My mirror came with one crack straight across. I called and they said they were going to set something up to remove the mirror and send me a new one. The woman put me on hold, came back and said they would said me a new one, but "We decided we don't want the mirror back," and that I needed to make arrangements on my own to discard of it. I told her that's fine, but I can't carry a 100-lb on my own, and I need help. She said she was sorry but couldn't help me, that it was a hazard to THEM! Not a hazard to me, their customer, but a hazard to them. If it's a hazard to their employees why couldn't they hire a trash removal company? I was so appalled by this that I told her not to send me another mirror, because what if that one came cracked too? Then I'd have to discard of two mirrors on my own? I am very sad because this mirror was supposed to complete my living room, but it shocked me that Hayneedle will put their own customers in harm's way and take no responsibility for their own mistakes. In my opinion, Hayneedle should send a removal service and send me a new mirror. I am very into interior design and could have been a loyal customer had they handled this correctly.
This company is so baaaaadddddd. Plumstruck website has no phone numbers to contact them. I am afraid that I will be stuck with merchandise that I do not want as WALMART will not take it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
We ordered a power reclining chair just before thanksgiving for an xmas gift was told would be delivered 12-3. On the 1st they said the 13th now. Yesterday on tye 12th we contacted to figure it out. They said its on back order and shoyld ship in 2 weeks and now they say the 20th at least till like the 18th and they push it back again. They said we cant cancel our order wed have to wait to receive it and return it. They never once told us its on back order till we called to complian. They still hacent put that on the site. Dont order from them its a scam
With the completion of building our new home, the kids and myself were excited to get new bedroom sets and other furniture for our home. I found everything on hay needle. My daughter feel in love with her bed and I fell in love with the kitchen table. I placed the order in time for everything to be delivered why we were off for spring break. My order got cancelled. I called hayneedle. They told me it was because my address wasn't matching my card or because it was new construction, so they submitted a form to the billing department for me so the order could be resubmitted. I never heard back from them. I called again. Ordered the items I wanted again. Same thing happened! I called my credit card company, verified my address. You would think it would be all situated. I order the same items again. Same thing happened. My patients were running thin and I really wanted that kitchen table. I called to talk to a supervisor to get it all squared away. I explained my situation again for the fourth time. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes for her to come back and tell me that they were not sure why it kept cancelling the order, they couldn't figure it out. I took my $3,000 and went else where, so thanks for wasting approximately 6 hours of my time over the last two weeks hayneedle, but I have ordered the exact same items from other sites with no issues and my furniture should be here over the next two weeks!
Plumstruck ships me the wrong color item and then will not refund me the shipping cost back to their location. Do NOT buy from PlumStruck. I give them a ZERO rating.
On 12/23/2016 I ordered a 5 piece game table set from Hayneedle through the Walmart.com. Website. I paid for the item in full, received shipping information and did indeed receive my shipment when it was scheduled. The very unfortunate thing is I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED OR WHAT I PAID FOR, they sent me a Bistro table and 2 Bar stools instead. Hayneedle and Walmart.com are placing ads on the Walmart.com website, not checking them for quality control that the item and price match, then saying there is nothing they can do to remedy the customers dissatisfaction when someone orders what they see on the site. All I want to do is exchange the item I received for the one I ordered that was advertised. When I spoke to Hayneedle they told me it was not possible because they no longer sell the item. How convenient for them. Inconvenient for me. So, be aware, do NOT think what you are ordering from Hayneedle on Walmart.com is what you will actually receive. Customer satisfaction is very low on their list.
I am currently changing my review from a 1-2 star to a 5+ star. After my initial review, I received a message from a manager at Hayneedle who apologized for my experience and reviewed the call with the initial customer service rep. She then offered to provide me with the expired discount of 15%. Packages were delivered with sleigh bed and two nightstands. Upon opening up one of the nightstands, there was a lot of damage that couldn't be fixed and so I took some pictures thinking that getting a new nightstand would be like pulling teeth which was not so. I contacted Hayneedle regarding the damage and they processed a return over the phone and when processing my order there was a new price on the item that resulted in a better price for me, this was all handled within 5 minutes. Order was processed and shipped via FedEx to our home (just got it and haven't opened yet so I'm hoping this one is ok). I have to say that after my initial "negative" review they really turned my opinion around and I will happily shop with Hayneedle in the future. I fact, I already have ordered a new trundle/daybed for my daughters room that is being delivered tomorrow. I'm a happy camper.
So, I forgot to complete an order for a new bedroom set on Hayneedle yesterday so I missed out on one of their discount/ coupon codes. Well, I was getting ready to purchase today and the price is $1671. 76. So I decided to search and see if I could find a better price (which I did) from another online retailer for $1,320.00 including shipping. I called because I saw on the website that Hayneedle offers a Best Price Guarantee. Their website even makes it seem like the guarantee is against any other online retailer. After my call today, I was told that they only pricematch against Amazon, Crate & Barrel, Jet, Overstock, Pottery Barn, Wayfair or West Elm. I would have been happy with just receiving the 15% coupon code that was available through last night. When I called Hayneedle to inquire about their supposed "best price guarantee" the CS rep was unhelpful and rude.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HAYNEEDLE! I ordered four items. I received my confirmation email. Then I received an email stating my order was cancelled. I called and asked why and they said they couldn't tell me but there wasn't a good reason and they would place the order again AND posted charges to my credit card AGAIN. I have been checking my credit card statements every day and neither of those charges have fallen off. Today, I check my card and now they have charged me a THIRD time for almost the full amount! So I currently have over $1,700 in limbo over a $600 order!
I ordered a Fire Table, the tank cover, and a tabletop fireplace during Black Friday. First, I received an email that the tabletop fireplace was on backorder. Then I received a Christmas tree which completely came out of nowhere since I was to receive a fire table. I called customer service and all they could do for me was apologize and provide me with a refund which I now have to drag a Christmas tree to Fed Ex so that I can refund this product that I didn't order and wait for them to receive it and they will send me "the correct product". Now, we don't have a fireable for our upcoming party. I should have done my due diligence in looking at the reviews of Hayneedle and realized that there is just tons and tons of complaints with this company and you would think that they would remedy these issues and do it right the first time and not have to keep putting out fires. This isn't the first time they delivered the wrong product to a customer.
I'm still waiting for a resolution on this situation and will write up another review at each step to see if they are able to remedy this situation or if I need to write up more reviews everywhere until I get this situation resolved.
On July 19,2018 I wrote a review (see below) on Hayneedle. I would like to update that review. After my negative review, the company contacted me and sent me a new table to replace the missing part. It would have been nice to have this customer service from the beginning but at least they dis something so I am a little happier.
I purchased a Color Me Marcus changing table for my grandson and when we put it together we found that the back stabilizer bar was missing. It was sunday night so first thing Monday mornong I called Hayneedle. They said they would have the parts department take care of the issue. 5 emails later they said they had sent mu request to the manufacturer and they would be in touch soon. Not sure what soon means to Hayneedle. I waited almost 2 weeks and contacted the parts department dor an update. They said they are working with the manufacturer and will be in touch "soon". Customer service is not very customer focused. I suggest you make your purchase elsewhere if you want good customer service. I spent a lot of money on a table that isnt even complete and Hayneedle doesnt seem to care about my issue. I would give it a half star if I could.
