Ordered my dress which came in very large about three sizes too big. I asked Customer Service for a return and they have yet to respond to me. Now I've spent money on a dress that doesn't fit and there has no even no communication from Hebeos.
Easy website to navigate, placed a custom size order which arrived almost perfect, will need just slight alterations in length and shoulder straps. Customer support was so helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely order dresses from this site again.
I was so pleased with this dress! I was a little skeptical ordering online worrying about the fit of the dress, but their size guide was spot on! (I loved my wedding dress so much we actually just ordered a dress for my daughters senior prom!)The detail in the lace is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to wear it! 69 more days!
Very nervous purchasing overseas and with the price, assumed I should have probably gotten two dresses in case my first choice was a bomb. Decided to take a chance with the reviews and the fact that I had time to return and reorder if I hated it. Received it yesterday and it fit like a glove! I went off of my measurements and it was perfect. May not require any alterations. So thankful to have found this company and this dress!
I give it four stars because the shipping takes awhile and the lace was scratchy. It took about 3 weeks and a few days before I received my order. The website says they tailor the dresses even though I had no alterations done. Thankfully I had a back up dress I bought from Amazon that I liked better.
Bought two dresses. One was ok, still nowhere near what they portrayed I'd receive. The other looks like it was sewn by a blind person. The sleeves dont even make sense. They fit like they belong on a child's dress plus it's not even the right fabric.
Received my dress in the mail, tried it on and it was 2 sizes too small so I immediately got on the website to start the return process. The return process is a joke! There's no way to get a hold of anyone except by email and they said they'd send a return label but when I got an email back they offered a 50% off coupon for another dress and told me to keep the dress that's too small! What the heck!?
This is the second time I choose them because of the wonderful job they do! Last time they made a beautiful gown for me at my daughter's wedding and I got so many compliments. It was absolutely beautiful.
