It is the full of crap the entire site - the product they give you for your money is not worth it. I bought a pair of earrings for $99.00 and when I received them, the diamond was WHITE, the post was bent, the backing didn't fit. On top of that the product took over a month to get to me, and when I tried to return the product it was past the 14 days of return policy. I sent emails and requested customer service - there was no return calls or emails. This is the worst online ever. Only because the worst you can give is 1 star I will give that - it true star is in the minus. Total CRAP!

I ordered a dress and went according to the measurements. When I received the dress it was huge on me. The dress said that it was not returnable. I have sent 4 emails to them and they do not answer. All I wanted was to exchange it from a size L to a size S. This was my first time shopping with Ideel, however, I will never shop with them again. The customer service is the worst. They do not have a number where you can call in. This is a gimmick. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I am stuck with a dress that is now much too big on me. Buyer beware and stay away.

Good deals
August 20, 2016

I have purchased many items and services through Groupon and have been very pleased for the most part. The customer service is usually good, but they have not followed up on several requests I have made after ordering a magazine I did not receive. Otherwise, I have been happy with Groupon.

I was excited to try ideeli, since I LOVE groupon and buy stuff from them all the time. Don't. First, I bought a three items, WOO HOO! Free shipping? The items came and I chose to only keep one of the items. The item I kept wasn't great quality but I figured it still looked cute. The other ones: one was extremely poor quality and the other just looked cheap. These days, returns are so easy, I thought. Well, it was, but they either give you full store credit or you have to pay for shipping if you want a refund. Sneaky; I was not happy. But I opted for the store credit hoping to give them one more try. I ordered a dress and decided if this wasn't good, I just wanted a refund. I didn't like it, did not look as advertised at all, but since I used store credit, and the amount I paid in addition wasn't greater than the shipping costs, I have no choice but to take store credit. When will this relationship end? I just want my money back! Now I don't even get the choice!

Was looking for coupons to change oil on my Prius. Found what appeared to be a stellar coupon for Full Synthetic Oil change, but it was on the other side of the metro. I decided the savings were good enough that I made the trip anyways, only to learn the store was permanently closed. Found another coupon for a store closer to my home and was told that they do not honor this Groupon coupon even though Groupon had their location listed. Groupon's app does not appear to have any support or ability to report errors in yheir listings.
Don't use i! It's just a ploy to scam people into visiting a specific business and reluctantly buying something there when they would have gone somewhere else if they knew the price was no different.

So if you purchase a Groupon and quickly decide you don't want it and cancel they do not give you a refund they will only give you a Groupon credit which will expire in 60 days if you can't find anything they keep your money. The full amount. Customer service is awful. Terrible business practice

Having bought a travel voucher for accommodation in Bali, when I tried to redeem it with 3months notice, there was no availability within this time. On ringing groupon I was told that in the fine print they could not gaurantee availability and there was no refund. I have taken the matter to ACC and department of commerce which I would urge anyone with bad experiences to do. I am currently out of pocket $2285! I also discovered with another voucher that 3 items had been ordered yet I had only booked 2... Again I was informed too bad so sad!

Tried to get a Groupon experience but health issues precluded using it by the deadline. Missed it by a week. Fortunately, the Groupon clearly states the cash value never expired... except when I called the vendor to use the cash value (even though the deal had passed), the vendor said they no longer accept Groupon's because it's such a bad deal for retailers. I tried to contact Groupon, got no response, so I put it into dispute with my CC company. Groupon eventually decided to contact me, only to say that since it was in dispute with the credit card agency, that they can't do anything. What a scumbag operation. No wonder Groupon has so many one and two star reviews.

I bought 2 tickets to the Phoenix Suns vs. San Antontio Spurs. It was supposed to be 2 tickets for $38 (face value) when they were normally $38 each. It just said they were 200-level sideline seats and you would get the tickets from will call the night of the game. The seats ended up literally being in the corner and the very top row. I looked up the face value on Ticketmaster.com if we were to just have bought those tickets and it was $10.00 + $8.70 in fees. This was a complete scam and I will never be using the site again.

Need to return items due to them being the wrong size, but when I fill out the form and hit "return", it keeps saying "oops; Groupon Goods temporarily unavailable or overloaded..." It's been saying this for 2 days. AND they also say there is on online chat for customer service help, but no link to that, and there is no phone help. I am SO disappointed. If you're CERTAIN a product or service will work for you, use this money saver, otherwise it's Buyer Beware.

