The technician was very efficient. He gets on time with respect to the schedule., And he was very professional.
I signed up for 1 year. I used the service 2-3 times. After a year, I saw that I was charged the following month. I tried to cancel and was told I can't. They auto renew for A YEAR! Very shady. If I wanted another year, I would purchase it. I should not be forced because they hid it in fine print.
My tech Charles was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of my computer needs.
Noory was very efficient, and knowledgeable. Had my outside camera installed and connected to my phone very fast.Made sure I had number to call if any concerns.

Total fraud. Terrible systems. BEWARE. Engaged them to install a Cove Security system. Only six sensors and a control panel. They sent out a 71-year old fellow who brought is wife along. He needed to read the installation manual prior to starting. He talked about himself, where he lived and how wasting 2.5 hours of our time. He never got the system to work and we cancelled with Cove while he was here. HOWEVER, he filed that he had installed it an it worked. We got charged, not once, but TWICE. Their systems are rather poor at best.
User beware, I would avoid these guys, you have no hope of getting your money back and are likely to pay more than advertised.
Javon was great. Very professional, pleasant and respectful. Was all business, quickly performing his task of putting up the heavy/tilting/rotating wall mount, the sound bar mounting system and attaching the flat screen and sound bar. Would request him and contact HelloTech for our next home technology project. From the time I made my request to the time the job was completed was just 1 day.R

I made an appt. On one day to fix my printer. The tech Lawrence never showed up and did not call! Never had someone so rude. Made another day and time and they said they could not make that time!
Gave them one more chance to make another time and day and they could not make that! I was so angry. What kind of service is this? I gave you 3 different days with 3 different times and you could not make any? The people are very nice, but I told them I am going back to Geek Squad. Horrible Service!

Dwight was great installing our 55" TV. He was precise in measuring, drilling and installing the mount, careful in mounting the TV and when he left, I had TV and sound perfection!
