I recently brought a size 20 pair of shorts. Im usually size 14/16 but i thought id buy a couple of sizes bigger due to having excess skin on my tummy after having my daughter recently. When they arrived and i tried them on, i couldn't even get them over my legs! This has really knocked my confidence (which is already low). H&M really need to sort their sizing out!
I placed an order recently. It was sent to the wrong address. Instead of helping me get this email correct shipping address to usp, they have chosen to not help me. The shipper is the only one allowed to make changes to the delivery and they have chosen not to. I've emailed customer service and called. They keep claiming they don't have the capability of making these changes, but they obviously do. According to the representative, h&m only has one customer service office. In chicago, and their system does not allow then to make any changes. I believe h&m should upgrade their system and properly train their staff. I have no idea where my package is nor if I will ever get it. I'm a loyal customer and it's a disappointment to see that the staff at the call center only care about their checks and nor their jobs.
Ordering online from H&M is the worst experience any online shopper can have. I have emailed twice for my return; still I have not received any mail as its reply. I was unable to contact H&M via call for consecutive three days in a row.
I won't recommend any of the online shopper to shop from this brand. They are just making fool of people in the name of Online shopping.
I made an order to an old shipping address (which in an entirely different state) by accident, I call customer service minutes after, and they tell me they 1) can't cancel order because I used express shipping 2) can't change the delivery address after order confirmation 3) can't refund because they don't have a refund button.
The only thing that can be done about this was a "missing parcel," and no one even offered to refund immediately. It's not the customer's fault and the customer shouldn't be penalized for a mistake such as this one.
I'm never shopping with H&M again - they don't deserve me, or you.
Shame on you. No other retailer has delays this long due to Covid. I got a customer service rep to admit that it's actually due to not enough staff at the warehouses. So... they're just using Covid as an excuse to do as many sales as they normally do without having to have a large payroll. Disgusting.
Customer service and management are horrible! They don't give a squat about customers! I have been buying for few months now and they keep sending me different sizes and they said it's not their fault?!?! The time and gas I have wasted and they can't do anything about it?! I ordered something and next thing you know it was returned!? I didn't even return it or didn't even make it to my house. And sorry was the only thing they can say.
I order some tops from the h and m wedsite for the first time and I'm so pleased with all of them. I ordered them 25/06/2017 and they came 27/06/207, which is brilliant! I was unsure on sizing as their sizing can vary but they all fitted perfectly. One thing I would like them to sort out is sizing and pricing because very similar clothing can vary in both size and price, which can cause confusion. But overall I will be ordering from h and m again! One happy customer.
Firstly, H and M is one of the best international stores that I like, and as a result, the quality of their items is very good. However, their online store is unfortunately not as well organized as the physical locations. A few times, I ordered from their online store and they kept on making the same mistakes in my size. Additionally, I hadn't realized that apparently you cannot exchange or return items to the online store. A big store like H and M is going to lose so many customers for these mistakes, since no one likes losing his or her money. I hope H and M management fixes this.
I will never shop here again. Their online website and customer service is horrendous. After having difficulty with my online account I called customer service and was hung up on by a MANAGER. While I enjoy their clothes, the employees completely ruin this company.
It's been more than 7 days past to get my refund and customer service is the worst there trained to tell u that your refund is in review with there accounting department or it must be your financial institution that is holding up your refund that isn't the case they don't want to give u your refund back, they would like for u to give up but no I may have to take this store to small claims court. And trying to speak to a supervisor or manager is a joke too.