I recently bought a voucher from Groupon for a tour in Florida. When it came time to use the voucher, due to app issues, I could not open the groupon, even though I had proof of the purchase. I was forced to buy new tickets. When I contacted Groupon about the issue, they refused to issue a refund, even when I showed proof that I had to re-buy the tickets. Their customer service is terrible. Most of their products are low quality and they don't care about their customers. Their are many other places to buy discount tickets. Groupon should be avoided.

I've used Groupon and was happy with the experience. I ordered a Groupon for Shutterfly--good value and Shutterfly accepted the discount code without a hitch. Mine was a first-time order, so Groupon sent my friend her $5 referral groupon as promised. She uses Groupon quite often for local museums, restaurants, and zoos, so I've benefited from the service even when I wasn't the shopper. I can't always find a Groupon for something I need, though--can't have everything.

I love being able to find great deals in my area through Groupon. I would really like to try it for a vacation but have some reservations about it for some reason. They seem to have great deals for that though. I've used Groupon for massages, bowling, paddle boarding, and scooters in Florida.

Groupon suck!

If I am only allowed to cuss out Groupon here I will do that! Freaking Groupon! It used to be good. I purchased the Ticket for today's show March 11,2016. There is no way in this freaking world where I find the ticket. At first when it was not expired I was still able to see it in my account. However today is the show and I don't find the ticket I purchased at all. There is no option to print it out or to redeem it. Their stupid customer support I asked them to email it to me. One sent me a link that I don't even have the idea how to access as it was telling me I don't have the stupid account. I am saying bad words here as I am very so freaking upset. I have used Groupon a lot. But I will never ever use their company again. NEVER!

Twice now Ive bought Groupon deals and then not been able to cash them in. One was for $35 to metals unlimited and the site doesnt even have a customer service line to assist you in putting in the code!

I also bought a $5 Target gift card that was supposed to give you $10 off your purchase. The coupon code didnt work when I tried it online. Im going to go into the actual store tomorrow to see if they can scan it.

I will never buy a Groupon deal again! I wish I could give them 0 stars!

I received a notification of a 25% off discount for groupons bought that day. I got my order and when I checked out there was no discount. When inquired I was told that the discount not apply to that particular product (sorry). My card had declined the transaction anyway, so I thought it was over. A couple of days later I find that groupon ran my card until it was approved. When contacted support they tell me that the transaction is non-refundable. I have been going back and forth (no progress) with them about refunding this transaction. I will never purchase anything using Groupon and I urge you to do the same.

I purchased 2 vouchers from Groupon which seemed to be a very good deal only to find out that Optical Depo has made this Groupon deal as purely a money making trick instead of marketing/advertisement tool. Once the staff knows that the customer is here with a Groupon vouchers the price on prescription glasses sky rockets Seems to me that they just want customer to buy nothing from them unless they pay what they demand so that they can make money off the voucher price. I wasted 36 plus 20 dollars on parking just to find out how this works. Too bad this is not just Businesses but hGroupon is also part of this money making tricks. Don't fall for this. This is a scam.

I have mixed reviews. At first I bought a few item and I loved them. Then I had to return some items and I realized what a nightmare it is. I shipped all the items I was returning in one box. It was the same way I had received them. I followed the return procedure as directed. Then I got an email that only indicated two of the items i sent back were returned. The other two items that were in SAME box were not listed as returned. I sent an email right away asking what happened to the other items and received what appeared to be an automated response about when i would receive my credit. I could not find a customer service number to contact anyone and am very frustrated right now. If this isn't resolved I will NEVER shop there again. I have never had this type of problem shopping online.

I have used groupon.com many times and everytime I have been satisfied with my deals. They update their deals pretty frequently and I can almost always find a good deal for my family. I have never had a problem with any of the vouchers I have bought. I have the app on my phone and it notifies me whenever their is a good deal that matches my interests. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to save some money but still have a great time.

I started using Groupon 2 summers ago (2015) when shopping through the Winter clearance items at the Sierra Trading Post and also some shopping at Battery Junction (Best place ever for handheld/portable lighting). Even though I was shopping through the clearance items at the Trading Post, the coupon codes I found on Groupon worked just fine ( OK, a couple didn't, but they had been posted for about a week already). I also found a nice one for Battery Junction, which is why I now check for savings at Groupon before shopping almost anywhere. I am actually impressed with how many stores they cover (I use just a few). One of the few real sites out there. Yeah I sound like a commercial. LOL, Enjoy... :)
