I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

I bought a golden necklace 3 chain from Thornhill ON location for myself after 3 times wearing it, color got changed. And i can not use it any more.
I paid with tax included $15 for only 3 times using. I went to same store and told them and they said YES THE QUALITY OF CHAINS ARE NOT GOOD!
Very disappointed and wont buy any more from this store. Also I don't recommend this store to anyone too.

I bought items on sale that were final sale. I picked dresses my size 36 and even larger (my size is usually 32-34). YES I AGREE the price was good but the dresses are sewn with awkward pattern (above bust where dress connects to shoulders/arms) stretches and too small that you cannot even raise your arms. I went for exchange BUT no they did not accept. It is the same issue with my friend
's purchases too. Too disappointed with H and M. Would not recommend to anyone. This was the location in Laurier Québec, 2700 Boulevard Laurier, Québec City, QC G1V 4K5.

If you are thinking on going to shop at H&M at Hialeah by the West land Mall don't go They are a RIP OFF! There REFUND P: ICY sucks.! I spend $52.00 on men under wears for my son and when got home he didn't like them. So I went back the next day. I told the girl at the register that I needed to return the under wears back because my son didn't like them. I also told her that I had lost my receipt. But had my bank statment that showed what I had spend. The packs were not even opened and she told me That I needed to wait for the manager. The Manager came and she was so rude not polite at all. "She said that they had a no refund policy for under wears due to hygienic. So what you are telling me is that is ok, for me to try on any clothing in the store that is doesn't matter about the hygienic. Please give me a break. You guys are just a RIP OFF STORE. The packs were not even open but it is ok to stay with my money. You people suck big time. NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN!

H&M have cutie clothes. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. You can't understand what the customer service representative is SAYING. The wait time is not bad about 5 minutes. But the customer service representative don't speak English well! Everything I asked about I HAD to spell for the representative. I know that this is the land of the freedom and we have to give job to anyone that qualifies. But there English and there understanding is HORRIBLE! Still don't have my pants. So good luck H&M customer 's.

When it comes to customer service I always picture someone with A very outgoing, bright personality and very friendly but every time I go to the H&M at MOA the associates verily notice you and when in Cashwrap they instead of focusing with the customer they have side conversations. I'm not exaggerating it's for real, I was at Apache mall in Rochester MN two weeks ago and the guy working in the men side was nice not as bad as MOA he greeted me only the girl in cash wrap was a little obnoxious because she had an attitude of I don't really want to be here. I mean like who hires them and recruits them. They should be working in the back room I think that's where they belong.

Bought three "scent" candles from their home range. They are absolutely poor value for money. I purchased 'Sense' Black Oak' and 'Cotton Flowers'.
First I tried sense and about after an hour of it being lit, I had totally forgot about it as I couldn't hardly smell anything, I even had to ask everyone else could they smell anything the answer was NO. I thought ok maybe its just that one, so I tried the others... Guess what they all were poor performers, hardly any scent coming from the candles.
The worst thing about it is that for the price of 6.99! Each, you would expect better.
I would absolutely take them back if I could find the receipt as this is really a joke. Would glade, or even cheap ikea scent candles out perform these 100%
Please don't waste your money unless you just want their candles just for decoration and mood lighting, because the scents have EXTREMELY poor performance. Will not buy again.
I also tried to bring it to their attention on twitter, but they just ignored my complaint.

Could not get my online order to go through. My bank even called them and cleared the card for the purchase. On a 3 way call with my bank and them they still would not process my order. Told me to use a different card because THEIR SYSTEM WAS CONTINUING TO REJECT THAT ONE! Shopped somewhere else with no difficulty. Recommend you do the same.

Now, before I start I would like to get this out! H&m goes through various locations. As I was tracking my shipping, I realized that my package went from a place that was father then were it was in the update example how did it go from ny to Hawaii ( ex). Now i don't know if living in nc is a reason I never have problems w shipping but I realized people who live in like la or ny usually don't have the best experience w shipping. I called the customer service 3 or 2 times and they were extremely sweet and caring she even lead on a conversation while she looked for my package and he also made me feel comfortable calling & shopping with them again. I really do appreciate it Because I don't really like online shopping. Not that I've had a problem with shipping ( never did) but I'm afraid I will. I just want to say it went quite faster then I thought I ordered it on Saturday the 6 got the email that they shipped it on the 7 tracked it every since then & 3 days later it's at my local post office I'm expecting it tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have this luck again, also I've read many reviews my concern was shipping I wanted my order before Valentine's Day and I'm so excited that I'll be getting it happy customer hands down.

