I came back from Chiang Rai and decided to stay at Wyndham Garden since I'm a Wyndham member. The hotel look nice and clean. On the website, it stated that they services their shuttles. When I asked the female staff at the help desk, she told me there's no shuttles. I asked for a map and information, she told me no. The help desk staffs are no help. They are not friendly. They just stand there chit chatting. They get annoyed when I asked for information. I will not stay at this hotel again. Their services are a disappointment.
This hotel is extremely haunted. I was touched both nights I was there. Hotel is very outdated and smells like mold. I felt bad the entire time I was there. The kitchen area was filthy. The dishes were dirty. Good thing this was a business trip and I didn't have to pay for the horrible experience. Do not recommend.

I was charged for a room that I did not authorize or approve. Called customer service and was advised that there was nothing they can do because I supposedly agreed to the terms. Tried explaining to the agent a number of times that I did not authorize or approve anything and then he just hung up on me.

Regretfully, I ended up booking a hotel room via Guest Services. Their website is so inadequate that I had to book two nights by booking the 1st night and once I realized what happened I immediately booked the second night. Ooops! The price went up by $30.
It took a lot of time and nerves to get at least some money back. Question? Why is Amazon.com so friendly and easy to use and Guest Reservation so crappy?

Fraudulent business practices! Beware...
This company advertises a lower rate than booking directly with the hotel however after you agree to book on their website "fees" are added on that you are not shown until after you pay them. When you immediately realize you've been taken advantage of they have a cancellation fee that amounts to 75% of the original booking. Don't deal with this company.

I accidentally clicked on this site. I did a search for a hotel we frequently stay. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention. I used auto fill to enter my information including credit card. I was charged 160 for a resort fee of sorts. This has never happen and I was scammed out of 160. In addition to regular room fees and taxes. Immediately I realized what happened. There is a no refund policy. If you try to call the number listed. No one answers, it rings once and there is some kind of message.

I booked a room for a month in advance and once I booked it, the website refreshed and reset my dates to todays date, and took my payment in full, I called customer service and the service person I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever, she just told me to "check your dates better next time". I then sent an email and I was greeted with the same response basically telling me that there was no way to modify my booking dates and refused to refund me any of the money that they had charged. I also called the hotel that I booked with and they told me that they didn't ever receive my reservation in their system! The service fees are insane and add almost 50% to the original listed price. I will not be using this website again in the future.

Rooms were dirty. Stuff was broken in the room. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and need a renovation. Lock on the door doesn't work and you have to secure it with a pole they give you! Pool was trashed and they put out lights because there's didn't work! Dont stay here!

I booked a reservation on 9/6/23 on a "special" for a room advertised for $72.06 per night yet, I did not noticed a "recovery Fee" charge of an additional 60%, which they do tell you until after the credit card have been charged. Two minutes later when I realized I call them they blindly told me that there was nothing they can do. I Paid the price, and lost my money, but I did not used the room because by principle I will not support this type of rip-off. My ref #*******517, Conf# *******013

I had an awful experience with the person in charge of what they call a Reception Desk at Wyndham Garden at Fort Lauderdale. A sick person, really sadistic, that refused to go to my room. It's a long long history but please, avoid this experience!

We were looking for a hotel near the airport just for one night. My two sisters and a nice. We were flying the next day very early next morning back home. We got the room # 322. I shower and put on my pjs when one of my sisters started yelling " There is a wasp in the curtain!" She manage to kill it. She went to talk to the manager downstairs $#*!, chubby (white trash) no customer service at all! She said that she couldn't change us to another room because we have used it already. ( she was more worry about the room that a wasp could have sting us or our 12 years old niece ( who is afraid of any type of insects) while she was downstairs my other sister and I saw three more wasps on the window. We discover that the window was open on the side ( that's where they got in) we manage to take them out with a hand towel. At this point we were afraid that more will show up during the night. I called the front desk and ask to speak to the manager. This women that answered the phone and has checked us in said she was the manager. I told her about we found 3 more wasps and we wanted to get moved to another room and then she asked again how much room we have used! Omg. I asked her to moved us to a different room because there was a child here and were afraid other will show up later. She then said ok come and get the key to another room. Never show concern for our safety and the inconvenience at all. Never asked if we were ok either! My sister and I went downstairs to pick up the keys ( which she should have brought to our room as a courtesy and concern for the incident) i told her she should have better customer service and move us since the first incident happen regardless of the amount of space we used! She gave the keys to room #234 and said just leave and go to the room sitting down the whole time. We got into a discussion with her my sister and I and all she said was bye i am not doing this. Well to start with we said, ' you were not doing anything' she continue to say bye, bye just leave etc. i told her this is what happen when you rent a room in a crappy hotel; this is the kind of employees you have to deal with. No customer service, no concern for the customers safety neither their satisfaction. Never renting a room from this chain of hotels again. The hotel does not look like the pictures at all! Inside the paint is peeling off, the elevator is so slow and deteriorated. Horrible hotel and the white trash manager there! Not sure who made her manager. I stayed here 8/2/24 around 6:00 pm and this women was here. DO NOT STAY HERE! Not worth the money neither the stress you go through with their horrible customer service.

I stayed at the hotel from 6/8/2023 to 9/8/2023 spent 3 nights at the room no. 317. I was having 300 Euro in my bag with ******* Indian rupees. Someone from hotel staff who came for room service & cleaning have stolen my 200 Euro & 7000 Rupees from my Bag. I didn't checked my bag and amount as we all have that much of trust on hotels with such high ratings & reputation... but when I checked my currency during shopping at airport I got to know this.
Hotel must take strict action on room service staff and investigate this incident. If they finds the culprit please return my amount..

Go to the FTC website to report this fraud because they are using the internet to scam us. Go to the FBI and file a fraud claim and your Local State Attorney Generals office. If we all complain maybe something will be done. Their location is a UPS Store PO Box in Delaware. They claim to be contracted out through legitimate third party booking sites but they are criminals! Using Algorithms to disguise themselves to look like real hotel websites while paying Google to be the top search when you put in the Real Hotels name. They do not tell you how much the extra charges will be and then use their no refund for cancellation claim! Guest Reservations is a scam!

The company is a scam. It showed one price per night, never showed fees. When I put in my credit card, the screen went blank for a few seconds and wouldn't refresh until the credit card went through and it had added an astronomical fee. To add to that, it then notifies you that it's non-refundable. I called and they refused to cancel and give refund. Only offered a slight "discount". Will make sure everyone I know is aware of this company. Already posted on fb. Stay clear of them!

False representation - they are a travel agency that charges exorbitant fees. They say they are providing the "best rate available", but then add fees up to $50/ night over and above the hotel website.

**very nasty scam**. This really is what this platform is. They heavilly advertise hotel rooms for a certain price, then they add non-sensical fees (~70% in my case!) **after** the place you have entered your credit card informations and validated the payment. This is *obviously* done to con people, since the resulting final price is way more expensive than booking from the hotel and nobody would see any sense in booking though them just to have the pleasure to pay such absurd fees.
