I bought a DAC unit "Dethonray Honey H1". The item arrived a little over three weeks later. But after initial excitement about it, it was clearly defective and did not have an audio output. After many attempts to contact customer service they offered to return it but in order to do so they will deduct 1- Shipping fees $50.2- Restocking fees 20%. 3- Republic of china import tax 20% 4- processing fees 10-20%. In summary they wanted to deduct close to 80% of the product value.
Simply, there business practice is shady, fraudulent and clearly not the most customer service oriented.
Tip for consumers:
The site lure you in buying because they are about $30 cheaper than other US distributors. If you try to return the item they will refund you only 20% of its value