Warning. If you normally shop at H&M in the stores do not try ordering anything from them online... the experience is not the same! I ordered clothes for my nephews birthday online 2 weeks ago. I would think ordering three weeks in advance I should receive them on time. My items still have not even shipped yet! So I called customer service to figure what's happening and the agents were so rude. I was hung up on once. I called back in again and the agent was so mean I asked to speak with a manager and the agent said no and hung up. I called back the third time in tears finally got through to a manager and the manager was silent while I was crying. He showed no sympathy or interest. He said that they can not tell me when my items will ship and when I'll get them. He recommended I go to the store and buy my nephew a new birthday present... as they can not tell me when I will receive my items could take months due to warehouse issues. They also can not cancel orders either even if it's not even shipped. Avoid H&M online orders. After this experience I won't even be shopping with them period in the stores

I never had this bad customer service in any other big stores but in H&M are very bad materials and customer service as I bought two pants but when my son wore one of them it was peeling from inside and I was trying to return them, they told me we can't accept the return because it used so if I did use how I known that it is peeling off so I left the items and the receipt to the cashier and there was no even saying sorry or we apologize and I was trying to call the customer service but they are the same and they call back the store and the lady said we threw them away that was in Dulles town center store ******* I don't recommend them to anyone

As a website, I found it pretty frustrating. They had a category for my region (Australia) but then stated that "online shopping is not currently offered" for my region and that I should "visit my nearest H and M store". The nearest one appears to be in Melbourne. (I'm in Adelaide, so that is a 8 hour drive or a 45 minute flight.) On top of that, it says that "some products, colours and sizes" may not be available." So, I found a dark blue shirt in a colour I have been looking for, which looks comfortable and is a very reasonable price, but to buy it I need to wait for my next interstate trip, at which time, they may not have anything resembling the same size or colour. If the aim of the website is to a) sell things or b) communicate useful information, then this website does neither for anyone living in this city. Which is a pity. My two stars are for the website and its practical functionality in regard to a customer actually being able to buy something, not for other aspects of the company, which ironically I am not in a position to judge.

My very first order with H&M, I was sent a wrong item out of 5 items I had ordered. I ordered a size M pack of pajama shorts and received an XXL sweater. How can someone not differentiate between the two clothing items?! I contacted customer service via email and the response I received was for me to send the item back with shipping waived, but I don't trust them to do that correctly either. They can't even send the correct item without a new order, which seems like bait and switch to me. "Purposely send wrong items to naïve customers and make more money off them in the process." What should happen is that they refund the customer automatically with picture proof of receipt and the wrong item sent. Or they send the correct item and eat the loss for incompetence/error, not expect the customer who spent money to jump through hoops to get a refund. I rather just steer clear of this company and spend my money at a company that has better customer service and policies relating to purchases. Guess I should have read the fine print before ordering online from H&M. Buyer Beware.

Do not order online from H&M. It is too much of a hassle and they send the wrong items then make the customer do all the work to remedy the error.

On 7/22 I ordered $490 clothes for my daughter, 7/27 there's a note on my tracking stating that my goods was damaged, I called CS and was told the could not refund me until warehouse makes a decision today is 8/8 I did not get the school clothes I ordered nor my $490, I now have to spend additional money I don't have to order school clothes for my daughter

I ordered (2) pair of jeans and accidentally order the wrong size for 1 pair. I called customer service and asked if I could just exchange them at a store for the right size and was told no. I then ran into some personal problems and time went by. I then called after the 30 day period, only because the invoice reads: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, to again be told NO. The damn jeans cost $9.95 and with stores all over the world, H&M refused to EXCHANGE the jeans for a different size. The customer service person pulled up my invoice and could see that I had ordered 2 pair 2 different colors 2 different sizes. STILL NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I am completely done with H&M.

The incident:
Purchased ‘L' sized shirts and ‘42' sized waistcoat online from H&M. The shirts were fitting, but the waistcoat was only the size of 36 (Usually ‘L' size is equal to 40 or 42 sizes). Therefore, it was too small to use. I chose the size because it is written 42 is equal to L size on the size guide.
The explanation from the H&M Company:
1. The waistcoat is a ‘Top' category product, so its size should be selected from the ‘Top' category (This is not mentioned anywhere on the website).
2. According to the company's policy, a product purchased under the promotion cannot be exchanged with a bigger size, although it is useless for the customer. (note: it is not because of the unavailability of the product).
Scenario 1:
There is no size guide given for the exact product name "waistcoat."
Moreover, it is not mentioned that the "waistcoat" comes under the "Top" category.
Therefore, this is primarily an error by the company; the customers are helpless as they cannot be experts in clothing and the company's categorization of clothes.
Scenario 2:
Purchased under promotion should not disqualify the rights of customers to have the correct sized product. If the company has such a policy, that is a human rights violation. It is not appropriate for a civilized society. It must be scrapped.
According to the company's policy, "products purchased under the promotion will not be exchanged" explains that the customers deserve to be penalized for using the company's promotion by throwing the unfitting products in the trash bin. Thank you.

Do not expect any after-sale care.
