I booked a three-night stay through guestreservations.com, 10hr's after making this booking I attempted to cancel the third night only. I was informed that no changes were allowed. I contacted customer service and spoke with multiple representatives, all of whom repeated the same script with no offer of a fair resolution. As a result, I was forced to pay for a night I did not use. This business model appears to rely on rigid fine-print policies rather than customer service, and the lack of flexibility within 24hrs of a booking is both unreasonable and predatory. I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to read the cancellation terms with extreme care-or better yet, book directly through the hotel to avoid being trapped by policies like this. I have never encountered this level of inflexibility for a same day booking. I will not be using this service again.
This would have to be one of the worse companies to make a booking through, total rip off. Silly me didn't look properly when making a hotel booking in Australia and I have been charged in excess of AU$101 as a service fee. The hotel room only cost AU$124 so the fee is nearly the same price as for the room. They tell you that they have to pay taxes to the hotel, well in Australia that tax (GST) is only 10%. Watch out people!

I booked Kingsford Hotel Manila Bay on 26/10/25@3.36am. I cancelled it on 26/10/25@3.41am. The cancellation policy allowed me to cancel up to 1/11/25. The hotel has refused to repay my money to me. The email I received when I canceled said I could cancel up until 1/11/25

Do not EVER use this service to book a reservation. My reservation was not even 24 hours old and had to cancel it due to travel plan changes. The fee to cancel was more than the actual room rate was. What a scam!

I called to modify a reservation that couldn't be done, so I needed to simply book a new room. I wanted to do it myself online but was convinced otherwise by telling me I'd get a better deal through them. It was an inconvenient and lengthy process, just to get the same price that was on the hotel website. I could have done all that by myself within 5 minutes, plus with better terms and conditions. Lack of transparency and genuine want to help a customer out.

After suffering this companies terrible automated system, spoke to three reps on three occasions and was told a supervisor would call back, still waiting. I would like to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding my recent hotel reservation. My booking clearly states three nights, from the 20th through the 23rd, with a total payment of $456.17. However, I am now being told that I only paid for two nights and that my deposit will be withheld. This is incorrect, and I have documentation confirming the full payment for three nights.
I have attempted to resolve this matter by calling multiple times, but I was repeatedly told to call back or wait for Mr. Patrick Patel. This lack of resolution is unacceptable. Since this issue is not being promptly addressed, I will escalate it to corporate management and share my experience publicly through social media channels.

I mistakenly used this service, thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. The room prices looked exactly the same, so I went ahead and made the reservation. Only after receiving the confirmation email did I notice an additional charge of €137.62. This website is misleading and takes advantage of customers. I would not use it again.

Quality and comfort - the hotel looks nice from outside and the reception area is decent. However when you get to your room, it's very small, the double bed is two twins pushed together, so the middle of the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Mattress is hard.
The walls are very extremely thin, you can hear every single word from next door. It's worst I've ever seen.
Maintenance seems to happen every day here, constantly drilling from 8am.
Cleanliness - the basics are clean but overall a dirty hotel. Not had a proper clean in years. The dust and overall cleanliness was very poor.
Facilities - WIFI is extremely weak, I did plan to do some work here but don't bother. Tv is old fashioned. Air conditioning is good and quiet.
Staff - someone there to open the door when you walk in, not necessary in my opinion.
Front desk were friendly upon check in, however they have been very rude, maybe because I'm foreigner.
I asked to speak with the manager and they said the manager doesn't want to speak with me.
They refuse to listen to me and have no customer service skills. Upon trying to make my point, they said they would get security to throw me out.
Convenience - if you have a guest coming round, don't bother. Despite guests being allowed according to their policy, it is only allowed if you pay the hotel a surcharge.
Location - you are next to everything, however as the windows are old fashioned, you hear all the noise from outside. So no sleeping until 2am and wake up with car honks at 7am.
Security is tight, so you are considered to be safe.
Overall terrible in my opinion, would avoid this hotel if you like sleeping.

Absolute Nightmare: Overpriced, Power Outages, and Incredibly Rude Management
My stay at Clear Sky Resort (Dome #24 on 11/26) was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to write this review to warn future guests. We paid top dollar expecting a premium experience, but what we received was an expensive, sleepless night and shockingly poor customer service.
The most critical issue was the constant, disruptive power outages that persisted throughout the night. Since the domes rely on electricity for heating, we were left without heat for nearly half the night. This made it impossible to sleep, turning what should have been a relaxing getaway into a freezing, stressful ordeal. When you pay a luxury price, basic functionality and comfort like heat in late November are non-negotiable expectations.
The staff response to this major issue was equally infuriating. When I brought the lack of heat and power loss to the attention of the manager, Heather, her behavior was completely unprofessional. Her comment about checking compensation possibilities was delivered with an extremely weird and dismissive demeanor.
The lack of empathy and the outright disrespect from the management specifically Heather is reason enough to completely avoid this resort.
Verdict: I would not recommend Clear Sky Resort to anyone. Save your money, as you are paying premium rates for motel-level comfort and service. You would be better off renting a standard motel room; it would be significantly cheaper and likely offer a more reliable night's sleep.

We checked into the hotel and the front desk failed to inform us the AC was broken for the entire hotel! Our room was 80* F and impossible to sleep. I called the front desk, they informed me the AC was broken and offered me a fan, The fan did not cool the room adequately. I asked if we could leave and receive a refund and go stay at the Hilton garden next door and they said they could not issue a refund. My husband and I laid there sweating all night and did not sleep. We had a very difficult day of international travel the next day and were extremely disappointed. Compensation must be made. I am requesting a full refund of €306.28. This was a horrible experience! We needed to rest and instead were forced to try to sleep in an oven. If we were elderly or had medical problems this could have been a real tragedy.
I request that in the future you inform people checking in that your hotel isn't habitable! I feel as if you stole our money and tortured us with the heat, and the next day was a disaster for us both. We will never return to this hotel.

I booked 3 rooms for my employees and got the check-in/check-out date wrong. I immediately called to change the booking to the correct date. They said that this was not possible and I would lose my 900$ deposit. Communication with the company representative was poor as they did not speak clear English. I cannot fathom that a company could take a 900$ deposit and instead of simply switching dates, force you to cancel your booking and spend another 900$ to get the right date. I booked a hotel over what it seemed to be the hotel webpage (the name was on the tab). They charged certain amount of money for 2 rooms and after getting the bill of the hotel, I noticed, that they charged me more than 150 bucks of reservation fee. (For rooms that cost 150 USD). Customer care replied politely but could not explain the high fees, provide a receipt or suggest any solution.

The hotel I booked for Manchester was listed as £144, but then without noticing on the final page they added fees on and the the total cost came to £230. I could have rang the hotel directly and got the very same room for £180, they won't even refund me. DO NOT USE! Check first directly with the hotels and read the last page as the fees are not warranted.

It was absolutely horrible. The pillows were the size of a small couch pillow. The remote didn't work and we had to go to the front desk 4 times to get it fixed. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The beds were horrible and everyone woke up with a backache. We had to the front desk 4 times before they got us more towels and pillows. We ended up folding a blanket to use as a pillow
