This company is a fraud. They make it look like you're visiting the actual hotels website and offer a great rate. Once you enter in all of your billing information and hit confirm they add on an astronomical fee AFTERWARDS. When you call to ask why you were charged an extra $72 on a $187 room charge you get a very unfriendly customer service rep from another country who basically tells you oh well, you hit confirm and we don't issue refunds. Don't give this company your money and watch out when you're booking, they're sneaky and try to make it look like they're the hotel when using Google.
Location is great for hospitals in area...This particular Hampton INN, was connected to Direct TV.
They did not furnish any local or surrounding TV stations, as there are 3 in Omaha, two in Lincoln, NE.
Hampton Inn in Lincoln, NE (40 mi away) does furnish BOTH Omaha & Lincoln stations. I will stay in Lincoln next time and drive into Omaha.

I was surprised with the hidden fees that were not disclosed on the no deal whatsoever! I was promised a credit which I never received. You should fully disclose to customers how much before checking out. Misleading! I paid way less by going to hotel direct!
It was difficult to see details I had interests in on your webpage. Such as: is the pool open and may I use it while staying at your hotel? Is there a cheaper option with a smaller bed for 1 person (don't need a king)? What were the suite options? I'm traveling with others, we want separate bedrooms but could we have shared a suite for cheaper?

Very easy. Rates are excellent. My Niece is visiting Arizona for the first time and I wanted her to have nice accommodations. She's still young enough to want to look for the cheapest, and, in an Old city like Sedona, cheap can be scary.

I was dissasatisfied with the final bill. The room rate was great but the extra fees were horrible. I had to pay an extra $127.00 for fees to use the getaroom.com website. Never again and I hope no one else does!

Very good so far. Easy to fill out the forms, good information given.
No bath towels or face cloths in the bathroom of the unit I was in. When I called the front desk they told me that there were no wash cloths, that they had been ordered but had not yet arrived. At that time I was a bit put off, they told me to use the hand towels as a wash cloth. I went out and bought some wash cloths to use. When I got back to the room the bath towels were there, and there were also two wash cloths.
So, that was good.
I am pre-diabetic, the only thing I was able to eat from the breakfast was the yogurt. There was not really much choice. I understand the current issues re: Covid-19, but that was a let down. However, I had brought along my own fruit so I was ok.
I do not drink coffee. There was a Kurig in the room, and a couple of tea bags. I don't know if you have even tried to drink hot water from a Kurig with a tea bag? I think, considering the cost of the room, that some Kurig tea pods would really go a long way with tea drinkers.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. I received the bath towels and face cloths. The room was clean and the night was quiet. So I am giving four stars for those two reasons for the customer service.
