to NOT be able to deliver to a physical address?! If it's going to the POST office then why even use UPS? I have a P. O. box, but because you won't ship to the box I put my physical and now I can't order anything or receive it! All customer service said was sorry for the inconvenience, but there is nothing I can do... Wow stupid most ridiculous company! Will not recommend this to anyone! Don't shop with them it's all lies and bull$#*!!

I have not been able to limit the amount of vouchers that people are able to purchase. Businesses use to be able to have this boundary. All they say is, "I understand", leaving us being the bad guy with potential clients. Shameful business ethics all through Groupon not letting their merchants having a voice.

I ordered two items from Ideeli.com which were supposedly shipped on 02/21. I checked the UPS tracking number and UPS has no record of the item being shipped. After emailing ideeli (there's no phone number) I was sent a canned response which was equivalent to no response at all. Basically, I was told to check the shipping policy, wait ten days more, and then put in a claim with ideeli. Then the items would be shipped. This just doesn't make any sense. They have my money, and I have no hope of getting the items any time soon. This site has good stuff and good prices, but their shipping procedures and customer service has a lot to be desired. I have made several purchases from the site in the last six months and this is the third such problem with shipping. I have never encountered anything like it on other websites (ebay, overstock, ect.). Three strikes and they are out. Apparently they do not care whether I remain a customer or not.
